Reception al secondo piano, ascensore piccolissimo. Senza parcheggio, bisogna aspettare che venga una persona a prendere la macchina, 26 euro di parcheggio al giorno sono troppi. Il bello e che e a 200 metri dal Accademia, molto centrico. Raccomandato se senza macchina.

Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. My issue was that they put us in a room right by the maintenance closet. The walls are thin so there was constant banging/noise of people going in and out. It was hard to sleep with all the loud noises constantly going on. Hotel was a little hard to find, but there is an amazing view in the breakfast room. Florence is wonderful!! It was probably our favorite place. We were close to everything! Hotel had a computer for use and they also had a bar. They have a terrace which is gorgeous!!! Grab a bottle of wine and go upstairs and enjoy the view. They provided breakfast in the morning (perfect!!) Tony (night manager) was the nicest manager ever! He helped […] us so much with directions and provided additional information (like what is a cover charge because restaurants charged a cover charge.) Laundry mat is a couple blocks away and within walking distance to the Ufiziti Gallery and Accademia gallery. It's breathtaking!! Hotel Panorama is low budget hotel with a very high standard. We were greeted warmly by the staff and a spotlessly clean reception area. The place had a very nice feel about if like a space that was cared for. The bedroom was large enough, spotless and suited our needs perfectly. We immediately booked extra nights on arrival we were so pleased. The […] ‘green’ ethos of the hotel appealed to us with plastic recycling, changing towels only when required and natural bathroom products among the obvious differences. The hotel is located about 15 min away from the main drag and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Nice staff. Convenient location. Decent breakfast and coffee. I recommend this place if you're traveling on a budget.

This was a good location in Florence, walked everywhere from there & the price was right. Room was clean, bathroom small but useable & breakfast was decent. Desk staff was very nice & helpful.

Guests need to be aware that this hotel has several types of rooms. Our first night, we were in a cramped room, the shower, which was a drain on the tile floor in between the commode and the sink was separated with shower curtains on each side. The drawback is after a shower, the floor is still wet and one has to navigate through the wet floor to use […] the commode, it makes for a slippery situation. The airconditioning water drain was plugged, so when the reservoir fills up, the AC quits and my husband had to drain the water three times that night for the AC to work. We asked for a different room the next night and the hotel accomodated us. The room was so much better and AC worked without my husband turning into McGyver. The shower was still a drain on the tile floor with shower curtains, but accessibility to the commode was so much safer. We were pleased that the hotel corrected our situation. We will stay at Hotel Panorama again but will be specific about what we want in a hotel room because they do have several choices, it was just a matter of asking for it. The location is excellent. Hotel staff were very helpful when we were trying to book tours. Hotel is quite old and lift was a bit of a worry. Room was large but bed was very old. Bathroom was clean. Great location down the road from David.

I stayed here with my friend on 29 May - 1 Jun. It was a good location nearby Accademia (David), Duomo, etc. We didn't take a bus to all the tourist sights except when we went to the train stations. Room was big, clean and basic. We booked a double room but had an extra single bed to put our luggages - a definite plus! Staff was friendly, and gave […] us the free wifi card w/o us asking for it. Breakfast room was fantastic! The hotel must've gotten its name from here cos we could see nearly the entire Florence city from here! The food was basic but delicious. I had croissant, bread & hot chocolate every single day :) Only complaint is the shower area which was shallow, so water was flowing out of the platform and the entire toilet was wet. Muy bien el servicio se esmeran por atenderte solo que en México nos gustan hoteles un poquito mas grandes pe en general todo muy bien.

chambre pas très spacieuse mais bien équipée, personnel sympathique, bonne qualité du service, très propre. réception a toute heure. seul bémol café et jus d'orange chimique.

When we arrived at the hotel we wondered a little about not seeing the reception from the street. Turns out you have to go to the 2dn floor to find it. Other than that the room was clean and the beds not too bad. The hotel's location was ok for us, not to far from the Duomo, so easy to figure out where you were at all times. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, verfügt über freundliches Personal, hat einen schönen Frühstücksbereich über den Dächern von Florenz und liegt optimal zur Erkundung der Innenstadt. Nachts ist es aber bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut (Müllabfuhr, Spätheimkehrer, Busse, ...). Übers ganze für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen.

Good location - splendid staff. Beautiful view over Florence. Italian breakfast: cafelatte and brioche - but they know their turists so also müsli, toast, jam, ham and cheese. OK

This is a hostel rather than a hotel. I has a very great view in the restaurant, but we only can stay over there in the breakfast time. The position of the hotel is a little far away from the train station. Since Firenze is small, I don't think that this is a big problem. Under this price, it supports a great service over all.

That is really a good hotel in Roma. Since this hotel is far away form the central of the city, we can have a reasonable price to stay over there. The metro station is very close, and the bus can pick us to the central city without transportation. Vi var 9 studenter som bodde her og var veldig fornøyd med beliggenhet ifht til pris. Lå i gåavstand til marked, katedral og museum. Flere gode restauranter innen 5-10 minuters gåtur.
