Sono soddisfatto della struttura alberghiera scelta mediante "hotels.com". L'hotel è di ottima qualità, pur presentando una posizione geografica periferica rispetto al centro della città, lo stesso si raggiunge facilmente grazie alla vicinanza della fermata della metropolitana e con solo quattro fermate. All'interno della struttura è presente una postazione bancomat per il prelievo della moneta nazionale. Il personale è gentile, ma non conosce la lingua italiana.

Ottimo tre stelle, situato in strada secondaria molto tranquilla, vicino al metrò, servizio eccellente; ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

mostra tutti gli hotel a PragaL'unico difetto sono le stanza un pò troppo piccole per essere un 4 Stelle. Per il resto un buon hotel a 5 minuti dalla metropolitana in un quartiere tranquillo. Se volte togliervi uno sfizio, fatevi 2 ore nella SPA.

"Nice Hotel"
Close to city center,10mins walk to the nearest Metro. Female receptionists are nice and helpful. Breakfast ok - have bacon in baked beans, eggs, ham... Room is clean and tidy, with a wroking air-conditioning. but a bit small. It does not bother me as we don't stay too much in the hotel. I was attending a meeting at the nearby Congress Center, which is only a ~15 minute walk away. The hotel is also convenient to Wenceslas square and the I.P. Pavlova metro station. The neighborhood is not overrun with tourists and I felt very safe there. The single room was small, but perfect for one person, it was very clean and quiet.

When booking this hotel you must be aware that it isn't central but it is however an easy 20 minute walk to the the Square. Or 10 minutes to the nearest netro station. Room was clean and bed really comfy. Maid service every day and towels replaced as often as you wish. Staff are generally helpful if yuo need anything. There is also a little shop just […] round teh corner for drinks and snacks. Only downside was breakfast. The small restaurant gets packed and one day there was no where to sit. Breakfast includes sliced cold meats, toast, boiled eggs (if you are up early enough), one type of cereal, some pastries and yoghurt. All ok except they have one two slice toaster!! Its takes forever and there is always a queue. Just leave plenty oftime and you will be fine. Overall... Nice hotel, location is OK for price you pay and its quite quiet. Pro: in every room and in public places there is free WiFi. In the reception they borrow for free adjusting cable for local electricity socket. Umbrellas were borrowed for free too. Safe in rooms are free. Con: Rooms are very tiny. No table in rooms for using laptop etc. The light in the room entrance Is turn on and off automatically and the guest has […] no control over it. "not that great"
Staff was nice and friendly but unreliable. The bed wasn’t made properly once and toiletries weren’t replenished. We asked the receptionist to book a taxi for 7 am to take us to the airport and she forgot. Then she called their own taxi service and the taxi driver charged us more then the official rate was.

The hotel was good although I am not sure it would be considered a 4 star in the USA, or any other country for that matter. It is located in new town which really has nothing to do or see in it. The location is not good for evenings out at restaurants and bars however, the closest metro stop is about a 10 minute walk away and handy enough to get to […] city center where all the action is happening. The hotel itself was well-decorated using IKEA decor and clean other than the carpet in our room, which was really dirty. There was a good breakfast in the basement of the hotel every morning which was nice. The staff were not the friendliest and didn't have the best English but were helpful enough. Having stayed in a number of Prague hotels over the last year, the Royal Court and Spa was up to the standard which we have come to expect. A modern interior throughout following a Scandinavian minimalist model, it had the feeling of being light, clean and airy. The double room was slightly on the cramped side but other than that it was clean and […] very comfortable. The shower was absolutely wonderful - three different settings including back body massage jets which were very invigorating. The complimentary breakfast was buffet style and consisted of the usual good quality and variety of food. The staff were friendly, helpful and relaxed. The hotel is about 6 minutes walk from I P Pavlova metro station so very close to Prague centre. Only one small snag is that the hotel is just off Legerova street which is full of noisy traffic; however, anyone coming from London probably wouldn't notice it much! Continua a leggere

"SPA ei esittäytynyt"
SPA eikä sauna onnistunut, kun ei huomannut varata niitä heti sisään kirjautuessa. Huoneissa ei hotellikansiota SPA mainosten lisäksi. Aamiaiselta puuttui yhtenä aamuna appelsiinimehu ja maito oli vähissä. Pekonit tuotiin kylminä (paistamattomina) lämpösäiliöön. En antaisi neljää tähteä, koska mm. suihkun nuppi oli irti ja lukuvalo pimeänä.

Små værelser men pænt rene og ok når man er på storbysferie. Morgenmaden er ikke nogelt vildt men man kan blive mæt. Thai massagen var super god. Personalet i receptionen er meget hjælpsomme. Meget dyr P-Kælder.

Hotelli oli ok, edullinen ja siisti. Sijainti oli mukava ja rauhallinen. Metro ja ratikka kävelymatkan päässä. Aamiainen myös ok, valinnanvaraa oli. OK rum men inget riktigt spa. Ett hotellrum kallades spa och var alltid fullt. Måste förbokas.

