l'hotel è lontano dal centro, intorno non c'è proprio niente...questa è la seconda volta che mi fermo a dormire, e l'esperienza è stata meno positiva. Avevamo una stanza a piano terra, abbiamo trovato degli insetti e la stanza era molto buia, male iluminata. l'hotel è pulito e confortevole, le stanze sono comode (noi eravamo in 3 con due letti matrimoniali). Nella nostra tariffa era compresa la colazione, che non era stupefacente ma niente male, considerando quanto abbiamo pagato...anche la vista sul porto è meravigliosa, unico neo è che è un po'fuori mano se non si ha la macchina.

Room needs updating. Can hear people above you. Front desk helpful when extra linen was needed.

wow. small room with an even smaller bathtub. my 2 year old would have been offended by the size of that bathtub. 1 bottle of shampoo, 2 people. bed like a rock. had to hold the handle for the toilet to flush. very drafty room, there was a gap the whole way arround the door. best part was the tv.

Everything fine and cmfortable. Just a noisy bathroom vent, but only while you turned it on. Solution: leave the bathroom door open and dont turn on the light.

I hated the damp smell and mold between the tiles surrounding the tub.

It had an ordor when you opened the door and the carpet was not very clean, and the maid dhe she came an and tidied the room but she did not, had the call the manager to come and make the bed, fresh towels etc, I will not stay there again.

The management are lovely; very helpful and chatty. The place is a little rundown but acceptable. A bit out of the way from town.

The 1st room they gave me smelled like a damp basement, the second seemed like they just couldn't get the old smoke smell out of the building. Location is fine if you have a car - it is on the bus route. No fridge to keep things cold. 1) Smelly of smoking, stale building and musty, 2) Very run down rooms and the building (beds are horrible) 3) Sub-standard for a motel and is NOT worth staying at this motel no matter how cheap the price is

This hotel is trying to update their rooms by piecework instead of a total reno. Everything is old - a/c in window but window is old & air comes in from outside. This Hotel was very disappointing for a Howard Johnson. It did not even come close the the franchise's standards. Dirty rooms, washrooms and finding dirty laundry in the pillow cases was very unacceptable. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and noticed great communication and friendly staff. Everyone I spoke to was very welcoming and friendly.

this hotel was alright other then the place has no where to sit the room had a bed and one wooden chair that was not comfortable it was supose to have a pull out sofa and didnt and the lady in the resturant was very unfriendly and it was over priced other then that it was ok

The personal were very nice. The room was not so nice. There was a hole in the wall where the drain pipe ran through. The drain in the sink & bathtub did not work. The door to the room was almost impossible to open. We were not impressed. Would not recommend it.

needed alot of maintenance, hot water in tub ran all night. and above mirror the electrical plug was falling out, very dangerous above running water (sink).

The room was very clean, though quite dated. Unfortunately there was the sound of running water which kept us awake most of the night. We were close to the activies in which we wanted to participate in the city. We had problems with the toilet, which was a frustration because we had to go to a gas station to use the facilities the next morning.

This hotel while older was in great condition. It was exceptionally clean and well kept. The coffee shop was also clean and well staffed with helpful and very nice and polite people. It has a nice view of the bay and is in close proximity to shopping and dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again and recommend this hotel to e […] veryone. The staff was friendly and took care of our needs. Our room was way up in the back and far from breakfast room and office. The hotel looked shaby and needed paint real bad. The room was clean but small. The bathroom sink was all rusty and had nicks out off it. Rubbish in the parking lot. Breakfast was very good and the staff was great. Was not part […] of the hotel. The outside of the building was lovely, even the front desk was nice. The room, on the other hand, was notably run down and dirty. The carpets did not appear to be clean and the bathtub was still full of water from God-knows-what. Even the mirror was smudged and dirty. It was really quite awful. Hotel is far from downtown and from airport.Management is not cooperative. We would not stay again in this Hotel.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. It desperately needs complete renovation, bath tube was in terrible condition, bad smell in the room, everything is old and dusty. Price is not bad but even for one night hotel is not good enough.

For the money paid, it was a great value and we felt very comfortable with the staff. Not a fancy place to stay but very clean and the staff was very nice.
