My stay at the Falcon Crest Lodge exceeded my expectations. I was welcomed and made to feel at home from the moment of my arrival. We took advantage of an internet sale and on arrival upgraded to a one bedroom suite for only $15. The room was modern, neat and clean. We had our own fireplace, balcony, and barbeque. We would definitely go back again and will be watching for more internet deals.

When we first walked into our room, we were amazed. Beautifully put together with a fire place and kitchenette. This was a more joyful stay than some of the 4.5 star hotels in other locations we've stayed. We found our stay in Jasper a lot of fun and a very comfortable stay at the Saweridge.The room was great and the beds were soooo comfy. Everything we needed was exactly where we needed it to be. We walked from downtown back to the Sawridge which was distance we needed after a wonderful dinner. I would recommend the Sawridge to anyone .

The condos are in great condition. We went for our anniversary and received a mountain view upgrade. Staff was very helpful and kind. We were awakened by the train, but I guess that goes with the territory.

Our room was terrific and would have been perfect, if not for the room next door having a child that SCREAMED none stop from the time they returned to the room till it passed out. We ended up running the room fan on high all the time and running the Dishwasher before going to bed to mask the noise. We asked about moving to a differant room, but because […] of the long weekend, they had no other suits till two days later. I really didn't feel like they wanted to deal with the problem. These are rather suites or apartments than hotel rooms. Everything was brand new and very cozy. The kitchenette is actually a kitchen. Only complaint was about the beds. However I saw that they were replacing them. The staff was very nice and friendly. I will definitely come back.

Beautiful rooms and great service from staff, overall perception of location was great. Vietnamese restaurant on first floor was also delicious/inexpensive. The Falcon Crest Lodge is located on the way into Canmore in an area of other condos/lodges. No stores in the immediate vicinity but you will find them just down the road a bit. Free wifi. We stayed with our 3 children for a 3-night stay in a one-bedroom suite and enjoyed it very much. Cons: the hot tubs could be open earlier; the exercise room should be open much earlier (people like to exercise early before breakfast even on holidays); some maintenance required around the south hot tub. The facilities in the hotel are quite good. Inside the room looks gorgeous and beautiful. The front desk is super nice and would be happy to help you with any kind of problems. Both my friend and I were thinking about we should book 2 more nights in the hotel. GREAT experience! I will still come next time.

I am used to a King size bed so I couldn't rate the room comfort with a higher score because Queen is the biggest bed they currently have. BUT, the manager told us they are in the process of upgrading to King size beds so that shouldn't be an issue next time. This was our 4th stay and we love the amenities. Also, they will match other rates!!!

This hotel was crazy good. We just lucked out on it by booking through hotels.com, and it was awesome. Hotel was very clean, fresh, and new. Every single staff member was nice. The hotel was great and I would recommend to everyone. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it had lots of room for the 4 of us and it was great to have a kitchen. Jessica at the front desk was wonderful. She helped us with anything we asked and did it with a smile. Thank you.

Not everything was replenished every day or when they ran out (towels, sweetener or dishwasher detergent). As for location, comfort, cleanliness, convenience, they were all top notch. I'd certainly go back and would recommend it to everyone.

The hotel itself is fine - nice rooms, quiet, and not overpriced. But people should know it is not "two" blocks to town as I was told - it is 1.5 km to main street Canmore - which, if you do not have a car, makes it interesting to find food within a reasonable distance. I landed there on a Sunday night, and the only restaurant (Indochine) in the building […] or within close proximity is closed Monday and Tuesday's, so my options were to walk or take a cab into town for all my meals, or order in. It does however, have a nice kitchen, if you want to go shop and cook in. Fine place to stay if you have transportation. If you want to be closer to amenities, look elsewhere. Continua a leggere

Was a very nice hotel, but was expecting the rooms to be a tad bigger for what you pay... but very clean, great friendly staff, and the outdoor spas were really nice. Oh and the fireplace in the rooms was great!
