Hotel semplice,pulito e comodo,adatto sia a soggiorni brevi che lunghi. Bella camera e buon colazione (inclusa nella tariffa); ampio parcheggio gratuito e vicino alle principali vie di comunicazione,oltre che ad un centro commerciale ben fornito.

Hotel tra i migliori che abbia mai visitato; si trova in un parco immenso con diverse piscine, giochi acquatici e laghetti anche per la pesca. La struttura è molto curata, l servizio è efficiente, il personale è gentilissimo. La camera che ci è stata data, era abbastanza grande e confortevole; purtroppo, come in altre occasioni quando prenotato con Hotel.com, la posizione era pessima, nonostante avessimo scelto una di categoria superiore: la più lontana dalla lobby e con vista sul parkeggio! Tutto sommato è un hotel che consiglierei anche se con una camera migliore della nostra.

Bellissimo albergo e paesaggio circostante peccato per il divano letto, davvero scomodo.

Onesto rapporto prezzo servizio, per un motel di passaggio lungo l'autostrada. Scarsa la varietà del menu a colazione.

Great location but typical college campus hotel. lots of people, low frills. Would be great for ASU football or visiting students.

"good value"
This hotel is fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice continental breakfast. Only complaints about maintenance: 1) workout room was kept relatively warm. there was a fan provided but I couldn't get it to work. I mentioned it to the front desk but never had a chance to go back & see if it was fixed. 2) coffeemake […] in our room lacked the holder for the filter and the coffepot. "All things ended well, but..."
Upon arrival at the hotel at checkin time one person told us the room was ready but after he consulted with another there was confusion. Evidently our room had been given to another coule because they needed adjining rooms. We were then given a room in which the TV did not work. The hotel was quick to address that issue but we needed to change rooms […] and the new room had to be fully cleaned. So, after five hours we got a room although it was warm and a tad dirty, Over the next few days we found the people at the hotel to be really nice and helpful ranging from questions about spas to breakfast service. "Four Points by Sheraton Tempe"
Hotel was nice and clean, very much what anyone might expect from a Four Points by Sheraton hotel. The bed needed a new mattress though, it was lumpy and had ridges in it. Otherwise a very pleasant stay!

"Everything I expected"
Easy check-in and out, kind staff, clean rooms, nice continental breakfast, moderately busy pool, and clean rooms. The room was just as I had expected, comfortable, clean and simple. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were picking up our son at ASU so the location of this hotel was excellent, right across the street from his dorm. Continental breakfast was good and you had the option of purchasing other hot breakfast items such as made to order omelets. Service was excellent. Good value. Just three items worth mentioning, the pillows were pretty flat and had to […] be doubled up to serve their purpose, the sliding door that covers the bathroom isn't the best for privacy, and the walls are pretty thin. "Tasteful room"
The room was decorated very tastefully. It was what I expected from Sheraton.

"Great but Noisy!"
The accomodations were great -- very stylish. Flat screen TV. Very comfortable beds. The only complaint we have is that our room was one floor above the patio and the noise level was horrific.

"ASU Game - great location"
Great location for walking to ASU Football/Basketball/Baseball games - can even catch the light-rail to make it quicker. Electrical problem in the hotel the night that we stayed, but manager addressed it before we checked in and gave a discount. Overall - great stay.

"Great stay"
The hotel was perfectly located for our visit to ASU and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We have stayed there before and found the sliding door to the bathroom to offer less privacy than usual but are now used to it.

This is a great hotel in a perfect location for anyone visiting or doing business with Arizona State University. The hotel has been renovated and is very modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. "Worth it if you don't pay TOO much"
It's no 5 star hotel, but VERY close to ASU and convenient for just about any other Phoenix area location because it's close to the freeway. They don't have ice machines so you have to get it from the front desk, but I never had a problem with that. For the most part the service is great, but you get an occasional attitude.
"Not the best choice"
This hotel was recently remodeled but they took shortcuts and now it shows. The hotel is in a convenient location across from the main campus of Arizona State University and is near the streetcar for easy access to downtown Tempe and Phoenix. I received a great rate and decided to try this hotel and was disappointed. The rooms were noisy (between room […] noise and out into the parking lot) and there was a 1/2 inch gap under the door so you could hear conversations of people walking down the hall at all hours of the night. The bathroom has a sliding door (similar to a pocket door) that really belongs on the side of a barn. The breakfast was uninspiring in quality and selection. The under-window A/C was noisy but effective. In addition, the cleaning staff left a lot to be desired - toiletries weren't replenished, the free bottled water in the room was not restocked daily and the carpet was dirty. "Great value & service"
For anyone visiting the ASU campus, this hotel is perfect for your visit. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Great bar in the lobby. Free WIFI in the rooms and a computer and printer are available in the lobby. The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the airport so if your stay is limited to ASU's main campus, no rental car is necessary. […] Breakfast is available in the lobby and there are many restaurants located within walking distance. The swimming pool is large and was never crowded. "nice place but a few problems"
Overall a nice hotel for the money however: The air conditioner was too loud (fan noises) and caused a draft over the bed. We are light sensitive and even though there were blackout drapes light came in over the top (no cornice). The staff were very responsive to our problems but could not really do much.
"Frustrating"
One of the reasons I chose this hotel was that they listed a restaurant on site and after a long work day, especially if I don't have a rental car, I usually just want to stay in the hotel to eat. The restaurant was unexplicably closed for dinner when I got there and I had to walk half a mile through a very sketchy neighborhood to the closest non fast-food […] restaurant. For breakfast, the restaurant was open. There were 3 people working as servers and only three occupied tables but the service was still painfully slow and inadequate.
