Wonderful stay at the Hotel Terra! We enjoyed the views of the Tetons, skiing, and the snowfall! Close enough to the hustle of Jackson Hole, but far enough to enjoy the seclusion!

We had a great time, comfy room, and nice locale. Pool was not functioning could not get up to the jacuzzi either, but loved our room and the area.

We were given an uprated suite of rooms which was extremely comfortable. It is really geared for the ski season, but was extremely good.

This is truly a 5-star hotel in Jackson Hole, WY. My overnight stay there was perfect. I have stayed in first-class hotels all over the world and this is one of the best...and for a quite reasonable price, although I'm sure it will be higher during ski season!

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean, hip in a classy way, world class service, 2 great restaurants in the hotel, top worlout facility, and a great location. We travel extensively and this hotel is at the 5 star level.

From the moment of arrival to checkout, Terra proved to be a fantastic experience. The staff was superbly attentive and friendly, the room was beautiful and sparkling clean. The Osteria restaurant offered delicious italian fare accompanied by a wonderful by-the-glass wine list. The cafe offered delicious breakfast. Beautiful resort! Jacuzzi inside the room, view of Grand Teton, and complementary laundry service, nice!

Hotel Terra was truly wonderful. Exceptional staff, beautiful and clean hotel and rooms. Enjoyed out stay there immensely and would highly recommend it.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. We also enjoyed the spa and the exercise facilities. This hotel is located outside of Jackson in Teton Village, but downtown is a quick 10 minute drive.

This contemporary, green hotel is perfect for access to Gr. Teton National Park, and is located about an hour to the entrance to YNP. Our king bedroom was a bit on the small side, but the bathroom was modern and spacious, with a double vanity, ultra high faucets and the deepest jetted tub I've ever seen anywhere. The bed and bedding were fabulous. The […] heat/a/c system performed invisibly and quietly, circulating fresh, clean breathable air! During our mid-October stay, we had the entire floor to ourselves, so it was super quiet. Stayed here one night. It was the first hotel we booked for our vacation and it looked very nice from the photos. And all-in-all, the hotel WAS very nice -- once we found it. It's clustered in a nest of other hotel that sit around a ski-lift. We came in off season, and the place was D-E-A-D. Everything was closed with the exception of the restaurant. […] The Spa the roof-top steam baths -- all closed. The hotel is proud of its eco-ecomplishments and makes sure you are aware of their efforts. The room we were in was rather tiny considering there was a king-size bed. The room has a "master light switch" which controls all the lights in your room -- including the bathroom lights. So, if you want to get up in the night to go to the bathroom, either pee in the dark or wake up your spouse when you flip on the lights. I'm sure there's a way around this, but we didn't figure it out. Our hotel room had a beautiful view of the Hostel next door... which is about as beautiful as it sounds. Beaten wooden shingles and poorly painted wood made for a stark contrast from where we were staying. I have no idea why they gave us *that* room when the place was virtually empty. The down comforter sounded like we were sleeping in a diaper. It crinkled and crackled the entire night. The shower was unique, and really rather nice. It apparently is "self-cleaning" - although I'm not sure how, and in a public hotel, that sounds a little scary. The italian restaurant was pretty good. Cocktails were nice, and they were very accomodating with special requests -- and the price wasn't crazy either, unlike some of the other tourist-oriented restaurants in the region. Ultimately the restaurant, and the place we had breakfast at in the hotel behind ours were the best things about the place. Ultimately, the price, the location, and the several inconveniences of their eco-efforts made this a place I would not consider again for "leisure, non-ski-oriented vacation." Continua a leggere

This was an outstanding hotel and the price was excellent through Hotel.com. The location of this hotel is so convenient with places to eat and shop within walking distance. We were here in the summer and took the lift up to the restaurant at the top of the mountain and it was awesome. I am looking forward to coming back here again soon!

Staff was superior and very accommodating. The bathrooms beautiful. The only complaint was that the light in the room was very poor.

I was surprised at the small size of the room at the going rate. Way too expensive for what you get.

Great service. Top of the charts. The only issue was the room temp. It was too warm and I did not sleep a wink. We had some noisy neighbors and the staff helped out. I hope to stay there again. The pool was fun for our kids. The stores were fun to buy things in. Nice to have a small grocery story with gluten free snacks.

Hotel Terra has it all: superb customer service from all staff members, clean, modern, comfortable rooms with a great tub, an awesome heated rooftop pool, and another heated pool with a spectacular view. Amenities in the room exceeded expectations. Two great restaurants. We had breakfast at Cafe Terra and it was delicious. I love the conscious effort […] they put into being as eco-friendly as a hotel can be. Located right in the village, you can walk out and hitch a ride on the gondola up the mountain. It was like a mini Whistler vacation, from breakfast to the Spa amenities to the comfort of the room, this hotel really caters for the tired traveller. Lots of attractions closeby, Teton park, Jackson, Yellowstone, also only about 50 yards from the Grand Teton tram. A great hotel with a great price.

We have no words to describe how a great time we had at Hotel Terra. Quality of service, facilities, they take care of every single detail of you stay. Next time we go to Jackson Hole I won't think it twice to stay at Terra. Thanks!!!!

Very modern in a sort of Japanese-Western style. Located in Teton Village, an upscale development with good restaurants and very close to a "back entrance" to Grand Teton Park (closed in winter) which you can get into without a trip through Jackson Hole.

We spent about 5 days recently (August 19 to 24th) at Terra and we really enjoyed staying there. The rooms are impeccable. After spending whole day at mountains and parks,we come back to a modern and fully equipped home like Hotel for the night!!

Makes great efforts to be green. I have stayed here twice now. The first room was really nice, the second time, it was fairly cramped with a long, dark hallway. Staff was very attentive. Spa and Pool and Gym are all tops. Bathrooms are very nice. Good in-room coffee. Loved the phones. Nice TV, but I didn't use it.

This is one of the nicer hotels in Jackson - in the village very close to the slopes. We had a very nice suite with a seperate living room + bedroom. Very nice, modern accomodations. Good stove, fridge, etc. Only real complaint is that there was no mini-bar, room service. You basically had to buy stuff yourself and stock up. The Hotel Terra is an eco-boutique hotel in the middle of Teton Village and a short walk to the ski tram and outstanding restaurants. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Walk Auditorium, the site of the Teton Music Festival. The roof-top hot tub was one of the best I've experienced, natural stone tiles with lots of room, cold drink handy, and views of the surrounding […] mountains. This hotel is beautiful, and nestled in the mountains. The only service issue we had was it is 12 miles outside of Jackson, and there are no amenities after 9:30 p.m. When traveling, we often arrive late and expect at least a vending machine - there was nothing and we had not been able to get dinner. We went to bed quite hungry that night and were disappointed […] that we couldn't even get a bag of chips. The staff couldn't even say if there was anything open in Jackson that time of night (around midnight). We suggested later hours to the convenience store clerk but don't think they will even consider it. Overall though it is a great location and would stay there again, just be better prepared! they do the little things very well

although we stayed in a Studio it was very comfortable for the two of us and there was even a jetted tub in the room great for two people.

The customer service was excellent. Good location. It is out of the way from all the jackson traffic. Room was clean and well taken care of. It will be a lot better when the construction to the attached hotel is finished.
