A conduzione familiare ottima, con cucina da ristorante più che da hotel. Trovata ottima anche la colazione, anche se tipica di quelle parti.

"3 Giorni di relax - hotel perfetto"
Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni in questo nuovo hotel, qualche chilometro fuori da Merano, a circa 1200 mt di altezza, con una vista bellissima sulla vallata. E' un hotel di dimensioni abbastanza limitate, con una piccola ma adeguata spa. E' tutto molto curato ed è caratterizzato da una grande cura dei particolari e del servizio ai clienti. "Quite a climb, but worth it!"
Getting to this hotel was not very easy, but the trip is well worth it. It is about a ten minute ride high up on the mountain to reach the hotel, but once there, it is a piece of paradise! Service and accomodations are excellent. Food and spa were great too. Can't fault it for anything!
"Great place to stay in Merano"
This is a great hotel if you are staying in Merano or even Bolzano, which is not exactly close but much more beautiful than Bolzano itself. Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are very comfortable, and the view is amazing. Takes 10 minutes or so to drive down into Merano which is a beautiful city in the Sudtirol area of Northern Italy.
"good to relax but that's it!"
There's an awesome view but you are isolated there with nothing to do. The restaurant is expensive, the bar is unattended unless you call somebody. There is no vending machine for a cola if you want one. 5 minutes drive to get the cablecar if you ski. The staff is friendly and polite.

"It's worth the trip to Italy just to stay here"
The view is incomparable. The food very good. The staff fantastically helpful. And they have a very nice pool.

Grosse Zimmer und schöne Balkone, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotelrestaurant ist auf raffinierte Küche getrimmt und entsprechend teuer.

Sehr schönes Hotel, freundliche Bedienung, herzlicher Empfang. Sensationelle Aussichtslage, tags und nachts. Parkplatzangebot bei Ankunft in der sichtlichen Parkebene äusserst eng, unbefriedigend. Erst im Nachhinein wurde bekannt, dass noch eine weitere Parkebene exstiert. Zufahrt (auch zu Parkmöglichkeiten) ungenügend markiert. "Paradise Hotel"
This hotel deserves more than five stars! The staff are just incredibly friendly and take care of extra wishes in a flash - the rooms and beds are extremely comfortable, clean and cosy. And the food......!!! After having eaten at many of the best restaurants all over the World, the cuisine at this hotel takes first prize. We tried something different […] every day of our stay and each time it was incredible. And the wine (the wine waiter knows his wines!)...! The schnapps! Again - whether breakfast or dinner - the restaurant staff are just soooo friendly........ The wellness area is just right, everything is available - we were going to explore the area but spent hours and hours relaxing in the wellness area. The masseuse is also first class - and helped us off to a good start right at the beginning of our holiday! Everybody else has mentioned the view - everything is true - incredible! And the air is like champagne! We (Russian/British family) - living in Germany) highly, highly, highly recommend this hotel. "Traumhafte Aussicht"
Sehr freundliches Personal, das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, ausserdem mit Müesli und auch frischen Früchten.
"Super hotel med super beliggerhed og super service"
Et af bedste hoteller vi nogen sinde har været på. Efter vores mening på alle områder er niveau, der langt overstiger hotellers 4 stjerne. Ikke mindst beliggenheden med udsigt fra alle værelser og restauranten over Meran er fabelagtig. Mad og vine på restauranten var i absolut top-klasse endog til moderate priser.

Вечером, сидя в ресторане, можно бесконечно долго любоваться городком, мерцающим далеко внизу огнями. "Fantastisk beliggenhed og restaurent"
Hotellet ligger i 1300 meters højde med en fantastisk udsigt. Højden betyder at temperaturen falder 6-8 grader når man kommer op fra Merano. Værelset var med to sofaer, bord og skrivebord. der var to fladskærms TV. dejlig balkon med udsigt over dalen. Maden var et kapitel for sig. den kommer op på Michelin niveau

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, der Service und alles drumherum erstklassig. Hinzu kommt die traumhafte Lage. Auch wenn das ganze natürlich seinen Preis hat, würden wir jederzeit wieder dorthin reisen.
