This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this hotel...just where you need to be if you are going to a Bowl Game at ASU...Nice rooms...It is always a nice getaway for my husband and I...

The hotel was clean, staff friendly - but they do not have dressers in the rooms. Found it difficult - the closet with shelves was not anywhere near adequate. The bed was very comfortable - I will say that and hotel quiet. They have breakfast $ 10 for a buffet if you are interested. Free coffee for all quests. They do have a little snack area for waters, […] drinks, ect but 2 small diet coke bottles (not regular size) and a bottle of water was $ 10. For an overnight this hotel would be fine. When we checked in with the desk clerk she was so nice and helpful. When we went up to the rooms, (we had two) they were very clean and nice. The only thing that bothered me was on the website it said contienental breakfast and the next morning we went down for breakfast there was no breakfast. You had to pay $10 for the breakfast. Friendly, very helpful staff, but the hotel is run down IMO and not in the best part of town. The worst part is if you have a room facing the street its ridiculously noisy!! I've stayed at other hotels in the area (ALOFT & the Courtyard) and would stay there before I stay at the Four Points.

The hotel was clean, convenient and affordable. The bathroom was a little different than most hotels and by saying different... I mean better. The room was comfortable and check in/out was effortless.

All King bed rooms do NOT have tubs, just stand up showers. Movie rentals on the TV are very pricey. When we first got in the room we couldn't figure out the shades to the curtain, but once you really look hard it is there :) But overall it was a great stay!

The hotel was just across from the entrance to UTSA and close to shopping and an assortment of places to eat. Rooms were clean and up to date. Will stay there again in future.

Had to change rooms because air conditioner was not working. Website showed a continental breakfast was included, but according to hotel staff, that has changed, and we did not find out until AFTER we ate.

This hotel was fine for one night, but really worn down. Pool chairs were broken, carpeting, shower were old and worn, room was not that clean. It was close to ASU, that's about it. Staff was friendly too.

The staff was cheerful, the shuttle driver was prompt, breakfast was consistent, Starbucks in the lobby, the pool and surrounding area was clean and there were always towels, did not partake in the lobby bar so cannot comment. This hotel is great when searching for a value with amenities as well. On the downside, the hallways could use a little updating […] and the area to the south of the property was a little ghetto. There is also a train that passes by at 0430 and 1630 daily. I only heard it once but the other travelers in the party complained about it. Continua a leggere

Exactly what I need to drop my kid off for college. No need to rent a car, they provide shuttle from the airport and from Mill/restaurant area quickly and with a smile. Perfect for ASU parents.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at 4 points as it is so accessible to the ASU Tempe Campus. Good value and easy walk to campus

This hotel is next door to the ASU campus. It was so convenient for visiting the campus with my son or his recent Orientation. The hotel needs a renovation and there was a strange sewage smell throughout the entire hotel which I informed the management. Hopefully this has been addressed.

I enjoyed my stay and would choose the hotel again. My only disappointments: only one comfortable chair in a two-bed room (making it hard to have a meeting in my room) and, despite talking with the housekeeper, the room attendants continued to replace the towels I had hung on the pegs--so much for water conservation in a desert.

Check in was really quick and easy. The workers are nice, and polite. The pool was nice and clean. A bit on the small side considering how many people were using it. The hotel room was pretty spacious (two queen room). Balcony was over looking the pool, and was a very decent size balcony. Some of the furniture in the room seemed a bit old and outdated. […] The bathroom looked like it recently got retrofitted, which was nice. Overall, it was a great room for the price. About 5 miles from Scottsdale Stadium, 7 miles from the PHX airport, and about 1.5 miles from Mill Rd (bars, restaurants). Continua a leggere

I had higher expectations for a Sheraton hotel. Great location if visiting ASU or want to be near the camous. No place to park when checking into hotel. Did not have my King room available that I had paid for. They gave me a double queen with a pool view that left a lot to be desired. If you do not get a pool view you will be looking at an empty lot […] at the back of the hotel. TV selection was ok with 30 channels including four ESPN's and two HBO's, but reception on TNT and TBS kept fading in and out. Very odd "pocket door" to bathroom. About a 2" gap under the entrance door that allowed all of hallway noise to penetrate room. Housekeeping did not clean ice bucket that was used or replace trash can liners after the first night stay. Also informed housekeeping that bathroom sink was extremely clogged and would not drain, but nothing was done about it. Matress on bed was also extremely firm. Nice reclining chair in room to relax in. They offer USA Today in morning, but you have to go to lobby to collect with no under door delivery. The continental breakfast was pretty poor but they do have a small bar in the lobby for drinks at night if so desired. Just an OK experience with nothing being outstanding. Continua a leggere

This was a great place for our stay and visit to ASU. Comfortable, nicely decorated room, and the kids greatly enjoyed the pool. Wish we could have stayed longer. Breakfast was also very nice, with made-to-order eggs.

Good value hotel. Nice breakfast and convenient to stadium. The beds are not comfortable and shuttle was promised to the airport - they did not follow though with this promise.

We were three adults needing two queens and a roller-way. They said it was not possible. Breakfast was alot more basic than depicted on their web site. I have had great b/fasts included and this was extremely basic. Hotel was a little dirty in the hall ways but the rooms were small and clean. Overpriced... should be $70/nt

This place didn't miss a bit being a moderately priced hotel. Newly renovated, kind staff, fully stocked bar (better than most clubs typically have!). Real comfortable feel. The only down side was the really weak continental breakfast. Every muffin, pastry, etc was lame or stale. We didn't stay there for the free breakfast, so no loss for us.

This was very first to Tempe AZ. The hotel started my impression of the community. It was excellent.

at Midnight the first night my airconditioner stopped working and i had to be moved to another room, the next night people were in the pool after midnight and too loud, then the day of my departure i went down to print my boarding pass and the printer was out of order!!! the people were very nice but they didnt offer any compensation for what happened […] to me the first night. just we;ll move you into another room. thanks Continua a leggere

Great location but typical college campus hotel. lots of people, low frills. Would be great for ASU football or visiting students.

This hotel is fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice continental breakfast. Only complaints about maintenance: 1) workout room was kept relatively warm. there was a fan provided but I couldn't get it to work. I mentioned it to the front desk but never had a chance to go back & see if it was fixed. 2) coffeemake […] in our room lacked the holder for the filter and the coffepot. We never asked for it to be fixed since continental breakfast was provided and we got coffee from there each morning instead. Continua a leggere

Upon arrival at the hotel at checkin time one person told us the room was ready but after he consulted with another there was confusion. Evidently our room had been given to another coule because they needed adjining rooms. We were then given a room in which the TV did not work. The hotel was quick to address that issue but we needed to change rooms […] and the new room had to be fully cleaned. So, after five hours we got a room although it was warm and a tad dirty, Over the next few days we found the people at the hotel to be really nice and helpful ranging from questions about spas to breakfast service. As a whole we enjoyed our stay even though it started poorly. Continua a leggere

Hotel was nice and clean, very much what anyone might expect from a Four Points by Sheraton hotel. The bed needed a new mattress though, it was lumpy and had ridges in it. Otherwise a very pleasant stay!
