Hotel con una posizione veramente ottimale per raggiungere a piedi le principali zone di interesse della città. Le camere confortevoli,il bagno un po' piccolo ma comunque sufficiente. Posizione ottima: si possono raggiungere a piedi molti dei siti turistici più famosi. La via, pur in centro, è tranquilla e ci sono trattorie dove si può mangiare anche bene senza essere spellati. La residenza Ki vanta un personale accogliente e simpatico, a disposizione delle richieste dei suoi ospiti. La residenza si trova in una zona tranquilla e sicura nonchè vicinissima al centro, alla zona dello shopping e a meno di due minuti dalla stazione della Metro Barberini. Comodissimo per visitare la città e per uscire la sera!

ciao,la residenza ki è situata a 3/4 minuti a piedi da piazza di Spagna, 10 minuti scarsi da fontana di Trevi,e due fermate di metro da termini! è in una via piccolina non bellissima vicino a una galleria! Difficile da trovare perchè è in un condominio e non è segnalata con cartelli!(riconoscete il portone perchè attaccatto a un ristorante). Questa […] però è l'unica nota negativa in quanto: i gestori sono tutti gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Le camere sono molto carine, e PULITE. Bagno un po piccolo ma c'è tutto il necessario,in stanza c'è cassaforte e tv con sky. Io ero al primo piano dove cè la reception, i piani superiori mi hanno detto che sono stati ristrutturati da poco quindi devono essere ancora più belli. La colazione è servita al piano superiore, in una stanza piccolina ma molto carina! buffet non enorme ma con tutto quello che si desidera, c'è il bancone bar dove le cameriere ti servono quello che desideri!più che soddisfacente! Vicinissimo cè piazza barberini con la fermata della metro, ma serve solo se si desidera andare al colosseo perchè gli altri posti si raggiungono pià velocemente a piedi(è la fermata piùp vicina a piazza navona)! in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva a piazza navona, 10 sei in via del corso! come posizione è la migliore! lo consiglio vivamente per il rapporto qualità prezzo!!! non è un hotel di lusso sia chiaro! l'ottima location, con tutti i principali monumenti raggiungibili a piedi, unita all'estrema cordialità e gentilezza del personale ne fanno un ottima sistemazione con un elevato rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci sono stato con due bambini e mi sono trovato molto bene. Consigliato vivamente.

