I truly enjoyed my stay at Microtel Hotel Suites in Saraland, Alabama. The hotel is somewhat hidden from the main street, but after I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised to discover I has a fairly large room with microwave and fridg. Everything was great! The breakfast was okay, but no meat at all. The staff was very helpful. There is seafood restaurant, […] Wintzel's right next door and the food is delicious; yes, it is fried. Walmart and Waffle House are close by. The hotel is right off the exit but hidden down behind other buildings on the main street. Several other hotels are next door. "Close to University of Mobile"
This hotel is just down the road from the University of Mobile. We used it several times over the five years our daughter attended. It was always competitively priced. "Acceptable Stay"
I stayed at this hotel because it had good reviews and I had never stayed at a Microtel before. As expected, the room was quite small, but it worked. Not so good was that though the bed sheet had been washed, it was still stained. Mattress it self was hard/extremely firm. The room also did not have a remote for the TV. "Need better breakfast, but overall great hotel."

"Highlight of trip"
The hotel was outstanding. We were down in the area fishing. There was ample parking and power outlets to charge our batteries. The hotel is located close to food, walmart, and the interstate. "2 thumbs up and a high five"
The hotel is located on a cul-de-sac so traffic isnt a issue.Theres a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance(Ruby Tuesday and Wyntzles Seafood).The staff was very friendly and helpful plus the hotel was immaculate. Jeannie at the front desk was absolutely delightful. She was helpful in giving recommendations, made fresh cookies for us and answered any questions we had. The room was small, but the bed was great, really current decor and attractive colors, nice carpet, all clean and new. We had a fridge and microwave in the room and the room had a windowseat as […] well. Great for stretching out and reading. They had a computer with printer in the lobby which was nice to have. We stayed two nights, I would stay again if the need arises, the room was small but clean. Breakfast was not that good but we do not choose were to stay based on that. "Room Service was Horrible"
The Maids/Room Service was very RUDE. What is the use of having a DO NOT DISTURB sign on your door when Room Service ignore it. If I wanted a WAKE UP...I would have ask the Front desk to do so. We loved our 1 night stay in Saraland prior to going on our cruise out of Mobile. The hotel manager was so helpful at ensuring we enjoyed our stay....made recommendations for supper, breakfast and how to safely get to Walmart. "Accomadations"
The second day, I recived a call from the front desk saying that someone was in my room jumping on the floor. This call came around 6pm. At the time, we were in bed. The only thing that I can attribute this to was my three year old running from the bathroom to the bed. I found this to be a bit aggrivating when I went outside to find other guests having […] a barbque in the parking lot. I told the front desk that noone was jumping on the floor and went ahead with the rest of my stay. The overall stay was good other than this one thing.
