"Nursing student's hideaway b4 exam"
A friend and I stayed one night here, to get away from busy families and study for an exam before going to class right down the road. Very conducive to our needs, quiet and comfortable, with plenty of room to spread books & notes all over the place. Staff was very friendly, the hottub was a great way to take a quick break & relax (notes went with of […] course haha), and breakfast buffet was great (had great food, warm coffee and a great warm environment to last min cram to). My only complaints would be #1: the drapes aren't made to close! Just a shear one in the middle and a super bright stadium quality parking light shining right into the room. We took clips and tried rigging the two false curtains closed with them, helped some..still bright to sleep to. And 2: what I look for/appreciate the most about a hotel stay (other than cleanliness) is a good COLD AC, and we were hot all night (it was even a cool night). Had the AC maxed out at 65, but it sure wasn't anywhere near it. Hotel was sooo quiet (good thing), that we had to download a 'fan sounds' app on my phone to go to sleep to. : )~. "Bad neighborhood, unsecure parking"
The hotel was relatively new and appeared to be clean and safe, however we woke up the following morning and our car had be broken into. The police informed us that it happens all the time there and at the others surrounding hotels. What was worse is that I informed the front desk and mangement never bothered to call and even say sorry for tje situation. We had a very nice stay in this hotel. It is a new hotel with all the comfort. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was very good as well.
"Holiday Inn in West Little Rock -- clean and quiet"
This was the third time my family has stayed in the Holiday Inn Express in west Little Rock, and by far the busiest time we've ever visited -- there were at least two large groups of high schoolers who overlapped while we were there. And yet, we didn't hear them at all. Our room is always clean, and the free buffet breakfasts are ample with enough variation […] from day to day that nobody has time to get bored. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express during a recent weekend shopping trip to Little Rock and an afternoon at the races at Oaklawn in Hot Springs. The location may seem out of the way due to the lack of shops/eateries within walking distance, however, it is a great location if you want to drive up one or two exits for the great shopping and food in […] the West Little Rock area. "Nice hotel, but in the middle of nowhere"
I was very happy with the hotel, the fitness center and other amenities. The only downside that there really isn't much around the hotel, only a couple of fast food restaurants and a movie theater.

This hotel was great. Our room was set up for business people, it had a seating area and then a separate bed area. The mini-kitchen area was nice, but I didn't check the temp so our food went bad because it wasn't set to cold. The bed was great, they even had an extra comforter so that I could stay warm.

Stayed on our way to Tennessee and was very satisfied with everything, so much so that we stayed on our way back from Tennessee as well. Breakfast was one of the best I've had. Would definitely recommend.

"Great place to stay, just not on the beaten path."
Excellent condition service, and amenities. It is just kind of out of the way, and not really close to anything. However it was worth it to go a little out of our way for this great value.

We were pleasantly surprised with such an excellent atmosphere, VERY clean room, mattress was a little hard for both of us, however I would stay there again. A serious breakfast buffet! I had a wonderful stay. I was a little concerned because I wasn't familiar with the area but it was in a great location. Very convienent to dining, shopping, and a short distance to downtown. Nice, clean room. Far enough away from freeway that you don't hear noise. Convenient for activities in West Little Rock. The pancake conveyor makes great pancakes.

The hotel was really nice. My only suggestion : if you leave your room but plan to return before check out, make sure to leave your luggage in the room. Otherwise your room will be cleaned and any of your other personal belongings that were left in the room will be removed.

The hotel was VERY clean. It was easy to see that this is a newer establishment. It is not surrounded by much in the way of buzzing nightlife or shopping centers--which meant it was easy to sleep without a bunch of people and traffic around. My stay at this hotel was better than I could have hoped. The room was extremely clean,comfortable, and all around fantastatic -the amentities were top-notch. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.The price was GREAT. "Very nice for the $$"
We just needed a quick get-away with a pool for a last minute day of fun before school started. This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were decorated much nicer than most hotels. Everything was clean. The hotel and premises were well arranged and spotless. Breakfast was best ever even better than some that I paid for. Only one small glitsch, sort of my fault. I left my cell phone charger in the room and they made no effort to mark it for future pick up or delivery. Although this hotel is a bit pricey for a Holiday Inn Express, it was worth it. The hotel is brand new and has all of the comforts you would expect including a fridge and a microwave in every room. "Good Hotel"
Everything at the hotel was fine except for the Saturday morning desk clerk. We forgot our razor so after breakfast we stopped by to get one. It was obvious she & another clerk were getting keys ready for a group but I never got so much as a smile from those two. We felt like we were imposing on their morning. Very rude. Also on the 2nd morning of our […] stay my daughter & I decided we wanted to have our breakfast in our room. A sign near the buffet stated if you wanted to do that, just ask someone for a "to-go bag". When I asked the girls (all Hispanic) they looked at me like I was stupid. I guess they couldn't understand English, I finally just said forget it.
