Room was dirty when we got there. Stayed there for three nights. Room was only cleaned once. Never again!

Clean room, bathroom sink/counter in bathroom. No mini fridge or microwave, and room a bit cramped. Walking access to Cabelas and several eateries, nice parking, easy access to highways. We got to the hotel at check-in time 3:00pm and requested a top floor room. The hotel staff were very friendly and were able to honor our request. However, when we got to the room, it had not been cleaned yet (dirty towels on the floor, bed not made). I went back down to the front desk immediately and they gave us another room that was clean. Fine except for climate control system. A/C needs controls to turn down speed of fan (lo, med., hi) otherwise A/C is either wide open (loud) or off. Temp control was not the best either. Carpets in hotel are about due for cleaning and/or replacing. Staff was very good.

A great, very friendly hotel but in a desert of fast food outlets.We selected the town location for easier access to the new Formula 1 race track and away from the city of Austin. Independant travel to the track from Buda was fast and easy (15-20 minutes). However, due to parking problems at the track the better option was to have used the free shuttle […] services from Austin. Only decent restaurant was still a drive away in the old town of Buda or the short drive back into Austin 15 miles north on the motorway. We had 20 students here for 2 nights. The staff was kind and helpful at every turn. The Breakfasts had choices for everyone. The entire staff at the hotel was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care. Beds were super comfortable. Great place that I would recommend to anyone!

The King bed in our room was totally unacceptable! We had to put a large pile of pillows down the center of the bed to keep from rolling toward the center. Very uncomfortable and we hardly slept at all. If all of the beds are like ours, I would NOT recommend this hotel.

This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in, in any city. The bed was too hard, the comforter lumpy, the breakfast ho-hum, the staff incompetent, as in desk clerks doubling as cleaning personel, and the swimming pool remained out of order during our entire stay, except for the first day when it was scummy looking. It worked out perfectly and I was very impressed by the note telling me the duvet cover etc. on the bed were clean and fresh for my stay. Also the breakfast was impressive and very nice. Personally I really appreciated that "light" yogurt was offered.Thank you, it does make me very comfortable about staying at Hampton Inns.

I have stayed here twice in the last month, once for a romantic evening and another just for some me-time before moving from Austin. All the staff that I encountered are Texas-friendly and helpful. The rooms are exquisitely clean! The temperature was a little warm upon arrival but two degrees made the difference and I slept like a baby. The Hampton Inn in Buda is near my husband's family, so we stay there when visiting Austin for Graduations, Weddings, etc. It's conveinent, the free breakfast is a great money saver, the pool is usually very quiet, there is ample parking and the quality is always consistant. I have zero complaints! This Hotel was very clean & had such friendly staff!!! I will definitely stay here again! I stayed in the King suite & let me tell you....this room is HUGE (: & very reasonable...I also like the fact that this hotel was in a central area. Not a lot going on in Buda - but if you need to be there, this is a nice enough space. The staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Thermostat was a little wonky and I wasn't a fan of the pillows but otherwise was fine. They also jacked up the prices the weekend of SXSW which seemed a little unnecessary, but otherwise fine.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. They were also knowledgeable about the area. There were restaurants and stores within walking distance which made it convenient for anyone's needs. We purchased 6 rooms for a wedding party and all were pleased with their stay.