La prima cosa da dire è che la posizione è fantastica. Si trova letteralmente di fronte alla Fontana di Trevi, e a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal Pantheon. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Per fortuna abbiamo mandato una mail di conferma prima del nostro arrivo, perché siamo stati avvisati che avremmo dovuto ritirare la chiave della camera in un […] albergo affiliato, lì vicino. Successivamente però è stato difficile individuare dov'era la Guest House. La camera per 3 adulti era composta da un letto matrimoniale e da due letti singoli, il che è stato perfetto per noi. La camera era pulita e confortevole, però l’aria condizionata non funzionava molto bene, e considerando il caldo che c’è ad Agosto... Il personale è stato molto gentile. Se vi danno la camera al secondo piano, attenzione alla sveglia mattutina, causata dal rumore del personale che prepara la colazione. La colazione non è eccezionale, ma equivale al prezzo pagato. L’unica nostra lamentela potrebbe essere quella che durante l’ultima nostra colazione, c’è stato servito solo un croissant e alcuni biscotti. L'unica colazione perfetta è stata solo il primo giorno. We, a family of four, stayed here for one night after returning to Rome from Florence, and flying out the next day. It was a good choice. Only one stop from Roma Termini (main train station), and then a 5 minute walk from Barbareni Station. 5 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, close to a number of very good restaurants. The location of this hidden gem is fantastic!! It is within walking distance to many sights, restaurants and shops!! The hotel is basic but clean and roomy. The manager was fantastic and was more than helpful with all our questions. The buffet breakfast was a great start to the day!! The only issue we had were the locks on the doors need updating. Diego was excellent as were the rest of the staff. They were helpful and polite and really looked after us. The room was comfortable and clean and the only drawback was a dodgy door lock that Diego attended to. Fantastic location, good value for money and breakfast provided.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Residenza Ki for 9 nights (Nov17- Nov26, 2012). This place is absolutely amazing and I recommend it to anyone who is planning a brief or long vacation in Rome. It is located within walking distance of absolutely all the "must sees" and "must dos" and not to mention great food of Rome. Staying here made us feel as if we […] were living in the centre of Rome in a typical Rome style building. The rooms are well maintained, the breakfast is great and you have access to many channels (Skytv) on your plasma tv in your room when your relaxing in your room. What also makes this such a great place to stay is the manager and staff. They are absolutely amazing, hardworking and helpful. Not only are they locals who suggest great little places to eat, have coffee and visit, but they also provide you with tips and a very useful map of Rome. An example of how great the staff is: I really wanted to watch a soccer game on tv but in Italy you must subscribe to soccer channels to watch the game. Although you are provided with ample sports channels, soccer channels are not part of the package. Therefore, one of the staff brought her code from her own personal soccer channel subscription so that we could watch the game through the channel's website via her own personal subscription. The manager then allowed us to use his computer in the front desk and we watched the game! They even stayed late just so I could watch the game! The manager/staff far exceed expectations. the location of the hotel was great and the customer service was great. But the hotel was not up to par - the first room they put us - well the shower door was missing and they knew it and still gave us the room. The heater didnt work and the noise from the streets kept us up all night. Our only complaint about this Hotel was the "late" check-in arrangements. I had read the arrangements for "late" check in but must have missed late meaning after 6pm! We arrived just after 8pm and had to go to another Hotel to get the key! After this however the entire stay was wonderful. The Hotel is quirky, with our room opening straight onto the […] breakfast room but it was comfortable and very clean with everything we needed. I think the shower heads needed replacing but the water was hot so did the job! The staff, when they were there, were friendly and very helpful, particularly the man on reception who explained the metro and the best places to visit. Having arrived to a strike at the airport at FCO we were stressed, upset and without a suitcase or any clue what to do. We arrived at Residenza Ki just as Diogo was closing the reception for the night. He was kind, understanding and assured us he would do everything he could to assist us in getting our suitcase back. The room was beautiful and comfortable, […] just what is needed after a long stay walking the streets of Rome. The room was always kept clean and smelt lovely. The authenticity of the building, gorgeous marble staircase, amazing doors and windows was just perfect. We felt we were living the life in Rome in a gorgeous apartment. The bathroom was modern and had everything required including complimentary toiletries The breakfast was lovely, there was a huge amount of choice and the lady serving couldn't have been nicer. She even sent someone to see if we were ok as we slept past breakfast!!! The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. We were just a short walk from the Trevi fountain, close the the Spanish steps and many other amazing sights. There is a main road close by with buses stops, a metro stop is just up the road which can take you to all the major sights. The customer service is the main reason however that we will be returning here again. On numerous occasions Diogo spent a good deal of time helping us source our bag and phone the shuttle company- We were jinxed honestly but Diogo was brilliant for us and we couldn't have asked for more. The Residenza Ki is nice hotel, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Where the Residenza really shines is it's location, it's perfect. Five minutes from the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, and the Metro Station (for the Vatican.) About 15 minutes from the Pantheon and about 25 minutes from the Coliseum.

