Questo B&B di lusso, con camere e suites, è l'ideale per lo shopping perché è a due passi da via Montenapoleone, per il turismo perché è vicino all'Arengario e alla Scala, e per la cultura, perché a due minuti a piedi dalla Biblioteca Ambrosiana. I am sorry to say that location and size of the apartment were the only things of good. The breakfast is not a 4-star standard consisting of: jam, butter and cornflakes. Bread and milk is also what you get around 1-2p.m.! And don't even get me started on cleaning: I've been in 2star hotels with better cleaning, way better! You want to complain?- sorry, […] they dont do english! And not once have they changed our sheets during the stay of 5 days! I was so sad comming back from Italy with such bad experience. Great location. Resonable pricing with convenence of a small but well equiped apartment, just don't expect hotel service.

The location is fantastic. Less than 2 blocks from La Scala and 3 to 5 minutes from the Duomo and city center. This is essentially a large studio apartment in a great location. The metro station is close by and easy access to the conference center. I was in Milan for a conference. My colleagues were jealous when they learned I was staying in the city […] center and taking the metro, versus staying outside of town at a major chain hotel closer to the conference center (and my room was much less expensive). If this is what is called "Luxury accommodation" - please explain. As an interior designer, and having stayed in "luxury accommodations" throughout the world I have enough to compare. This luxury accommodation gets a -10 for me. For so-called "luxury accommodation" - it was very very, expensive. The decor looked tardy, cheap, furniture chipped here […] and there. The place had a musty smell. The Geberit toilet somehow stopped working so we could not flush the toilet - thereafter bad smells abound. The water pressure of the shower almost to a trickle. We were on the fourth floor of two apartments. Our apartment was separated from the other by a "sliding door" ? The lift had stopped working and on our departure, had to carry three heavy suitcases down four floors (the staircase had no balustrade either) so trying to hang onto an extremely heavy suitcase and keep myself from falling down the stairs was a mission. Our accommodation was inclusive of a continental breakfast which we were told by the hostess on our arrival could be taken downstairs at the coffee shop next to "The Place" and we were told to tell the owner of the coffee shop that we came from "The Place" ...oh dear, where does this most miserable, most expensive, stay end. The Place offers furnished apts in interesting locations throughout the city. The manager shows up to gve you keys and show you the ropes, then lets you alone to enjoy your stay; but the manager is always available via phone. Very personable manager, very clean apartment.

Amazing location, great room, great service. We couldn't have asked for more. Norma made our stay just perfect - she was friendly and welcoming, delivered our breakfast every morning, and gave us a great restaurant recommendation. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again and will recommend to friends for sure.

I stayed in the Manzioni suite, which is located in a smart residential building with 24 hour reception, is incredibly central and fantastically located for shopping, the restaurant district and the Opera house. Everything was catered for down to milk in the fridge, an espresso machine, good hairdryer, dishwasher etc. and the apartment was beautifully […] decorated and very clean. So much better than a hotel and fantastic value at the hotels.com price. Would highly recommend Continua a leggere

Собственно, это не гостиница, а сеть аппартаментов, котоые сдаются как гостиничные номера. Важно сообщить о времени приезда, чтобы не случился конфуз, типа никто никого не ждет. Но это не критично, нас поселили сразу же, а потом приехала дама и зарегистрировала. Качество можно сравнить с отелем 4 звезды в европе. ホテルの部屋は可愛く女性には好まれるはず。 ただ珍しいホテル形態なので理解して行かなければわからないかも。ホテルとして一つの建物があるのではなく、ミラノ市内にアパートメントの部屋をいくつか所持している。それぞれに住所があってそれを捜さなければいけない。旅慣れた人にはアパートメントを借りたようで面白いが、はじめての人には使いにくいかも。チェックインや掃除、朝食、タクシーの手配もちゃんとしてくれるので何ら不便はない。暮らしているような滞在ができる。

Varning: Detta är inte ett vanligt hotel. Dom hyr ut rum med olika adresser. Vi åket till adressen vi fick på hotel.com men där fanns inget. Man måste ringa innan bestämma träff, få en adress mm. Annars var det helt ok. bra läge, bra rum

Super service fra hotelejrens side. Der burde stå i beskrivelsen på jeres side at det er et utraditionelt hotel med lejligheder rundt omkring i byrn.

