We found the property very clean and well kept. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Small room but it had everything you needed. Would definitely stay again.

The room was great even if it was just a one night stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the pillows, we will bring our own next time, but it was an excellent room. The hotel is good, clean and friendly. The only issue is that rooms are too small for the price you pay. For a family of 3 or 4, the rooms are really small. The breakfast is just ok, all cold stuff, nothing special.
"Shopping"
Great location for a weekend of shopping. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Pull out couch not comfortable so if you need to use this you might want to get a bigger room.

My only compliant was that when I booked the room it was suppose to have a sofa bed and my room did not. That was the reason I booked it because I had a friend staying with me and they were going to sleep on the sofa bed while I had the queen bed and we had to find different arrangements for my friend.

"Great place, hard to find!"
The hotels physical address is on interchange road.... however!!! it is actually BEHIND the whole mall complex and is probably 1/2 mile from the actual road, (interchance). I drove at night so it took me a couple of attempts to actually find. Had good breakfast and happy hour. I absolutely loved my room! i would live there if i could!

Clean spacious rooms, uggly surrounding, limited breakfirst. Not bad but just not worth the money.

Enjoyed my stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean - they had just cleaned all the carpets. It is located behind the Millcreek Mall, which makes it very convenient to many activities, however it is awkward to locate. "Some bad, some good"
There were things I liked about this hotel and a few things I didn't like. On the plus side, it is a nice hotel and the front desk staff is friendly. The breakfast is good, excellent location and nicely appointed rooms. On the negative side, this hotel has very thin walls and floors. "MY STAY"
MY HUSBAND AN I STAYED AT YOUR HOTEL LAST YEAR AN THIS YEAR FOR ROAR ON THE SHORE. THE STAFF IS GREAT . THE HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN. TOOK A DIP IN THE POOL. AND THE BREAKFAST ARE GOOD TOO PLUS (FREE). WE THANK YOU.
"Family Stay"
Everything was great about the hotel. This was my second time here, and first for my daughter for our "mini-vacation," to Erie to fish and shop etc etc. The only issue that I had was that our rooms garbage had to be taken out by me, as it was left in the cans after the cleaning crew finished.

"Great hotel and service!"
The room was very clean and comfortable, the hotel had a complimentary hospitality hour (finger food and beer), and the breakfast was satisfying. Great location, would definitely stay here again!
The hotel was close to shopping & many eating places. The hot tub was great after a day of shopping . The staff at breakfast were really helpful.

The room was smaller than expected for a suite. It was packed with amenities however. Kitchen was nice to have. Big enough for two people not more. Sheets aren't changed until you've been there four days. Good breakfast offering. No hot food.

The room would be very accomodating to those staying for more than one night, which is all we needed it for. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. Accomodations were wonderful. The room still smelled new and was very clean. The pool and whirlpool looked nice, although we didn't have time to use them. "The staff and BEDDING was amazing!"
I stayed at this location for 3days. The bedding was so comfy I never wanted to leave the room. The staff was very friendly and inviting. I called the front desk at one in the morning to figure out how to get my heat on. The gal Melissa came to my room with in minutes. "The perfect home away from home"

"Not a Suite"
These are not suites - just small rooms jammed with a frig and stove. Beautiful, nicely appointed and decorated, but really small -- indequate for 2 people.

"Way Back in the Corner!!!!"
The hotel was very hard to find. We missed it on the first exit. When we finally pulled into the alley of the mall parking lot there were so many pot holes all over the place. This location is around a shopping area, but not one that is convenient enough to walk to. It was not what I expected. The hotel was neat, tidy, staff was always available for your needs. Breakfast was good. Pool was small but was very clean.

the rooms were clean as it is a new hotel but are quite small. We were disappointed the rooms were still not ready at check in time. The breakfast is terrible(sorry but it is) no big deal though for the price it is not bad place to stay .

"Great Hotel"
Upon arrival at 5 pm staff was friendly, desk clerk had to answer the phone few times. Our rooms booked through Hotels.com were not cleaned yet. They gave us different rooms a little farther apart, but rooms were very clean and staff was freindly. would stay there agian.
The hotel location is great , hotel is very clean ,breakfast it is pretty poor but overall I was satisfied with my stay I would like an improvement in the staff attittude and

Room Was very Dirty. I walked into the bathroom and there were dirty towels in the tub. The smell of the room was bad also. They did switch rooms and new one still smelled and was not real clean. The room was neat and clean. Had a full kitchen. However, our room was directly above the pool. We could hear any noise from that area. There were small children and dogs in the room (2 rooms?) next to us. The kids were running up and down the hall alot of the night and dogs barking. "Good for an overnight."
The positive: Very friendly staff. Hotel and the rooms were very clean. The negative: Tiny pool, we booked the hotel based on the picture of the big indoor pool, disappointed that was not the case. Uncomfortable pull out, wasn't expecting an extremely comfy bed from a couch, but my kids could not even sleep on it.

This hotel seemed new and was clean. The continential breakfast variety was dissappointing compared to other hotels. The main purpose of our trip was to use the indoor pool and spa with our children. But the pool was too cold and the spa was too hot, so we couldn't use either.
