Dovendo soggiornare a Monaco per lavoro - InterSolar - ho dovuto trovare una sistemazione a meno di due settimane dall'inizio della fiera. Alla metà di quello che mi sarebbe costata una camera in un qualunque hotel tre stelle in posizione periferica o addirittura fuori Monaco, ho prenotato all'Haus International un'intera stanza a 4 letti con servizi […] e doccia in camera. Condividendo la stanza con il mio socio abbiamo quindi speso circa un quarto del budget necessario per soggiornare in altri hotel. La sistemazione è spartana ma pulita, con servizio decisamente superiore alle mie aspettative, un'utenza giovane ma civile (niente schiamazzi notturni, a differenza di quanto segnalato da altri ospiti). Personale efficiente e cortese. Collegamenti: si trova in zona un po' periferica, ma è a due fermate di bus o tram da una stazione dell'U-Bahn. Per arrivare in fiera occorrono circa 50 minuti. Positiv: clean, nice staff, good breakfast, nice area. Negative: i only slept 3 hours because its sooo loud, drunken people knocking on your door, screaming. In this building you can hear just everything.

When I first came to stay there, there were really loud kids. After they left it was fairly peaceful. The only two things I didn't like about it was the showers, you have to push to get the water on and sometimes stand there for what seems like forever to get even warm water, and the fact that they came in my room to refold the comforter which was kind […] of small. Other than that it's fairly clean. The staff is wonderfully nice and as helpful as they can be. Sometimes they get confused and you get confused, but they try. This is not simple hostel, as it accepts school groups, individuals, students, and older couples. The accommodations range from a college dorm room with two beds to bigger suites. One invariably has to take the bus to the metro station to get around, but that is a minor inconvenience. Since the hostel lies on a busy road, the summer time likely will require one to open the windows, so expect to be up on the earlier side. The family-room in which we stayed reminded of a prisoncell; steel-beds, no bedlights and no towels.

This is not a hotel , this is a youth hostel excatly as the friendly staff said upon my arrival . A very good youth hostel and lovly understanding staff , if its a youth hostel with six berths per room this is spot on for Munich .

I booked this hotel for 2 nights for business purpose stay. I decided to write a review, so others will not fall in the same trap. My needs were very simple, clean room, shower, WiFi , breakfast. I must start by saying that the staff was friendly and willing to assist even if not so professional. The room was Spartan even for the original Spartans, […] only one electricity socket in the room ( another one in the bathroom), no place to put the suitcase, no table lamp, no towels in the bathroom and no soap, shampoo etc … The window can not be opened beyond a very little margin (perhaps for safety reasons). No wifi in my room, I heard that some had it ok in their rooms but from the many people in the lobby with computers I understand that many had the same problem. A grown up man will have problems to sit on the toilet because it is so near the wall and in very small environment. The shower is a separate room with the device that turns off the water every minute so you have to push it over and over again, very uncomfortable, the hot water were medium hot at most. The beds are 2 one atop the other with the height between them fit for kids only, I am medium height ( 1.79m) and I was banging my head each time I was sitting up … The breakfast is minimalist also, but no expectations there so it ok. Give dumps a bad name. Seems to cater to Oktoberfest revelers saving all their money for beer and bands of gypsies. Bunk beds, no towels, no soap, lockers not closets, basically a bunk house. Would have been good to know this in advance.

you get what you pay for, but sometimes you are ready to pay more ang get more as below listed things are important to be known in advance and will affect the decision whether to choose this very hotel or not 1. Wireless connectivity is available only in the lobby or rooms close to it - very inconvenient to go down every time you need internet 2. Emails […] can be dowloaded but not sent out, port 25 is blocked - a real issue for business travellers 3. only 1 power jack in the room ( room with 2 twin, 2 story beds) for 2 people is a big problem 4. I was very comfortable during my stay here. The staff makes an effort to keep the place quiet after hours. I stayed in one of the two bed dorms--there seems to be a lot of them at this location. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