Très chouette concept, entre l'hôtel de luxe et l'appartement tout confort, même si l'on est un peu surpris au tout début car il s'agit en fait d'un appartement dans un petit immeuble au 1er étage (donc pas de loby d'hôtel ni de réception etc, mais la responsable, Norma, est disponible à tout moment et a de très bonnes adresses locales qu'elle se réjouira […] de partager avec vous). Tout y était: machine Nespresso, machine à laver et cuisine hyper équipée avec lave-vaisselle..Lits très confortables et literie de luxe, TV... Quant à l'emplacement, il est idéal: dans le centre mais pas dans une rue trop animée. Evitez, si vous souhaitez un room service 24h/24h, mais à conseiller vivement pour des familles avec des enfants, tellement pratique ! Continua a leggere

Super Lage. Allerdings ist das kein Hotel sondern eine vermietete Privatwohnung, hat auch seinen Charme, eine Art Palazzo mitten in der Stadt, wenn Sie allerdings wie wir gerne auch mal in der Hotellobby oder der Hotelbar aufhalten so muss man sich bewusst sein. Vermittlerin sollte vorab Kontakt aufnehmen, erst vor Ort hat uns eine Rezepzionistin mittels […] einer Telefonnummer (auf unsere Roamingkosten) den Kontakt herstellen können.Toll war die Möglichkeit etwas zu kochen. Sehr schönes Bad, sehr gutes Bett, Vorhänge in Bad! und Zimmer sollten mal ersetzt/renoviert werden. Fanden das Zimmer unterm Strich überzahlt. Continua a leggere

Bokat hämtning på flygplatsen. Kom en ny fin tysk lyxbil och hämtade oss med en artig chaufför. Dessutom tyckte jag priset för hämtningen var bra. Möttes sedan upp vid lägenheten av Norma som tog emot oss och visade hur allting fungerade. Fick också en halvtimmes genomgång av Milano där hon tipsade oss om sevärdheter och butiker som vi bara inte fick […] missa. Dessutom lite restaurangtips. Allting ringades in på karta. Sen frågade hon vad vi ville ha till frukost och försvann iväg och handlade det. Mycket bra mottagande! Hotellet i sig är en lägenhet i kvarteret Brera (Gamla stan). Nära till allt. Stor lägenhet med sovrum, kök/allrum, badrum och stor garderob. Tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, kaffemaskin, mm mm. Du saknar ingenting. Vi har egentligen inga som helst klagomål (efter att vi lyckades lista ut hur vi skulle få igång värmen) utom att det var ganska livat utanför fredag kväll. Med italienska fönster så hörs det bra =) Men eftersom sängen var skön så somnade man gott ändå! Vill du ha lite mer än ett hotell är detta att rekommendera. Do lado da Scala de Milão - que é um quarteirão dali -, não se trata exatamente de um hotel, mas de um apartamento, com todo conforto - inclusive fogão no quarto -, muito bem decorado. Como era fim de semana, não pegamos o movimento do centro de Milão e foi uma estada muito tranquila. Por não ser um hotel propriamente, não há serviços. A recepção é […] uma portaria de um prédio de apartamentos e pessoa que nos alugou o quarto nos recebeu na chegada e estava lá na partida. Excelente opção para Milão! Continua a leggere

This not a hotel, but a 3 x 4 meter room located in a flat. The breakfast was a couple of croissants, a cup of coffee and a glas of juice. Remember to bring your own toilet paper as this was not part of the service.

Très sympa. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Rue bruyante mais chambre pas trop mal insonorisée. Accueil personnalisé adorable. WiFi efficace et gratuit : que les autres (souvent plus chers) prennent exemple!

Très bien situé, calme et confortable. Accueil chaleureux (en italien ou anglais...).