Ett litet hotell som var riktigt prisvärt.Hjälpsam personal, bra frukostbuffé. Promenad avstånd till tunnelbanan, som tog en till alla tänkbara sevärdheter.
Man läuft ca. 15 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt. Ideal für die Leute die eigentlich nur einen Schlafplatz suchen und den ganzen Tag auf den Beinen sind. Leider hatten wir das Hotel gebucht um ein wenig Wellness nach dem bummeln zu machen. Der Wellness Bereich ist allerdings hinter einer normalen Zimmertür und kostet natürlich extra.

Trevlig personal, och okej läge, lagom gångavstånd till centrum. Riktigt dåligt internet och frukost, den var en riktig besvikelse! Badkar med icke fungerande "bubbel". Klent tryck i duschen. Annars fräscht.

En olisi arvannut että vika Delux huone on tarkoitettu enemmänkin vaikeastiliikkuville henkilöille.elikkä kylpy huoneessa oli wc pöntön vieressä tuki jutut ja ei ollut ammetta vaan suihku ja suihku verho jotka eivät ole delux huoneen tasoa. Saimme toden teolla tapella vastaan otossa ettei kyseinen huone vastaa kuvia.Vastaan otto virkailiat olivat sitä […] mieltä ettei ole suurta merkitystä kylpyhuoneella siihen onko se delux heillä määrää deluxin vaan huoneen koko.joten otimme normi huoneen vaikka olimme tilanneet ja maksaneet deluxin kahdelta yöltä.Saimme seuraavana päivänä oikean delux huoneen jossa oli poreamme ja mielestäni siinä on suurikin ero. muutenkin netissä olevat kuvat vääristävät hotellia aika paljon esim ruokailu tila ei ole sama kuin kuvissa. Saimme hyvitykseksi 1t spaata kun seuraavana päivänä pomo oli paikalla. Jos ostatte 1t Spaan saatte varautua siihen että se ei ole 1t vaan siihen tuntiin sisältyy avaimen koodaus vastaan otossa ja sen palauttaminen. En suosittele kyseistä hotellia kenellekkään.Keskustammassakin on parempia hotelleja ja saman hintaisia.Ei ole 4tähden hotelli tämä. Continua a leggere
Avis pour un séjour de 7 jours. Satisfait de l'hotel pour le prix avec réduction. Ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles: pas d'eau chaude le matin si forte affluence, la douche multi-jet dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas complètement (signalé à 2 reprises), la chambre est plus petite que sur la photo, la machine à expresso est une bouilloire accompagnée de sachet […] de café soluble. L'ensemble du personnel parle très bien l'anglais, est très courtois. Le petit déjeuner en self service est copieux. Les amateurs de spa se régalerons: pièce à réserver à l'heure avec sauna, jacuzzi, (hammam) et tout le confort du spa privatif. Nous recommandons cet hôtel malgré les détails négatifs. ingenting på dette hotellet kan kalles bra. Rommene er slitte, skitne, og fuktige. Tven har knapt bilde. Frokosten er svak, og betjeningen uhøflig. Hvis du vil ha så mye som en ny dorull vet de dessuten å ta betalt for det. I tillegg er det svært lytt mellom rom, og støy utenfra. "Außen Hui, Innen Pfui"
Ich will es kurz machen. 1. Empfang: Konnte gebrochen Englisch und war selbst mit meinem Schulenglisch entwas überfordert. 2. Zimmer: Gebucht worden wurde ein Deluxezimmer - was an dem Zimmer Deluxe sein sollte weiss ich bis heute nicht. IKEA Einrichtung war ok. Fenster zugig und morsch, angekündigte Wellnessdusche war ein Aufsatz, der kaum funktionierte […] bzw. garnicht. Bad war sehr dreckig und an den Kanten waren deutliche Schimmelbildung zu sehen. Handtuchheizung funktionierte nicht, ebenso die Klimaanlage. In den Ecken waren Spinnweben inkl. der dazugehörigen Tiere. 3. Frühstück. Äußerst enttäuschend. Wir kommen selber aus der Hotellerie und behaupten, dass ein Frühstück die Laune des Gastes erheblich steigert. Ich war der umgekehrte Fall. 2 Sorten Wurst/ Käse, Kaffee der sehr stark Malzhaltig war, Obst/ Obstsalat, der 8:30 Uhr nicht mehr nachgelegt wurde ( Frühstück ging bis 10:30). Ich denke, für westeuropäische Geschmäcker bzw. den erfahrenen Hotelreisenden absolut nicht empfehlenswert. 4. Housekeeping. Putzte in unseren Augen anscheinend den ganzen Tag. In unserem Zimmer allerdings auch schlampig bzw. ungenau. Haare lagen 3 Tage am Waschebecken. Bettwäsche, welche augenscheinlich Flecken hatte, wurde nicht ausgewechselt. Sind 8:00 Uhr aus dem Zimmer - kamen gegen 14:00 Uhr wieder, da wurde immer noch bei uns geputzt . 5. Abreise. Lt. Hotelprospekt durften wir bis gegen 12:00 Uhr bleiben. 10:30 Uhr klingelte das Zimmertelefon und wir sollten raus. Beim Check out weder eine Frage ob es gut war, oder ein freundliches Goodbye. Sonderpunkt Wellnessbereich. Kostenpflichtig zu überzogenen Preisen. Komischerweise buchbar auch zw. 22-7 Uhr zu einem pPauschalpreis, was uns den eindruck eines Stundenhotels vermitteltete. Dies en Eindruck brachten auch die Kondome in der Minibar. Fazit. Die Homepage versprach wesentlich mehr, als es letztendlich war. Un hotel recomendable a 5 minutos de la parada del metro y en un lugar tranquilo a 20 minutos andando de la plaza de Wenzeslao. Se correspondería a un 3 estrellas en España pero el buen precio lo hace ser de 4 estrellas

