Hotel in ottima posizione. Stanze superior di nuova ristrutturazione e ben arredate, bagno ottimo. Piscina un po' trascurata e con un solo telo per sdraio. Direttamente sulla via principale a pochi passi dall'oceano. Staff gentile e disponibile.

The service was very average, the color scheme in the room was too bright. The Ramada in Noumea should be taken as an example of what a hotel should look like with the type of service you would expect in the type of country your hotel is located.

I knew what I wanted when I booked the trip, a combination of awesome beach and a hearty nightlife. Patong Beach hotel is literally right in the center of it all. With a short walk you will find yourself on a great beach with chairs that you can rent or you can just plop down in the sand. On most days the beaches were clean-ish, but you have to remember […] that this is a major tourist city... so I was prepared for not so pristine beaches. Soi Bangala is about the same distance away form the hotel and offers a nightlife that can keep you going all night long, with many different bars and clubs to choose from. If you want to get away from it all then just relax in one of the two hotel swimming pools where you cannot hear one beep from the road. Initially we were put in room that smelled strongly of fresh paint, had a safe that didn't open, and a toilet that didn't flush. The staff was mostly unresponsive and we had to insist on changing rooms.We were awakened in the middle of the night by a loud, drunken group in the corridor that were allowed to continue their noise making for an hour..The […] surrounding neighborhood is the nastiest we have seen in Asia. The electricity supply was non existent on a couple of occasions, and the service at the bar was very slow. The room was lovely, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Overall a good hotel, rooms took to long to be serviced. So housekeeping could be more on the ball. The pools were also good The staff were friendly and the location is perfect

Very good location it's 20 seconds from beach , my room was on the ground floor and one of the older rooms , felt damp and was loud at night cause isss right next to te Bannaha night club. Staff really nice and my friends were staying in the new rooms which were really nice... Ok for the money but might be worth seeing if there is others... The location is great and the staff are very friendly - the pool and gym facilities arent amazing. The major issue is that my room, which couldn't be changed according to management, was next to building works and had an outlook onto a noisy building site - not good.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and were very pleased with it's location. The reception staff were pleasant & extremely accomodating, the deck side/pool staff were horrible... lazy & unattentive! Rooms were small but tidy and attractively decorated for "Patong standards" :) Shame that the air-conditioning on/off switch was attached to the key. […] It would shut off completely ever time we left the room. Great time and close to all the fun places to be. Staff friendly and hotel pool was great. No pool bar and needed to go to the bar every time to get a refill. Pool side service would have been nice but did not really take away from the good time had.

they put us in a room in front of a construction site, the common areas very dirty, they charged 120bht for ice also for poor coffe that arrived without milk sugar and cups there pr is sad also i would not stay there again as we checked out early what a waste of time and money staying there

Hotel was ok but expensive for what it was, especially the drinks. Staff on front desk were unfriendly and quite abrupt especially on checkout. other staff were friendly enough. Dont have breakfast here.

The Patong beach hotel is very well maintained hotel with a excellent location.The hotel though had very rude staff. The front desk are not familiar with guests staying in the hotel and whenever there is change of shift,the new staff asks for identification and hotel booking receipt. There was a renovation. We were not informed. Only the cafe was working. Neither restaurants nor spa. And there was construction noise. Very uncomfortable. I was disappointed.

we and my wife enjoy the stay in Phuket 10 nights first 2 nights we had noisy people in next room so we have to move upgraded in to the main building to sea view room very nice view up there rooms not very big but enough for 2 adults then we could sleep all night good the hotel friendly staff we had no problem with them You have to tip sometime for […] extras but that everywhere like that Good middle class hotel best about is that very close to the beach and shops and restaurant the hotel breakfast very good the restaurant for lunch or dinner was empty always everybody eat outside the hotel big variety from foods outside and cheaper Continua a leggere

I have stayed at better resorts in Phuket but for location patong beach hotel can not be beaten. close to everything the patong has to offer. Hotel is rather dated but rooms are modern. The resort was being up dated at the time of stay with only one of the restaurants operating. They are building new complex on the street front with new restaurants […] and shops. Some of the front desk staff are very rude and feels like you are being an inconvenience for them, other staff i.e restaurant staff are very pleasant. If you are after a good priced resort thats close to patongs nightlife then this is the place to stay, if you are after something a little more luxurious then i would suggest one of the many resorts at Karon. The hotel was in a really good location, right across from the beach and in a central place which made it easy to get everywhere. The staff were very nice, we did'nt see too much of them as we were constantly out! They came in and made the bed every day and restocked the complimentary water, and also changed the sheets when we needded them changed. […] Only problem was the bed was very firm, you get used to it after the first night though. I stayed here 5 years ago and was happy, but there have been improvements since. Room totally refurbished and very stylish with many nice features. Breakfast buffet well worth the price of admission, make sure to have an omelette! All staff I met were fantastic, polite and smiling. Would go back tomorrow...

Hotel was good although the front desk ladies were not friendly.. did not get service with a smile! If I needed something, got a bit of attitude! Although the men that were working there were helpful and friendly! The hotel overall was ok, location at Patong Beach was the highlight of it all as it was in the heart of everything!

Hotel was fantastic, rooms were nice, the staff were friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day. Only drawback was they try to get you to upgrade for "free", by attending one of there gala dinners.

