"Sheraton Erie, PA"
We have family in Erie, and visit a couple of times a year. We are SO glad the Sheraton is in Erie. The bay views are stunning, especially from the workout room. Lovely linens. Pet friendly.
We had a great stay. room was large & clean. Food was good also. Would stay again.
"Nice stay"
The staff is extremely friendly, accomodating and willing to meet any need you might have. The room was beautiful, decor very appealing. My only complaint was the in room coffee. I am not a Starbucks fan, so it was too strong for my tastes. But to those that love Starbucks, you will be happy.

"The Sheraton Erie Beach Hotel"
We have stayed at this hotel a year ago for 1 night only so this time we decided to stay 2 nights so we could enjoy our stay and not be rushed. So glad we did as we came home rested. Loved the view of the water, excellent fish available at the Smugglers Warf (just a short walk to), and we enjoyed our shopping at the Mall on Peach Street. Of course we […] made it to the Olive Garden as we don't have one in Canada. Easy access to everything from this hotel and at the end of the day it was so nice to return to the hotel and relax. "Bay Side Hotel in Erie Pennsylvania"
The Hotel Staff were exceptionally helpful and always cordial. We were only in Erie for two days to attend a wedding, but plan on returning.

"Sheraton on the lake Erie Penn."
The hotel was a meeting place for 2 couples who were long time friends. We arrived,checked in , and met our friends. We met in the lounge and received great service from the bar tender. we moved to the restaurant and received equally great service from Jenna. We had breakfast the next morning in the restaurant. The food was good but the service was […] poor. Our server acted like she did not want to be there. The hostess was cheerful but the server had a bad attitude. I used to live in Erie and my husband and I decided to go back for a visit over Memorial Day Weekend. This is a gorgeous new hotel right on the bay. Because we were familiar with the area it was very easy food and recreation. We did eat dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was wonderful- pricey- but wonderful.

This hotel was lovely -only booked in for one night but it exceeded by expectations. Friendly, helpful staff, beautiful quiet room that was pristine. The bed was very comfortable and the view was spectacular. Would definitely book there again!

Very clean nice high end hotel, great location on the lake. My daughter is playing lacrosse in the area and I will definitely be staying here every time I'm in Erie.

the 12 dollar a night parking fee quite frankly sucked. it was cheaper to park privately in the same garage. very limited handicap parking which also quite frankly sucked. besides that the place was great. manager never got back to us about the parking issue

this would probably be at the top of my list on the worst hotels ever. the man at the desk was extremely rude when we told him of our problems. the room we selected was not at all what it looked like, or seemed to be. they did not notify us ahead of time of the $100 incidental fee, so we were $100 short of the money we had. "Great experience!"
We really weren't sure we should spend the extra money, but Sheraton Bayside was well worth it.. Not only did the discounts we were offered make it more affordable, but the quality was far above any other accomodations. The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable and the upgrade they offered us free at check in (with a Starwood Guest membership) […] gave us a great bayside view. Very pleasant staff, beautiful hotel, very nice view. Bed was a little too firm, but other than that this has been one of the nicest mid-priced rooms I've ever stayed at. Utilized the meeting area/ballroom and was impressed there as well.

"Front desk employee hung up on me"
When I called to complain about the outrageous Internet fee (far less expensive hotels have FREE Internet), the front desk clerk told me I could use free Internet in the lobby (near the bar, check-in, piped-in music, elevators.) I needed to work, and I told him so. He replied sarcastically that I could just take advantage of the free Internet in the […] lobby and hung up the phone. I complained to the manager. For the price we paid for this room (without a view of Lake Erie), we found the small charges an insult and would never stay again. We had been considering a second night on Lake Erie. No basic amenities like Microwave, Fridge etc.. Iron box was leaking and not usable. Paid parking Clean, Comfortable and Easily Accessible Over all ...ridiculous experience.

"Recent stay at Sheraton, Erie"
Very pleasant stay for family business. Conviently situated by Erie Waterfront. Pleasant views, very comfortable rooms, nice bar and restaurant in lobby. Staff very pleasant. Downside..charges for parking, internet. Restaurant expensive for Erie.

"Beautiful hotel and extremely pet friendly!"
This lovely hotel sits on Lake Erie and has delightful views; the coffee shop overlooks the lake. Our room was beautifully appointed, immaculate, and the bed was "heavenly." The staff was very friendly and accommodating and we were very comfortable there. Parking was not an issue; we were pulling a trailer and they noticed and told us just to pull into […] the free parking space directly across the street. We had our Yorkie with us and the staff treated her like a special guest! We were traveling from Dallas to Boston and this hotel was a relaxing interlude for us on a long trip. "Location, Location"
The Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel was a pleasure. The views are beautiful from the marina side or the bay side. I enjoyed the pool and fitness center. The restaurant was good. The location was ideal for us. This was our first trip to Erie and we were sightseeing. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see.
"Not Exactly Pet Friendly"
My husband and I chose to stay at the Sheraton for the fact that it was 'pet friendly'. Well when we checked in we were told that there was a $50 fee for my 2 small dogs...even though the hotels.com webpage did not mention it. The attendant did however, waive this fee. I then had to sign a waiver for my dogs stating that I would not let the dogs unattended […] in the room. So we were not able to do most of the things we had planned to do on our stay because we had to take our dogs with us everywhere. We did not even get to use the hot tub (which was an ammendity that we wanted) because of this! Taking the dogs outside was also a joke...there is a 6x8' section of grass in front of the hotel which is where they tell you to take your dogs to the bathroom! And lastly, they tell me that the 2nd floor is reserved for people with pets...this is because it is the noisy floor. There was a wedding going on Saturday night...the banquet hall is on the same floor as well as the kitchen so both nights I was awoken by banging dishes and drunken wedding party! Continua a leggere
"Expensive Parking"
Parking at the hotel is expensive. I work in Washington DC and can park here all day for 9 or 10 dollars. Parking at this hotel is $10 a day. If you leave and come back you have to keep paying over and over. This is a small, low cost city, but the fees here are too high.

the hotel was very nice the room was very quaint. The shades worked great, we didn't even relize it was almost 10 am cause it looked like midnight in the room. Overall it was a great stay. But be careful local calls cost $1 so don't use the phone.

"Who da thunk?"
I expected Erie to be a dump, but the waterfront is being redeveloped, and it was actually way beyond my expectations. The hotel looks across to Presque Isle. Our room looked out on a little boat harbor. It was large, comfortable, attractive, and generally a wonderful surprise.

"Great rooms, Pet Friendly"
We had a great experience at this hotel. We could bring our dog, which was great. A lot of people had their dogs with them, and the rooms were clean and in excellent conditions.
