Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 28 ago 2012Nonostante la posizione sia centrale il quartiere è desolante! Intorno solo parcheggi a più piani, uffici e immobili anche d'epoca dismessi. Credo che la crisi a Cleveland si senta molto! E' a 5 minuti di cammino dal centro dove vi è un pochino più di vita! Nulla da eccepire sull'hotel con camere comode e pulite e con ogni confort. Noi ci siamo fermati solo una notte per visitare la Rock and Roll Hall of fame che per gli appassionati è un "must"

Inviato da Silvio R di "Milano, IT" il 20 lug 2011La posizione si e' rivelata strategica sia per girare la citta' a piedi sia per chi come me veniva dal terminal Greyhound. Mi hanno assegnato una camera gia' alle 8 del mattino il che mi ha consentito di sfruttare a pieno i due giorni che avevo a disposizione. Inoltre mi hanno tenuto i bagagli il secondo giorno. Insomma la gentilezza dello staff e la qualita' dell' albergo hanno contribuito notevolmente alla mia soddisfazione. Grazie mille.

Nice hotel and great location. Only problem we had was the room heat was stuck on at 86 degrees. We tried to regulate the temp to 68 and turned on the fan, unsuccessful. "Friendly Staff, Great Suites, 24/7 Pool :)"
This hotel was away from the noise of the city, and far enough from the hotel to not hear the highway noise, but not far from the exit ramp at all. We had the 2 Queen Master Suite. Great layout, loved the convenient breakfast... a little far of a walk for us to get to the pool because you could only reach it from one side, but the pool is open 24/7 […] which is very nice. I loved the included amenities in each of the rooms like a blue-ray player, pots and pans with a range, cups, plates, silverware, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 2 tv's one in the living room and the other in the bedroom, temperature control. Just a great experience overall. The people that worked there were very respectful. I think specifically of the lady at the counter during checkout who was very pleasing, said good morning during breakfast even. I also think of a gentlemen I passed in the hallway while going around a corner, who respectfully stood in the corner and waited for me to pass so there wouldn't be a convenience for me to pass him. "Maybe ask for a softer bed??"
Everything about this stay was great except the bed - which you could argue is the most important part. There are mattresses that are firm, extra-firm, and ultra-firm then there's this one. Wow - I've fallen asleep on softer floors. They put a pillow-top on it and all that does is "crown" and let gravity suck you off the side. I'm not sure if I just […] got the MEGA-firm mattress, or if all of them are that way, but this one was hard to sleep on at all. Perhaps asking for a softer mattress at check-in would help here. I loved the Staybridge Suites in Stow, Ohio. They were friendly and very helpful thoughout our entire stay. Something to make note, you need to tell them on the weekends to clean your room or otherwise they will not. Not even give you new towels. It is part of their eco-friendly environment. They will clean on the weekdays though. While you might think […] this is horrible, just schedule for them to clean and everyhting is solved. I found this interesting, but yet did not mind since everything else was wonderful. The fitness center(24/7), pool area(24/7), laundry room(24/7), mixture of hot/cold breakfast, and Tuesday-Thursday dinners were all FREE (well included in your stay, but they are not that much more expensive than any other hotel)! My wife and I enjoyed our stay with a couple of disappointments. First a lot of POSITIVES: Theatre Room– brilliant idea for kids/adults– about 7 kids in pajamas Friday night watching "Bridesmaids". Staff: wonderfully attentive and friendly. Room: Clean, comfortable, great mini suite amenities. Dining area and breakfast: Great. Nice ambience and furnishings […] both inside. Outside patio breakfast dining option–nice touch. TWO NEGATIVES: 1. Flat screen TV in room is analog, not HD...curious...soft picture– I don't think remotes have optional HD and/or Analog. 2. Room was not cleaned for our second day...no coffee refills (tragic for us)– Unless we missed some conservation or housekeeping policy, this was a disappointing oversight, especially as we were having our Kent State daughter and friends over for a visit and expected a clean room. "check-in is when?"
no complaints about anything except when we got there at 5 pm we were told that our room wouldn't be ready for another hour! that's 2 hours after the advertised time, and represents 10% of the maximum possible time in the room. The lady at the desk seemed genuinely distressed but offered no financial relief. There was a nearby watering hole so we were […] OK. I mentioned the delay on check-out and was again offered apology but no discount but a comment that seemed to indicate it was a regular occurrance. That suggests the fault lies ENTIRELY with hotel management in that they knowingly under-staff. the "1" rating above applies to the job creators, not the employees. We had a nice Suite with kitchen. It had stovetop and dishwasher plus apartment sized fridge in addition to the microwave. We had 2 dogs with us and the dog walk area was stocked with bags when we first arrived. The breakfast was one of the nicest I have seen as far as variety. Late check-in time of 4PM. We drove almost 4 hours and arrived an hour and a half early. Were told we couldn't check in until 4PM. We waited in the lobby until then because we were not familiar with the surrounding area. Room was beautiful. Only thing is someone must not have been told that we were in there. Our stay was very good. They welcomed our dog, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was better than many other breakfast buffets commonly served today. This was our first time to stay at Staybridge and it exceeded our expectations in all areas! The suite was spacious and had the decor and feel of a small apartment. The common area off the lobby was very home-like and even included a theatre room! It was a great find.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on business. New hotel and very clean, has a 24 hour indoor pool and spa + borrowing library + movie room. The kitchenette is a huge plus. The free breakfast was on the light side, not much of a selection. Easy to get to off Route 8. The reservations where made. The hotel didn't have any rooms at 1:30. I know that check in was at 4:00 but we had to be at a concert by 6:00 and we didn't know our way around and we had lots of things to put in our hotel room. We went to a late lunch came back and we still didn't get into a room until 3:30. When we looked in our room there wasn't enough […] towels for the four of us. So I went to the front desk. Then I had to wait for them to bring more. We didn't get back from the concert until 1:00am because of traffic. This is not the hotels fault. But the second day we went to the Cleveland Zoo. We we came back our key wouldn't open the door. We had to go to the front desk again and get our key re-activated. This was a pain, but we got though it.
