Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 30 ago 2012Il soggiorno presso questo B&B è stato meraviglioso. Le camere sono arredate con gusto e stile. Al momento del check-in la stanza che avevamo prenotato non era disponibile per un guasto al sistema elettrico e ci hanno sistemato in un'altra di livello superiore, senza maggiorazione di prezzo. il B&B è comodo per raggiundere la 16th strada dove ci sono molti negozi, bar e ristoranti e al LoDo (Downtown). La colazione, oltre a cereali e pane tostato, varia ogni giorno con un proposta calda cucinata al momento. Un giorno c'erano dei deliziosi waffles con banane, fragole e mirtilli, il giorno dopo omelette con funghi. Tutti i prodotti sono rigorosamente bio, come anche lo shampo, bagnoschiuma e crema corpo. La zona circostante è tranquilla e il B&B si affaccia su un giardino pubblico. Un bellissimo soggiorno!

L'hotel è situato a pochi chilometri dall'aeroporto, le stanze sono molto spaziose e pulite. Anche il bagno è abbastanza grande e pulito. La colazione continentale è esattamente uguale a quella di qualsiasi altro motel americano.In sintesi, consiglio vivamente questo hotel per chi ha bisogno di restare a Denver per una o due notti.

I resent the fact that $25.00 was posted to my credit card when we paid cash for the breakfast meal and did not use our credit card for anything except the room rent. "Was here for a Wedding"
I was here for a wedding and reception. It was so much fun, really enjoyed the whole hotel, I must say that Trappers the restauruant that is located on top floor is probably the highlight of the town of Parker, its got a great view and is really cool to lounge. Also the rooms and the hotel seemed very updated and new but the pool area needs some work […] seems that must of just been left from over and needs some work. "Customer service terrible"
I had planned on staying 3 nights. However, a huge snow storm came in on day 2 and I decided that it would be safer for me and my 8 yr old daughter to check out early and get out of the storm. The hotel was close to being deserted, we saw very few people in the hallways or the lobby, yet the manager would not even consider refunding even part of our […] money for the room. We stayed 1 night and paid for 3. We weren't taking up a room when they were full and had no others. In this economy, we should all try to help each other when we can. I felt the manager (Michael) was completely without compassion or concern for his customers. The bottom line is his only concern. I believe in supporting companies that prove their customers' satisfaction comes first. This is definately not one of them. There are plenty of other hotel chains out there who will go out of their way to help someone when needed. I urge you to choose them instead.