"Short time stay - 2 nights"
We were warmly welcomed and the staff was doing a lot of effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were giving us advice what's interesting in town about restaurants and shops close-by. And we appreciated very much that we could handle everything in English. To sum it up: we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Estuvimos 4 días con unas amigas en el Hotel Royal Court en Praga. La habitación era muy cómoda, el baño tenía una tina con hidromasaje y la limpieza era excelente. El desayuno era bueno y variado. En la recepción fueron muy gentiles y nos direron buenas indicaciones. Hasta podíamos comprar los tickets para el metro y bus allí. Nice rooms, but small. Not a problem however since we came to Prague to se the city, not sit in the hotel. Unfortuanatly we where disapointed with the breakfast. The bread was dry and borring to eat. There was not bacon and eggs, eccept eggs on sundays. Not juice....only some sort of lemonade, which tasted awfull. We had expected proper bread, bacon, […] eggs, real juice and so on. Nice hotel. Friendly staff, proactive attitude. Spa room was not big, but there was everything needed for relax. Breakfast better than average. But they have no smooking rooms. This is rediculous, I think!

Mycket trevlig och tjänstvillig personal. Verkar helt nyrenoverat, rent och fräscht med alla bekvämligheter, bra frukost. Har varit otaliga gånger i Prag och bott på hotell i olika prisklasser, men aldrig tidigare på ett så prisvärt hotel.
Ett bra och prisvärdigt hotell hyfsat centralt. Rent och snyggt med en bra frukost. Trevlig (rysk) personal.

"Als Ausgangspunkt für Stadterkundung geeignet"
Wer einen Kurztrip nach Prag machen und die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden will, hat hier einen guten Ausgangspunkt. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Frühstück reichhaltig, leider nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer sind recht klein (economy) und IKEA-gemütlich. Auch die Wände sind leider economy, man hört seine Nachbarn wenn diese im Bad sind und ihren Fernseher […] laut haben. Tiefgarage ist gebührenpflichtig, aber nützlich, da eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel und in ganz Prag. Continua a leggere
"Så bedre ut enn det var men koselig på sin måte"
Trodde det skulle være større. Men det var forholdsvis lite. Mest skuffet var vi kanskje over størrelsen på rommet. For det var ganske lite. Hadde det vært stort nok, ville ikke resten brydd oss noe særlig. I tillegg luktet det litt røyk. Men det positive for at de hadde en uslåelig pris, hvis man ønsker å dra for å oppleve praha. Da er man ikke så […] mye på hotellet likevel. Ligger et lite stykke unna Prahas Karl Johan, den brede store gaten, men da får man sett mye mer enn om man bor midt i gryta. Ansatte og hotellet var helt greit. Vi fikk et litt lite rom, men det var ryddet og vasket hver dag. Beliggenheten var i grei gangavstand fra selve sentrum, men hadde nok valgt et nærmere neste gang. Velg gamlebyen! Et utrolig koselig sted, selv om det koster litt mer der.

Finns ingenting att klaga på. Personalen var mycket trevliga och gästvänliga. Det som också var bra, vara att personalen kunde engelska, så det var inget svårt att göra sig förstådd. Hotellet hade precis allt du kunde önska dig! Läget låg bra så det var bara några min att promenera in till själva centrum. Det var en behaglig autmosfär i hela hotellet. "Super lækkert hotel"
Hotellet ligger meget centralt til i Prag, og det er nemt at finde fram enten via fod eller metro. Vi blevmødt af en meget vennelig betjening og værelset lidt lille, men det var super lækkert. Morgenmaden var også lække!

In general the hotel was satisfactory, but the air-conditioning wasn´t reliable, worked only for 5 minutes during our 5 day stay (!). The breakfast buffet was not ecological and rich as stated in the homepage. Spa on 6th floor was beautiful but the sauna didn´t heat up enough during our 60 min session and the toilet door couldn´t be closed. Location […] of the hotel not so central as postulated, quite long walk through pretty rugged districts before returning from Wenceslas Sq. Good location for excursion to Vysehrad though. venlig personale, god service. Der var skår i kopper og kande ved morgenmaden. Det vil hjælpe på helhedsindtryk at få det sorteret fra. Ved lån af pc (en god service) burde det virke, også på 5 sal.... Men jeg fik lov at låne receptionisten, supervenligt. Den bestilte taxi var der 5 min før tid. Yderst tilfreds kunde
