Panviman Chiang Mai Spa Resort Chiang Mai

We checked into this hotel and had checked out within 3 hrs, the food in the hotel was terrible, the pool was freezing cold and it was 45 minutes (at least) from Chiang Mai. There didn't appear to be any other guests at the hotel, well none that we saw anyway. It is advertised as a hill top jungle retreat and there is construction going on in front […] of the hotel and half built buildings around the area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, there are much nicer places to stay closer and in Chiang Mai that are more relaxing with nicer food and pools. Continua a leggere

Room was a bit musty and was a hard to walk anywhere because of the steep hill the resort is on. Restaurant is beautiful but pricey, staff are lovely and the pool overlooking the valley is spectacular! Overall was nice for a night but even if you get a good room rate still ends up being an expensive night in northern Thailand.

Panviman hotel was amazing in many ways but lacking in others. First the location is far away from chiang mai city so you either have to take a shuttle 400baht one way or rent a driver (the best option). It really is heavenly in its views and style of hotel/resort. If u really want to get away from all hustle and bustle, even the mild mannered chiang […] mai, then this is an oasis. It has a giant spa, pool, and other facilities. For your money you are definitely coming out ahead. This hotel lacks good front of house staff. We never got our wake up calls on time and missed a call all together one day. The spa prices are steep even for thailand. The food and food service is excellent. The prices quality and quantity are amazing. We made friends with wait staff during our stay. If you do decide to go to Chiang mai you should hire Ya as your driver. For 2000baht she will drive u and tour you around the area all day including gas. She is so sweet and kind if u need her number comment on this review. If u do the math she provided 15hrs of service for 33$ and the shuttle costalmost half for a round trip ride....bit steep if u ask me. This hotel is simply gorgeous. Can't recommend it highly enough. Setting is heavenly and so relaxing. Restaurant is excellent and the breakfast buffet is great. The idyllic location is well outside the city of Chiang Mai but great for Mae Rim nature activities like elephant rides, etc.

I went to Chiang Mai on a regular basis, but the first time staying at the hotel is decorated Panviman beautiful location on the hill. Pool of the hotel overlooking beautiful mountain,spa and hotel lobby building. I was very impressed with the stay here.

We stayed in one of the hotels private pool villa and we notified hotel staff about the problems we had with the room several occasions (the problems were the front door could not be locked and the bed needed to be fix) but the problems had never been resolved and we’re getting frustrated. We asked for a hotel supervisor but we’re refused to see a supervisor. […] We told them that we would never come back and stay here again but the staff acted like they didn’t give a **hit. Dies war ein ganz toller Kurzurlaub. Das Hotel war sauber und lies keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Christoph & Seksun

리조트 시설은 나무랄데 없이 훌륭하지만 위치가 시내에서 약 1시간거리에 있어 차비가 만만치않다. 편도택시요금(700바트) 리조트 트레킹요금 또한 여행사대비 3배요금임... 다만 수영장에서 여유롭게 수영하기에는 최고임..
