"Handicapped room with shower was not avilable."
Overall it was pleasant. breakfast was very good, the walls in the room need to be wiped down, the the stopper in the bathtub was hard for me to push down. therefore the water filled the tub half way while I set in on the chair. I have a brace on my hand and arthritis in my knee. Just stepping over the side of the tub was difficult.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Hotel staff was top notch!"
I recently stayed here after the passing of my grandfather and came to town to visit my grandmother and help family get things organized at their home. I stayed 3 nights at the hotel and found it to be very nice and a great location to everywhere I needed to be in Sebring. My room was clean and nice enough, the bathroom was fairly newly updated and […] clean, no complaints. The best part was the friendly staff at the desk. After my first night, I came down to the desk in the morning after a very bad night's sleep with a rattling air conditioner unit that seemed on the fritz. The staff promptly moved me to another room without even a bat of their eye. I really appreciated their quick reaction to help solve the problem and the other two nights in my new room were great. From the courtesy of the staff to the cleanliness of the entire building, this place is an upgrade to central Florida. Clean room, flat screen TV, huge bathroom, elevator, free wireless internet and amazingly comfortable beds are all included. The A/C units will freeze you if not kept on low overnight. This is a very nice hotel. It was very clean. They even have free toiletries and extra towels in the bathroom. The room smelled great, probably due to the fact that it was smoke free and animal free.
