La colazione era poco varia e scarsa. Poco attenti alla pulizia dei tavoli nei cambi degli ospiti durante la colazione. La camera confortevole e pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola a giorni alterni.

L'hotel 17 è un'ottima scelta per un soggiorno a New York, con un eccellente rapporto qualità rapporto/prezzo. La posizione è tra i suoi pregi migliori, logisticamente comodo per spostarsi anche a piedi sia verso il nord che verso il sud di manhattan, e il quartiere offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti e locali per cene e colazioni. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e pulite, il bagno condiviso non lo abbiamo praticamente mai trovato occupato e sempre pulito.

Bellissima permanenza, punto ideale per visitare la città collegatissimo e a due passi dalla 5th. Camera non enorme ma comfortevole, sempre pulita e molto curata nell'arredamento. Albergo ad altissimo livello, se avete qualche soldino da spendere andateci. Enjoy NYC

Tutto perfetto al Candlewood Suites Times Square, le camere sono esattamente come appaiono dalle foto sul sito, spaziose, con tutte le comodità, compreso asse e ferro da stiro, un forno a microonde gigantesco (abbiamo cenato in camera due volte durante il soggiorno) frigo capiente con macchina per il ghiaccio, macchina per il caffè americano con due […] cialde omaggio, armadio e cassettiera capienti, più che sufficienti per due persone, bagno sufficientemente spazioso con vasca-doccia con ottima pressione dell'acqua, sempre calda al punto giusto, asciugamani forse un po' piccoli ma a volontà (basta richiedere il cambio al front desk, condizionatore molto grande, silenzioso ed efficiente, ottimo l'asciugacapelli. Il giorno del nostro arrivo ho notato che l'acqua nel lavabo del bagno faticava a defluire nello scarico, ho chiamato la receptionist segnalando il fatto, risultato: problema risolto in meno di 10 min! Personale estremamente cortese e disponibile e, in ultimo, ma da non sottovalutare, deposito bagagli gratuito il giorno del check-out (fondamentale, dal momento che il nostro volo partiva alle 19:30 e la camera andava liberata entro le 12:00) Quartiere tranquillo a meno di 10 min. a piedi da Times Square, pieno di ristoranti etnici, italiani e americani, per tutte le tasche ( abbiamo speso per un pasto completo da un minimo di 17 dollari per due persone, mancia compresa, a un massimo di 200 dollari). In conclusione, un tre stelle superiore, come da standard europei, assolutamente da consigliare, soprattutto per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Continua a leggere

"Tutto perfetto !"
Davvero nessun problema al Candlewood di Nyc. Abbiamo cominciato con l'ottima cortesia della reception che ci ha consegnato le chiavi di una stanza accogliente, pulita, confortevole e con vista sull'Empire! Avevamo anche la cucina con forno microonde, macchina per il caffè americano, frigo e lavastoviglie. Eravamo al 26° piano e non abbiamo avvertito […] alcun rumore sia dalla strada che dalle camere circostanti. L'albergo è situato in una posizione veramente tattica: a 5 minuti dalla stazione della metro (42st) e sempre a 5 minuti dal caos di time square! Hotel di 32 piani situato nei pressi del Port Authority Bus Terminal con annessa stazione della metropolitana. Times Square a pochi isolati. La camera non è molto grande ma è dotata di ogni comfort tra cui cucina forno a microonde lavastoviglie frigo ecc...

il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto, comodi ad una stazione della metro con tante linee disponibili, lo staff dell'hotel è stato gentilissimo: ci eravamo scordati l'adattatore della presa e subito me ne hanno fornito uno. Abbiamo comprato l'i pad 2 e appena gli abbiamo spiegato che per attivarlo serviva collegarlo con un computer per scaricare da i […] tunes il relativo programma, ce lo hanno fatto loro all'istante. L' Hotel si trova in una posizione assolutamente favorevole, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro, da Penn Station e da Time Square, in una zona tranquilla e poco rumorosa. La camera è spaziosa e dotata di un angolo cottura completamente attrezzato (frigo, forno a microonde, macchina del caffè, stoviglie, posate e strofinacci). Lo staff […] è molto cortese e disponibile. collegamento ad internet gratis, disponibile tramite Wi-Fi in camera e due computers nella hall. Lo consiglio!!! The hotel is located in a very good position, few minutes walk from the metro station, Penn Station and Times Square, in a peaceful and quiet place. The room is spacious with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery and tea towels). The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time, & we enjoyed the hotel, as it was very handy to everything we wanted to do & see. The facilites in the hotel were excellent, everything we wanted was there. It was a bit like being at home. Staff were very helpful, obliging, & always greeted us whenever we met them. Thanks very much.

