The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The localitation is really close to the Liverpool Women's health hospital, 5 minutes walk.

was that bad I didnt even stop one night nevermind the 2 I originally booked for. I lasted 1 hour in this hotel. enough said. never again.

Ok for what I wanted but the entrance hallway was a bit vile to the nose and I could never get parked in the carpark

The hotel is located a few miles away from the docks and 'The Beatles Experience'. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and looked as if they had never been steam cleaned. The staff was very friendly and she was quick to respond to 2 requests. The on site parking was nice although you do have to open the locked gate each time. The rooms were about […] 1.5 stars with older and not very clean furniture. The beds were hard (fine with me but not my wife), the couch was old and sunk in about a foot in the middle. The carpet was the cheapest I've seen in years and not clean. The bathroom WAS clean but not very modern. The heater works like a champ. The washing machine had not been cleaned in ages and smelled of mold. I did not find any bugs, so that was good. This location is probably meant for guys or gals who are going out on a weekend fling. I don't recommend it for families as it's really not a 'nice' place to stay. It would be fine for a group of friends. Continua a leggere

Great price for the size of the apartment. Has everything you need. 30 minute walk to the city center, free parking was a bonus. I would recommend the Arinza apartment as I think it is good value. Staff were very helpful. Surrounding area is probably not the best Liverpool has to offer, but we did feel safe in the apartment. The apartment was very large an well appointed with a lounge, full kitchen (including washing machine), bathroom and double bedroom. The apparent was clean an fairly well maintained. However the furniture was showing wear and should have been replaced. The bed needed tightening up too as it squeaked with even the slightest roll. The bed had a bottom […] frame too, which was not ideal for tall people like myself (6' 4"). I was only here for two nights so did not raise the issues. But would have, had I stayed longer. I arrived at these "serviced apartments" one evening on a business trip. Little did I know I wanted to save the company some money, BAD decision. There is no reception just a phone number on the door that you call and the landlord/receptionist appears. She showed me to the flat and told me they had upgraded me to a two bed apartment. The flat was […] filthy, with stains all over the couches, tables, kitchen etc. The kitchen floor was full of bread crumbs and dirt. The bathroom full of cracked tiles and the toilet dirty. I was afraid to touch, let alone sleep in that apartment. WiFi was not existent so I used my phone to book another hotel and was out of there in less than 10 minutes to a proper hotel. My advice is NEVER go there. I had to pay for a second hotel out of my own pocket, that is how bad it was! Continua a leggere

I would recommend to anyone to stay at these apartments. Very clean and comfortable. Although situated in Toxteth, the area was very quiet and we felt safe. It is about 10 mins away from city centre by car and on a bus route with frequent buses. The car park has a large padlock and big gate which you have your own keys for. ホテルという頭でいったので、二日目からシャンプーの補充やタオルの交換、掃除等が一切ないことに驚きましたが、キッチン・リビング・ダイニングとベッドルームが二つもあったので、久々に広々として　掃除の人が来ないから一日中部屋にいてもいいわけで快適でした。 タオルは洗濯機で自分で洗えばいいし、温度調整は快適にできました、唯一トイレットペーパーがなくなりそうなときには、管理人の人に出会えれば・・・（リセプションがないので　電話で呼ばないと会えないとは思います）トイレットペーパーの追加もいただけました。 シャンプーなどは自分で持って行かないとだめです。でも、キッチンはフル装備ですし、街までは歩いて３０分程度ですから　歩けないこともない、もちろんバス停は近くにはあります。ホテルじゃないんだ、家具付アパ […] ートなんだという頭で行けば、快適に過ごせると思います。 Continua a leggere

Accueil sympathique. Appartement très spacieux. Bien desservi avec les bus de Merseytravel. Il faut impérativement avoir un téléphone car la sonnette ne fonctionne pas.. Les ustensiles de cuisine : poêles et casseroles sont en très mauvais état. Il y a un lecteur DVD mais pas de CD ni de DVD à disposition. Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours.

goed appartement, maar vochtplekken in badkamer, maar ook de douchekop zijn eigen leven leidde. Geen koekepan aanwezig,wat eieren en vlees bakken moeilijk maakt. Vriendelijke manager. En gratis wireless internet. Kleine winkel naast de deur, erg gemakkelijk. Verwarming uistekend en de bedden lagen ook prima.
