great position! (close to the Alamo). The room was small but comfortable even if the air conditioned was noisy. Good and funny Texas shaped waffles for breakfast.

Ottima posizione, essendo circa 10 minuti a piedi lontano da downtown. Camera piuttosto confortevole, pulizia accettabile, personale alquanto gentile e disponibile. La colazione fin troppo spartana, ma accettabile. Tutto sommato, consiglio a tutti di scegliere questo hotel per il prezzo davvero basso rispetto agli standards degli hotel americani (very expensive!) e la qualità dei servizi e della camera che si sono dimostrati essere più che buoni.

Excellent location, everything in easy walking distance. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Rooms very spacious, decorated and furnished in style and comfortable, although I did have a little issue with the shower. I wouldn't hesitate going back or to recommending this hotel.

"Nice hotel with very large and comfortable rooms"
The 2 queen room we reserved at this hotel was surprisingly large with a nice floor plan. The hotel was clean overall, however we did not get any housekeeping service during our 2 night stay, which is usually to be expected every morning when staying in hotels. The breakfast had a nice selection and the surrounding area is convenient, however the area […] in general is not too desirable. The staff were very pleasant and accomodating. "very nice room"
the room was large, totally blew away my expectations, hotel was esthetically pleasing and comfortable but the eggs the breakfast served didn’t taste good and the lobby smelled like dog. but other than that and the hot tub just being able the reach the temperature of warm, the stay was very good
"Must stay for families of Air Force graduates"
Was pleasantly surprised with all aspects of the hotel experience. Even received a call from the front desk our first night to see if things were okay. Room was spacious, comfortable, and the kitchenette even included dishes and utensils that made things much easier while away from home. Would return without a doubt. Well worth every dollar spent!

Stayed here while visiting Sea World. Attempted to check in early before Sea World opened. No rooms available but they were able to hold our luggage (free) and give us a safety deposit box (free) and note that we'd be back late to check in. Room was fantastic (studio w/ 2 queens), very clean. Breakfast was included and was great! All the basics of a […] continental breakfast plus scrambled eggs, hash browns, waffles, and oatmeal. Free internet, free in-room safe. Only complaint (and it really isn't) is that it was farther from Sea World than I expected. Also, everything in the neighbourhood is spaced out so I reccommend renting a car since it's there's not much in short walking distance. There is a theatre next door. Continua a leggere
"surprisingly convenient to get to"
I had the king size suite and was pleased to find a full kitchen with microwave and bag of popcorn. We found the room to be good size but if you bring kids be aware there is only 1 TV. The Breakfast buffet had a nice and varied selection. Overall a nice stay.
Excellent hotel for families with small children. Kitchen was very convenient. Breakfast was good and had something for everyone. My kids loved the indoor pool too.

"Awesome"
The hotel was near Seaworld and the Movies. The Staff is very helpful with directions and provide maps. I will gladly stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. our main attraction was Seaworld. we were very pleased with how clean this hotel is and how big our rooms were. very nicely decorated and roomy... the staff were very helpful and polite. i highly recommend this hotel. "Excellent Choise for Family Vacation to Sea World"
This was the perfect spot to spend our nights during our Sea World trip. The breakfast, the pool, the beds - all was great. The only issue we had was missing our exit to get to it. You have to get off and go down the access road - then u-turn back....but, when you miss it the first time - you remember for the next!

I was disapponted that we got a room with one queen bed when I paid for a room with 2 queen beds. And they were all booked up so we could not change. However, they were able to change us to our desired room type for our second night there. The suite room was overall pretty nice, has a small kitchen with all appliances and a dining table. Alonh with […] a sitting area with couch and two chairs. I have to say the carpet in the room did have some black stains on it. The free breakfast was very nice! the courtesy of all the hotels staff was grert and the breakfast was class a their afternoon snacks were of the best with free drinks and a vary cool atmosphere with tv entertainment loved it

Enjoyed our one-night stay. Our son loved that the elevators had a giant picture of a killer whale on it. Our only disappiontment was not being able to check in early.

The hotel had many great features including a very nice, hot breakfast each morning, and an indoor pool for inclimate weather days. Overall, my whole family thoroughly enjoyed the trip. You can not put a price on good service. It is hard to come by these days but that is what we got at the Residence Inn. We stayed 4 nights for my son's graduation from basic so I researched long and hard for a good hotel. I was not disappointed. The service is top notch, the room was very comfortable and served all our needs. The breakfast was wonderful […] with a wide variety of hot and cold foods. The indoor pool was great since it rained while we were there. The hot tub temp does not exceed 104 so it was not as hot as I would have liked but it was clean and in good order. The cost is only a few dollars more than some other hotels and the service and extras are well worth it. If I am ever in San Antonio again I will stay at this hotel again without question.