Location is excellent, Just a nice 10'' stroll and your in the middle of Times Square and 42nd St Subway where you can go anywhere in New York, Service from hotel staff great. We were informed on arrival that the room would not be serviced for the duration of our stay however if we required clean towels to contact reception! HOWEVER be aware that on […] arrival you receive a ''Complimentary Coffee and Tea in your room!'' and thats for the duration of your stay ( Ours was 4 nights and there were NO tea bags on arrival ) When requesting more Tea bags and Coffee satchels was informed that we would have to PURCHASE them!!!! "Great location!"
Very clean, comfortable stay for 2 who were on the go constantly. About a 5-8 min walk from TIme Square and Theater District. Street was a little less traveled due to surrounding businesses but we never felt scared, cops were almost always on the corners after hours. Would definitely stay there again!

great hotel for the $.....my only complaint is the parking fee...they charge $55 a night...you can park it yourself in a garage around the corner for $25 a night. I wanted to pay in cash for the parking but they charged my card before I checked out....if you pay then -- they will refund the $ on your card...but it takes 10 days....NOT COOL

Rooms look exactly like the online pics. Rooms are very clean. Staff is very friendly. Location was great...less than a mile from Times Square
The kitchenette and table gives plenty of extra space to live, which seems to be a luxury in NYC hotels. The bed was big and very comfortable. We got a room at the 24th floor with a nice view and no outside noise (despite the fridge starting up at night from time to time). My boyfriend and I got bit by something there. Spiders? Bedbugs ? We don't know but woke up itching with bites on our ankles legs arms. Gross.
"Great Place to Stay!"
Great price, great room (with Kitchen) and great location. Staff were friendly and always happy to help. Rooms are only cleaned once per week however clean towels or bedding is available upon request. All in all a very cheap and clean place to stay!

really enjoyed the hotel. close to time square, 5th ave., subway, etc. would recommend! the only issue i had was that the rooms aren't made up everyday. otherwise, fantastic place to stay!

Very friendly staff. Heating system very noisy and blew a lot of cool air when I was trying to heat up the room. If I left it on while I wasn't there, then it was okay. Very helpful to have kitchenette in the room.

This was the best hotel that I have ever stayed in when visiting NYC. The front desk staff was always accommodating and friendly. Our flight came in at 7:30am and upon arrival of the hotel at 8:30am our room was ready and no one gave us any problems for checking in early. We were very warmly welcomed. I have never stayed in a room for the price that […] we were able to have a fridge, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher. The location was close to Times Square in the Fashion District. The walk in the winter to get to Times Square was a little chilly, but I am sure Spring/Summer would be a lot better. This was a good hotel. It was a couple of blocks from the subway and Time Square. Room was clean and it worked out well for the two nights we were there.

"Great Deal Close to Times Square!"
This little suite has a queen sized bed, a full-sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, and microwave with a package of microwave popcorn already in it! The people were SOOOO nice, they have a DVD lending library if you just get exhausted sightseeing, and so many great little small quaint places to eat, so close! I would definitely go there again! If […] my husband came with me next time, I would have to find somewhere else if my daughter wanted to come and stay. A little tight for 3 of us. But PERFECT for me (and my duaghter)! "Great Value"
From the front desk staff to maintenance, our stay was great. We had a "slow" drain in our tub and it was fixed immediately. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Will definitely stay here again!
"QUIETEST Hotel I ever stayed in"
Usually I am accustomed to door slammings, thumping noises, loud talking/tv throughout the night when I stay in hotels. While not perfectly quiet (as I don't believe any hotel can be), this was absolutely the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was spacious, clean, and I had a nice view of the city. Will definitely stay here again.

Very reasonably priced, well-kept, with friendly staff, and a 15-20 minute walk to theaters, Times Square. Just beware that as an extended-stay facility, housekeeping is done only weekly -- but you can get fresh linens/towels at the front desk any time.

Everything was O.K. freindly staffs. very clean room. Very close to Times Square. I strongly recommend to those who stay longer as this hotel has full kitchen systems and a big refregirator in the room.

Just slightly off of the main path, I highly recommend this hotel for any type of stay; both long and short-term. The prices are extremely reasonable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the room quality is as advertised. Definitely would stay here again!

"Extremely Pleased"
The Candlewood Suites is convenient to both the Port Authority and Penn Station. The hotel staff were the best I've ever had. The room was beautiful -- it's nice having a kitchenette too. We would definitely go back! The bed was very comfortable also. I could go on and on!

My Daughter and I stayed here to celebrate her birthday. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel room was clean. They even had balloons and cupcakes (additional fee) in the room when we arrived. We were close to (3blocks) from TimeSquare. Had a great time. We will definitely stay here again!
The Customer service was excellent! The location was close enough to everything. I would recommend this hotel.
