Non lontano da corso Como, via Solferino e corso Garibaldi, a due passi dalla stazione della metro Repubblica, l'hotel Cervo è in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. Attenzione alle camere, perché ce ne sono alcune anguste e buie che avrebbero anche bisogno di una rinfrescata. Quando sono arrivato, mi è stata assegnata un'incredibile singola al primo piano con affaccio su una tromba delle scale interna, così sono andato alla reception per chiederne un'altra. Mi è stata data una camera più confortevole con affaccio su un cortile interno. Decisamente migliore, ma sempre troppo buia per i miei gusti (e nel bagno non c'era il bidé). Ci ho dormito la prima notte e la mattina dopo ho chiesto se ce ne fosse un'altra ancor più luminosa. Finalmente me ne hanno data una soddisfacente al terzo piano con affaccio sulla strada. Personale professionale, cortese e comprensivo. Colazione continentale ottima e abbondante.

"Un soggiorno breve ma intenso"
Sono stata all'hotel Idea per una sola notte grazie ad un'offerta last minute, con un'amica in vacanza a Milano, e sono stata davvero benissimo: la colazione fantastica, le torte erano straordinariamente buone (si sentiva che erano fatte in casa) e la scelta immensa, c'era persino un fantastico yogurt artigianale e dei mini cornetti gustosissimi, per […] non parlare della doccia fantastica e del letto comodissimo. "comoda la navetta"
il mio soggiorno è stato soddisfacente, è molto comoda la navetta che porta fino alla fermata del metro peccato non ci sia anche in altri orari; il latte della colazione non è fresco e purtroppo non mi ha soddisfatto.

"Hotel Idea Bicocca, la seconda casa a Milano"
Postazione comoda per visitare Milano, l'hotel mette a disposizione in orari stabilit un bus navetta gratuito fino alla prima fermata della metro. A 100 metri c'è la fermata dell'autobus collegata con il bus 81 che porta in stazione centrale e conseguente snodo della metro. L'hotel offre un'ampia scelta di prodotti per il breakfast dal salato al dolce, […] da prodotti leggeri a prodotti un po' più calorici. Camera comoda e silenziosa che si affaccia nel cortile interno dell'hotel, pulizia buona. Nel bagno sono a disposizione oltre che un kit di cortesia (saponette/shampoo/bagnoschiuma/cuffia doccia) anche un dispenser di fazzoletti di carta utili per chi porta le lenti a contatto e per questioni igieniche sono da preferire rispetto a un asciugamano in spugna nel quale asciugarsi le mani. Bollitore dell'acqua e kit tisane e caffè solubile disponibile in camera. Unico punto a svantaggio, me è solo una sottigliezza: il wifi disponibile ma a pagamento. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio a pagamento ma è possibile lasciare l'auto anche lungo la strada di fronte all'hotel senza pagare nulla. "Hotel IDEA di Milano- Facile da raggiungere"
Hotel sicuramente comodo e ben arredato, la camera dispone di tutti i comfort anche se manca la pay-TV. La colazione ijnternazionale offre un grande assortimento per tutti i tipi di palato. L'unica pecca è la distanza, circa 1,5 KM, dalla stazione centrale, non consigliabile da fare a piedi di sera( per quanto ci hanno detto), ma i mezzi pubblici sono […] efficientissimi anche per raggiungere le altre attrazioni turistiche. "Smell of smoke and broken aircondition"
The staff was very forthcoming and helpful, except for one whom worked the nightshift and hardly spoke and understandable english. First night our entire room smelled of cigaret smoke, we told the staff this and was put in another room - very swift service. But the smell of smoke is because the staff and/or guests smoke outside of the aircondition […] intake on the ground floor or perhaps it comes in through the closed windows. Our second room was cigaret smoke free, but the aircondition was broken and couldn't cool down the room. The hallways was cooler than our room and the hallway had no aircondition. Also, the two bedlights was broken in both sides of the double bed. The temperature outside was 18 degrees celsius, our room was 44 degrees celsius. After two complaints at the reception where I had to get blunt for the staff member recognize there was a problem, he manually overrode the airconditioning and set it to 17 degrees celsius. It still didn't work, but at least it wasn't blowing hot air anymore. I didn't press the issue any further because I hate making a fuzz when I can manage. Breakfast is decent, cleaning of the room was good and the staff is generally nice. Good location of the hotel, 15 minutes walk from Milano central station. I can recommend this hotel if you don't mind having issues with the hotel rooms, simply because of its location and its price. Continua a leggere

clean and comfortable , it was much better than those in center of town or the one near the train station, it worth pay 10 euro to go from hotel to city center.

We stayed here as a stop to somewhere else. It was fine. The location is not fantastic. Unlike other reviewers, I did not feel unsafe leaving my car outside. It's really not that bad, but its sort of far out of town and there weren't a slew of food options around. You really had to get in a car and drive. low cost, friendly staff, easy to get there by bus 81 or 42, quiet nabourhood, rooms are clean and the size is ok, breakfest is great, we were there in desember and the rooms were verry overheated
"OK hotel IF you can live with the cons"
This hotel was fine for the 2 nights we stayed, however, there are some negative sides! Here is what we believe is most important to know: 1) The neighborhood is not that nice, but OK just for sleeping. 2) The hotel is not directly by a metro, but a bus 300 metres away takes you to a metro station in a few minutes. Then its close to Centrale (1 stop […] i think) 3) The breakfast buffet was not that big, and it had A LOT of cakes. It was odd how many cakes there were, and only some eggs and a bit of youghurt besides that. "Budget and comfort"
It is a nice place on budget. Better than most budget places we have stayed at. It has a clean sleek look to it. The rooms are modern. Getting downtown is relatively easy. Take a bus (#81) to the metro and then straight to downtown.

"excellent value"
this modern hotel was clean and well equiped. It was difficult to find with Goggle maps sending us completely the wrong way. However the hotel was pleasant and staff helpful and amazing value for money. Easy transport into Milan and a couple of reasonabale local restaurants.

The description of 700m from trainstation is misleading. The location should advise guest to take bus 81 from central station and alight at the 7th stop and take a 400m walk from the bus stop. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

A very nice hotel,outstanding staff, close to a super market,but if you don't have a car it is difficult to use public transportation. We used taxi to get into town.
Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms and breakfast were adequate, the hotel was hard to find and the neighborhood is pretty scary looking. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay for one night.

Decent location. A little bit of a walk to the Metro, but you can take a bus to the Metro station and it's pretty close to the hotel. Not the best neighborhood for nightlife.
I would recommend this only for the value. The value is very good for the cost, however, the neighborhood is horrible and you hove to walk about 6-8 blocks to get to a metro. I wouldn't stay here for more than one night. The location is just too inconvenient, and the neighborhood too trashy.

This hotel (confusingly also called a Holiday Inn Express) was everything we needed it to be. Modern hotel with relatively large rooms, clean. Good choice as far as included breakfasts go. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest Metro station, which didn't bother us. The neighbourhood could be better, but no serious concerns of safety. the location is not so close to subway, 15mintues walk but the hotel provides shuttle which really helps, It was pretty good besides the paid internet doesn't was super slow.

"Good hotel, far from center"
Location is not great. Hotel offers a free shuttle to a metro stop and the train station, although they do not have any during mid-day. Grocery store nearby. Nice hotel and staff were helpful. No free internet.

Very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beautiful breakfast. Hotel was further away from CBD than we thought however complimentary shuttle to railway station was excellent. Highly recommended.