It's a hostel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for buses and underground to access all the fun areas in Munich. Buyer beware though, this is a youth hostel and expect it to be crowded with teenagers and young adults who are loud and up all night. I traveled with my family of four young children and they put us on the student floor, which was very noisy […] with rowdy teens and audible profanity until the wee hours of the morning. The family room for six people consisted of three bunk beds and one small bathroom with shower. The rooms were clean and spartan. No efficiencies. Parking is one the street and will cost you 6 euro for 24 hours. There is a cafeteria on the premises. As well as a disco in the basement. If you want central Munich lodging with a cheap price and don't mind noisy neighbors and prison cell furnishings then this is the place for you. Continua a leggere

War jeden bis Mitternacht im Seminar. Nutzte nur bett. Frühstück ist ok, wenn man keine Ansprüche stellt. Ich hatte alles, für mich war es günstige nachtigungsmoeglichkeit.

Der Preis ist zu hoch, kein Badezimmer im Zimmer.

Das Hotel ist einfach, das Frühstück auch aber es liegt direkt an Tram und Busstationen die einen schnell ins Herz von München bringen.

Für Durchreisende ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet. Einfache rustikale Ausstattung, leicht zu finden und das Frühstücksangebot ist mehr als ausreichend.

direkt an einer Bushaltestelle schnell im Zentrum , sauber sehr einfach aber auch sehr preisweert, Frühstück inklusive und ausreichend, etwas laut, aber mit WLAN im Zimmer und somit hervorragend für low budget im teuren München

Die Zimmer und Duschen waren sehr sauber.Für den Preis Tip Top.Leider gab es nur eine Steckdose im Zimmer,war blöd um zwei Handys aufzuladen ;) Das Frühstück war besser als im manchen Hotel mit wesentlich mehr Sternen.

Hôtel pas cher, mélange entre hôtel et hostel. Petit déjeuner inclus très correct. Un peu loin du métro à pied. Pas très bien isolé. Quartier calme mais pas très joli.

カギが、カードでしたが、その後が、硬くて、廻らず、手が痛くりました。トイレ、シャワー室もそのカードキーなのですが、開けにくく、いつも傍を通る方の助けてもらいました。その他は、良かったです。

Vi var 6 mand på besøg på hotellet og fandt alle, at hotellet på enhver måde levede op til vores forventninger. Vi har besluttet at besøge hotellet igen næste år.

Da vi var i München for at deltage i oktoberfestlighederne var det lidt en streg i regningen, at vi skulle bruge en masse tid med offentlig transport. ca 30 time hver vej. Så vi brugte taxa, hvilket også er en rigtig spændende oplevelse, da prisen fra a til b svinger fr 15 TIL 90 EUR og i sidste tilfælde også et overfald af taxachaufføren. Men skal […] man ikke på theressenwiesn, og er man glad for billig overnatning, fantastisk hjælpsom personale, dejlig morgenbuffet (incl i prisen), rene og pæne værelser men uden nogen form for luksus, så er Haus International eltså ikke et ringe valg. We were a family of four on interrail and got a nice fourbedded room on short notice. The recepsionists were very nice and helpful, and the rooms well kept, while the kitchen staff were less serviceminded- we politely asked to buy hot chocolate after a rainy day - and were told that chocolate was only served at breakfast (?). Zimmer sind in Ordnung. 2xStockbetten hatte 3er Zimmer bestellt. Der Boden gehörte mal gereinigt beim Bett war ein riesiger Schwarzerfleck alle Tage. Duschtasse abgeschlagen und rostig. Dusche funktioniert zu kurz und keine Handtücher. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut! Richtiges Familien und Jugendherberge Quartier! Bischen sanieren würde nicht Schaden! Preisleistung […] ist Okay. Sehr günstig u empfelenswert zb zu 6. für eine Nacht nach einem Konzert od für Kurzausflug. Internet u Drucker vorhanden Handtücher gegen Gebühr.

한마디로 최악입니다. 스태프 서비스 정말 나쁘고 아무리 호스텔이라고 해도 술먹고 애들 취해서 시끄럽게 떠들고... 너무 심하네요.. 청결 상태 및 침대 상태 최악입니다. 가격은 비싸고... 엄청 실망 했습니다. 인터넷 완전 느려 터지고, 잡히지도 않고... 최악이네요.

