It is very close to various attractions like Waldameer Park, Eries Beaches, and the Tom Ridge Center, however, the clients at the hotel are up late and drink alot. Worse place I have ever stayed in. Location good close to Presque Isle, very noisey. Room, where do I begin!! First of all no hair dryers or irons, or extra pillows in room. The shower stall must have been built for a little child, because I kept hitting my arms on the spigets, the who entire thing again must have been made to shower a child. Not wide […] enough, I don't feel that I am a large person or wide , but I couldn't fit in it. My husband is 6'4 and barely squoze in it. The bathroom window had frosted paper over it which had a big hole in it and when I had to go to the bathroom or take a shower and someone was outside the bathroom I had to find something to cover the hole. No hand towels at all, never been in a hotel with no hand towels. The best thing, I was cold out so we did not get an early start in the morning and the cleaning lady came and we told her when we would be leaving and thought she would come back to clean our room. But, when we got back discovered she told other maid we told we did not want our room clean! We made sure the only time we were even there was to shower and go to sleep. A complete nightmare!!! The front desk was friendly and very helpful. The place was not up to the expectation. The exhaust fan was not working. I will not recommend this place. You can hear neighbor....

If you are on a fishing trip this is a good place to go room rate not to high for my kind of trip's if you are a fisherman this is a good place to go

Close to beach. Staff unfriendly, rooms no cleaned well, in much need of updates, pool closed early.

The hotel is greatly in need of repairs/updates. The TV was teenie and had a red hue that could not be adjusted... the showerhead leaked, and dripped, and dripped, and DRIPPED!! The air conditioner quit working in the middle of the night... the sitting chair needed cleaning. When we complained the office people looked at us like they've heard the same […] story a million times and didn't even apologize. The location is excellent... they would have a good thing going if they would just take better care of their hotel. NOT RECOMMENDED UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE FOR A ROOM. Continua a leggere

i thought the hotel was reasonable for the money. it is an older motel that really hasn't been up-dated. the room was fine,a/c worked very well. pool was in good condition. location was good,near stores etc.

This motel is definitely a motel. Room standard was very low. Had a very distinct smell of mold and moist. The air-conditioning was very loud and was a wall unit. There were used towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door (but we also had clean towels for us). There were a lot of rust in the bathroom and the shower did not have any shower head. […] The faucet in the sink was leaking and spreading water all over. Tiny room...dirty...dated...begs for improvements!!! Photos on the website are misleading at best! Stay away from this place if you can help it!!

The El Patio is the same as it was years ago but still nice . The room was very clean and very close to everything we wanted to do. Pool was also very nice.

Althought the hotel is outdated, for the price, it does the job. Staff was overly friendly and helpful, restaurant/bar on site (cheap prices!!), fast food, gas stations, etc all within a block or two.The rooms are old, showers you can barely turn around in, but it was clean and comfy. Although we read some bad reviews, this was a good motel to stay and fish the lake. With receptacles to charge the boats, and easy access as well as close proximity to the park, the price was right. It was nothing fancy, but it served our purpose fine.

The hotel was in a excellent location, however the shower ranged from cold to hot everytime you took a shower. Also it looked like the hotel needed some up keep.
