Lovely hotel with a nice range of courtyards and various pool areas. Nice restaurants and what a contrast after trekking around Wadi Rum and Petra etc. A lovely bit of luxury before we left Jordan. Frankly I wish we'd stayed for longer before heading to the airport- Mt Nebo and Madaba weren't worth getting out of the Dead Sea for! Yet another hotel in Jordan that does not live up to the reputation. The infinity pool is very nice however and the convenience of fresh water showers after a dip in the dead sea. Also very good pool staff who direct kids to the summer and winter pool where they are allowed to swim. Everything else is however substandard! Especially the service... […] With check out taking 40 min! It also took four calls to reception to get the keys to our second room delivered after failing to have these sent to the room as agreed during check in. Overall the village must have been built from the illusion that high end paying customers love Spain as it was in the 1980s. Old, cliche, un Jordanian and kitsch. Cavelike rooms which were very dark. Once we did get the keys to our second room we discovered it was a smoking room despite specifically booking a non-smoking room online. Breakfast was horrible with the need to chase the coffee guy to be served. Would have been better if you could serve yourself as was the case with tea. Lots on display but with very poor quality. Our evening meal was great in the Italian restaurant in the square. A shame that all outdoors seating was taken up by the cafe so had our meal inside. This was however ruined when a local talent came " on stage " singing and we were once again transferred to a tourist trap in Spain. Continua a leggere

excellent view,clean ,very cooperative hotel staff.i enjoyed every moment of the stay in the hotel,i like the arabian style houses.

The Spa is great, the best part of my stay, very relaxing and soothing day. Great facilities and nice staff! Breakfast included & excellent. Evening entertainment was nice too. Enjoyed this beautiful hotel very much, recommended.

A fantastic nice hotel and very good service. The dumb thing was that the bathroomtub could not be filled up, and i got an electric impuls from a switch, and there was not put out any tea or coffee to us when we arrived. We've stayed at other dead sea resorts before, mostly on the Israeli site, but this resort is by far the best experience we had. My 3 kids loved the place,the staff and everything the hotel had to offer. The staff made us feel at home far away from home. It can cost you, but it is highly recommended.

Good points-food was good, showers at beach very good,beds very comfortable,bathroom products,beach/pools were very nice,staff was helpful and friendly, privacy room(outside), drinks in refrigerator,grounds,flowers Arabic style of architecture,internet access Need improving-room service(restock refrigerator) , coolant in refrigerator, ice machine(no […] charge), Swimming not accommodating for woman of Islamic faith...should have private area for women and their children. I've stayed at a few hotels on the Dead Sea now, and this one is my favorite. A little pricey but if you're looking for a one-of-a-kind, luxurious weekend, this is the place to be. Perfect.

A top-notch facility with a killer view of the Dead Sea! Attentive staff members will care to all of your needs. Full breakfeast included in rate w/ just about anything one would need.

This being one of the top 3 resorts i have ever been to. And i have been to all continents in the world. The resort itself was great, the Dead Sea facilities was even better. The best of all is that in few hours distance you reach both Amman and dozens of other very valuable attractions for the whole region and worlds history. This hotel is like an old city within itself.

I would DEFINITELY recommend staying at this resort. Once you are checked in, the experience is magical -- from dead sea mud, to a float in the water, to lovely dinners, to beautiful surroundings -- this place has it all. Also, the pillow menu is to die for!

Impressive resort at first instance. Check in was fast and even got a free upgrade. However, soon the cracks began to appear. Although boasting 5 pools 2 are private, one is in the spa which you have to pay to use and the other two are far too small to accomodate all the guests and weekend users. For both days we stayed here there was nowhere to sit […] by either pool and we had to constantly be on the look out and fight for a sun-bed. We had local friends come to visit us for a drink at the hotel but where denied entry unless they paid £40 each. Just to enter and have A DRINK IN THE HOTEL!! Madness. Although we tried reasoning with staff they weren't willing to waive or bend their "policy" on guests. We got no apology for the angst and embarrassment they put us through either. Ended up going to the Marriott next door where they were much friendlier and hospitable. Their pool was also much larger. Hotel area is in the middle of nowhere. Tried to get a taxi to a nearby recommended local restaurant and they wanted to charge us £70 for a 15 minute taxi journey (normally would be £2). There was no alternative to a hotel taxi available due to the location of the hotel. Confined to eating at the restaurants in the hotel, they served no local food in any of the restaurants on offer and prices for western food matched london prices although having spent a week travelling around Jordan we knew that these were severly inflated prices. So feeling trapped and ripped off I would certainly not want to stay here again. Real shame as generally quite a pleasant place to stay. Room was lovely and dead sea is incredible just no thanks to the Movenpick. Was personally really disappointed but this may be ideal for others. Continua a leggere

This is a large hotel catering to large numbers of tour groups. We were independent travellers, not part of a tour group. The gardens are very lush and impressive. There are a number of different restaurants and bars at the hotel. There are none nearby other than those in neighbouring hotels so you are locked in to dining in. Service at some of the […] restaurants/bars was excellent. However, we also had some ordinary service experiences. Quality of food generally was not of standard I would expect of 5 star hotel. For independent travellers with their own transport, there are lots of fascinating places of interest near by. Continua a leggere

Room is ordinary but overall hotel environment is fabulous. Swimming pool, dead sea, tennis courts and food make up the ordinary quality for the room

リゾートに来たなという気持ちを得られる、高級ホテルです。従業員もよく教育されており、食事も美味しいです。 死海近辺は街も何もないので、滞在中は基本的にホテル内で完結しますし、それに見合うサービスがあると思います。それなりにお金もかかりますが。 スパは特に評判が良いようで、実際に快適でした。 のんびりと贅沢な時間を過ごすのに向いていると思います。

酒店是典型的阿拉伯建筑风格，房间很精致。就餐区域的表演不错，环境很好~~~

A szálloda rendkívül igényes, jól felszerelt. Minden lakó egységhez külön medence van, aki a földszinten kap szobát, annak közvetlenül a medence partján van a terasza. A mini bár teljesen ingyenes. Het hotel ligt fantastisch, direct aan de Dode Zee. Een hele mooie goed verzorgde omgeving. Veel bloemen en planten. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt met lekker vers brood! Er zijn diverse restaurants waar goed vers eten geserveerd wordt voor een redelijke prijs. De drank is wel wat duur. Enige minpunt is het bed. Dit is oud […] en piept. Vraiment, cet hôtel est formidable, tant du point de vue de son architecture que de la qualité de ses chambres. Ses nombreuses piscines et ses beaux espaces verts offrent un véritable plaisir à ses clients. tout de même, les repas et boissons me paraissent onéreux.