From arrival to departure everything was spot on.The breakfasts were great.Even a fussy eater could find something to suit them.The rooms were maintained without fail.Some of guests slamming doors in the middle of the night was annoying but then that was not hotels fault.Drinks at pool were a bit more expensive than bars on street.Pleasant surroundings […] & close proximity of everything.STAFF WERE SIMPLY BRILLIANT.Nothing to much trouble for them. Booked for 11 nights. On arrival we were asked to upgrade From a Superior room to a Junior suite free of any extra charge if we ate in one of their restaurants which we agreed, then we were asked to purchase tickets to their Thursday buffet dinner and show 7.30 -9.30pm @ a cost of BH1900 each ($A120) 17 persons were present and the food was cold and […] uninteresting the show was a joke and guest were asked to play musical chairs the whole thing was over by 8.45pm we were not impressed. The Pool closes at 8 pm !! The Gym closes at 6pm !! The Breasfast closes at 10 30 am !! The rooms are noisey early morning with house keeping phones ringing out side your room all morning .Never again .

This hotel is at best a 1 star or non rated hotel. There are many other places that we have stated at for far less and get better rooms and service.The staff is poor and few speak english. When we first checked in we were offered an up grade for more money of coarse per night, when we refused their great offer the girl seemed shocked. She left and send […] us off to some far away location, The room we got had no place to place our luggage and the closet space was none functional. Breakfast-same for 6 days there are choices but boring. The wi-fi was costly and expensive, and the speed, did i say speed.....it crept at a slow state almost not functional. What the USA had in the 1980's 20 yrs ago. Forget about getting a taxi from the place it cost twice as much as what it will cost you from the Airport to the Hotel. Forget about having them call taxi for you....they don't offer and it will cost the same. This hotel is really a poor choice for your money. There are many better Hotels in the area at same cost or less. When we booked they also tried to charge us for some new yrs dinner at 15 times what a good dinner would have cost in the area. We didn't allow them to charge us. The local vendors try to over charge, Always think of the cost in your home area and don't over pay. The beach over all is okay but i can say for a fact the Boracay Beach in the Philippines is many times better, have been there many times and i compare to patong beach which i have been to 3 times. The breakfast is great cannot say enough about this hotel. We always stay in the Deluxe sunset wing which is the tower building on the upper floors. Well we travelled through Air Asia coming from Malaysia, flight was ok!! Upon arrival to the hotel the looby was in good condition, we waited for an hour to check in our rooms, rooms were spacious, clean with a very nice view, as ur rooms were upgraded to the 7th floor instead of pool & garden view rooms... The hotel generally is a very good one in […] the middle of all Patong area attractions which is good. We can say that its luxury hotel but we can say that its modern, nice, clean hotel that is affordable. We were on bed & breakfast basis, so breakfast was ok although the same varuety everyday. A lot of Gulfers are the clients which is ok and bad!! But all is all the hotel was good, pools area was clean and nice, my little 2 years daughter enjoyed her time as well as me and my husband!!! 名前の通りパトンビーチに近く、繁華街であるバングラ通りにも近いです。でもビーチが目の前にあるわけではないので注意が必要です。宿泊した部屋からは海は見えなかったですし。お部屋はさほど広くありませんでしたが清潔できれいでした。洗面所も綺麗でシャワーの水の出力も並です。バスタブあり、ドライヤーあり、セーフティボックスあり、Wi-Fiは有料でとても高値です。朝食はイマイチです。そこそこのホテルに宿泊したくて、でもバングラ通り、パトンビーチに近いのがいいって人向けですかね。プールは二つありました。 どこかで併設されているバナナディスコが宿泊者は無料と書いてありましたがそんなことはなく有料でした。

오후 2시가 넘어서 도착했지만 체크인 시간이 지났음에도 불구하고 체크인하는데 오랜시간이 지체됨. 또한 체크인시 여권을 요구했는데 마침 캐리어 깊숙이 넣어놓은 여권으로 체크인후 가방을 풀어서 여권을 주겠다 했지만 강력히 거절하며 로비에서 가방을 풀어서 여권을 내어놓으라고 함. 푸켓에서 여러곳의 호텔을 갔었지만 빠통비치 호텔에서 본 직원의 서비스 정신은 정말 별로였음. 무거운 두개의 캐리어를 방까지 가져다 주지도 않고, 매우 긴 복도를 지나고 지나 룸에 도착하였으나 룸상태에 매우 실망. 오래된듯한 습한 공기와, 칙칙한 인테리어로 또다시 실망. 호텔 밖이 바로 빠통비치라는 장점 외에는 매우 실망한 호텔.

Vi synes, at personalet er utrolig søde, dog synes vi, at det personale, der er i receptionen burde kunne tale engelsk, eller ihvertfald en person i receptionen burde kunne tale og forstå engelsk. Hotelet ligger meget bra til midt på og litt tilbaketrukket fra strandgaten. Kort vei til det meste. Hadde delux rom i hovedbygningen med bra utsikt til sjøen.Rommet var bra men det mangler steder å legge fra seg tøyet hvis du er der over lengere tid. Reholdet av gulvflatene var greit men det ble ikke tørret støv høyere opp. Det er en meget bra balkong […] som beklaglig vis kun har en hard benk å sitte på, ikke bord eller stoler. パトンビーチの目の前で立地も最高です。 シーフードレストランも近くにあり、歩いて行ける範囲でレストラン・バーなどもたくさんあります。 バーなどと、少し離れているので、部屋の中にいると外の音は気になりません。