Vi boede to nætter på "hotellet", i forbindelse med kørsel sydpå. Man kan med rette kalde stedet for et vandrehjem, et godt vandrehjem. Vi har været fuldt tilfredse med opholdene i forhold til prisen.

Die Hostel eigene Disco im Keller des Gebäudes bespasst Tennager auf Klassenfahrt. Gerenne von Zimmer zu Zimmer bis in die Nacht und Gewummere der Bässe durchs Treppenhaus in alle Etagen. Und das ohne Vorwarnung. Diese schlaflose Nacht war wahrscheinlich Karma - für all das was ich in meiner pubertät in Jugendherbergen angestellt habe. Der Nachtportier […] hatte keine Befugnis das Zimmer im ersten Stoch mit einem höheren zu tauschen und saß da wie ein Tropf dem die Hände gebunden sind. Service geht anders. Sehr sympathisches Personal. Etwas lauter, da eingie Schulklassen dort anreisen. Besonders für Junge Leute wegen der Inhousedisco zu empfehlen. Etwas befremdlich, dass die Dusche im Allgemeinen Waschraum nicht über eine Eigene Kabine, sondern nur über einen Duschvorhang verfügt. die Gute Lage und der faire preis, vor allem für München sind die Positive Seite des Jugendgästehauses. Das tägliche Diskoangebot ist für Klassenfahrten optimal, aber für Ruhebedürftige sind die Bässe aus dem Keller bis nach 24:00 Uhr sicherlich eine Zumutung

施設はホステルという感じでイメージしてください。 と言って、ホテル内の制限等は特にありません。 施設地下のレストランが週末ディスコになるようで、午後10時までのようですが、多少の騒ぎは室内まで聞こえます。その間夕方から夜にかけてフロントでは、チェックインの応対、（ディスコのせいなのか）電話が鳴りっぱなし状態で、急ではない限り週末の夕方はフロントの電話は繋がりにくいかもしれません。 フロント・ロビーには多国籍の言語のガイド誌がありますので情報収集には良いかと思います。 また、ロビーには有料のＰＣがあります。 ホテルの外的環境ですが、ミュンヘンＨｂｆからＵ2で4駅（Hohenzollernplatz)下車、徒歩10分ほどでホテルまでいけますし、下車駅からトラムＮｏ.12で2駅でホテルの前に […] 停まります。またトラムNo.27と12を乗り継いで行くことも可能です。どのルートをとっても料金自体に大差ないかと思います。 近隣にデパート（カウウーホフ）とスーパー（REWEでしたか）隣接しており重宝します。 ただし日曜日は休日のため、ホテル目の前のガソリンスタンドで軽食やアルコールを含む飲料を調達することが出来ます。 総じて、ホテルがホステルのような設備対応であることを理解して頂ければ、滞在には十分かと存じます。 Continua a leggere

Das frühstück war nicht gerade das beste, die Konfitüre war grausig und die Brötchen sehr zäh, Unter den Betten war es nicht sauber und in den Zimmern lag ein unangenehmer Geruch. Der Portier den wir hatten, ein Junger zuvorkommender Mann, war SUPER!!! Er hat und alles erklärt und uns TIP TOP informieren können.

Es war bekannt dass es ein Hotel für jüngere Leute ist - das war und ist kein Problem. Dass ein 4 Bettzimmer allerdings aus 2 Stockbetten besteht kann man wissen, muss man aber nicht. Wir wussten`s nicht, wurde auch nirgens gesagt bzw. wir haben bei der Buchung nicht gefragt und waren so einigermassen überascht. Dass allerdings keine Handtücher zum […] Standart gehören war uns neu - den nicht vorhandenen TV/Radio konnten wir verschmerzen. Handtücher konnten für 2€ an der Rezeption gekauft werden - naja. Für uns jedenfalls ein Grund nicht mehr dahin zu gehen da andere Häuser in der Nähe für wenige € mehr doppelt und dreichfach soviel bieten. (Wir waren schon da :-) ) Gruss GKi Continua a leggere