We had a lovely stay here, perfectly placed, only a short walk from the Trevi fountain for a very reasonable price. We only had one minor issue and that was turning up at about 8-8.30pm on a sunday evening and having a 20 minute walk to their sister hotel (Saturnia I think it was called) to collect the keys. It is stated on their website that there […] isn't 24 hour reception and there was a very clear map showing the way to the other hotel, but it was dark, we had a rather big wheeled case and obviously this isn't ideal. I probably could have done a little more research for the reception closing time/name and location of the sister hotel etc, but it would have been easier if we had been informed earlier of this information as we could have gotten our airport transfer minibus to drop us off at the sister hotel instead and would have only had to walk the one way back. Despite this the receptionist at the sister hotel was very helpful and clearly explained a quicker way back. In fact, all the staff we encountered during our stay were very friendly and helpful, especially Palmira, the lady assisting with breakfast, serving hot drinks with a smile and ready to book a taxi etc if needed. If you arrive after 4 pm be prepared to be given directions (pinned to the front door) to a sister hotel (Saturnia) which they claim is 10 minutes away but finding it can (was in my case) add to that.. and if it is dark and wet.. even longer. Breakfast was cold buffet with great coffee from the friendly lady in charge of it all. Rome became very accessible, given the location. It also has a head waiter who rivals Basil Faulty in his supposed indifference and rudeness - but just keep smiling at him and he is a softie, really. All in all, a great 9 nights at the hotel. Fantastic location, great size room but disappointing inside, no shower door, told to leave towels on floor, staff very friendly. Again cannot stress how fantastic the location is, perfect for sites and great restaurants nearby, tour buses stop 3 mins away, 5 mins walk away from Trevi Fountain, 10 mins from Pantheon.

The hotel is in a nice location- the kebab man across the street is awesome and it is close to Trevi Fountain, but that is where the positive ends. It is a given that the room will be small. The air conditioner did not work, there was mold in the shower, the television didn't work, there was only one small bedside lamp for light, and there was a lot […] of noise. Somewhat dated brownstone. Front Desk person not always there but was when we arrived and you have keys to unlock front door, main floor and your room. Breakfast was good for this level hotel and the server, Palmira, was very nice. We believe she also cleaned the rooms after breakfast and the rooms were very clean. Bed were a bit worn but comfortable. […] Wifi was free. There was no safe and when we asked we were told it was broken but nothing ever came of it. Shower pressure was good although temperature varied some. Wardrobe was broken and some bulbs were burnt but the air conditioning and TV worked well, especially good in 90+ degree heat. Location is excellent and easy walks to metro, major attractions and restaurants, markets, etc. Would certainly consider staying there again, and as long as you know it is an older hotel would recommend it. We stayed in the family room (two adults and two teenage children) during August Pros: Room was clean and the AC was wonderful especially after being in the 95+ degree Rome August heat. We had one queen and two full beds - it was a bit tight but then we weren't there much except to sleep. The location is superb - two blocks from Trevi Fountain, 20 […] min walk to Colosseum and the Pantheon and Piazza Navona nearby. Many good restaurants in the area, and short walk to Metro Station. Grocery store just across the road. Morning breakfast great with a wide selection of items, and the wonderful breakfast hostess also made sure we left fully caffeinated for the days activity and helpful with taxi. Cons: The lobby is only manned during day hours and is unmanned at night though there is a sister hotel down the road (we didn't know this when we checked in and didn't know where the sister hotel was initially). Also some of the rooms had very old locks - these were difficult to operate and left us feeling a bit less secure, though we had no issues whatsoever. Also the door lock was a bit 'quirky" and didn't like that we couldn't get out in a hurry if necessary. Room was said to have a safe, but it did not, so carried more in waist pack. While we had no issues, would have felt better with better door locks and more clarity about sister hotel. That one issue aside we felt this was the perfect location, and a good find in a good area. The pros of the hotel include the location and the staff. Diego and Palmiera make this a wonderful stay. Nothing is too much trouble for them. There are some minor detractions from the room/building, but this is due to the age of the building. Overall, a wonderful stay and I wouldn't hesitate to return here when staying in Rome.

The women working at Residenza Ki were wonderful and helpful (preparing breakfast and cleaning the rooms), the men were useless and did not take care of problems, such as internet access and TV. We had no internet access in our room even thought it was supposed to be included, and we had 3 nights without TV, thereafter just 1 channel. We paid for service […] we did not get. This was a great little find for us as we were on a budget and wanted to be close to the city. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially towards our one year old son...going out of their way to make sure he enjoyed his time there as well. The room was clean and the area was peaceful and quiet.
