Questo hotel è veramente eccezionale dalll'accoglienza ci siamo accorti di essere i benvenuti in una città che porta ancora i segni di vecchi dissapori. Senza ombra di dubbio lo consiglio a chi si reca in questa città

The old town of Mostar is charming. However, the greater city area is gritty, dirty, and slightly intimidating. We arrived at the central bus station and there was no information place to help us find the hotel. Thank goodness I had seen a sign for it from the bus as we came into town. So we retraced the path of the bus and after about a 20 minute walk, […] pulling our suitcases, we did locate it. Once inside the gated area, it is very pleasant, with flowers blooming and very nice people to greet us. The museum and hotel are all in the Ottoman tradition, including the removal of shoes in both the museum and the hallway of the hotel. Our room was very small but the decor was very Ottoman in feel... nothing like we had experienced ever before. The kind proprietor prepared sandwiches for us in the morning as we were missing breakfast to catch a train to Sarajevo. He spoke English well and was very helpful and kind to us. Continua a leggere

Great hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Fascinating place to see. Thoroughly recommended. Rooms available in Stable block or in main building which is also the museum.

The Muslibegovic house is an oasis among the ruins of Dubrovnik. The hotel is behind a big wall, and you walk into a beautiful courtyard, with fragrant flowers. It is tranquil, quite and beautiful. It is a nicely restored 18-19th century Turkish mansion, that is also a museum (although it does not get a lot of visitors). The owners are very hospitable […] and friendly. This is perhaps the most charming hotel I have ever stayed in. Built in Ottoman style, its rooms are a bit small by US standards, but the Ottoman furnishings are lovely. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful; the location is perfect. One on-line company lists it as one of their top ten hotels worldwide. I certainly agree.

This is the most beautiful and unique place I've ever stayed in and the service was excellent. Very close to the old town and the bridge.

I was charged for a double room even though I was using it as single occupancy, as there were no single rooms available, other than this I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay while in Mostar. I would definitely stay there again.

We found our visit to be an adventure; as a working museum, the facilities are a rare combitation of amenities. Hotel size and unique environment enhances fellowship among guests. STAFF: Extremely helpful; offered wonderful insights into 1/2 day trips outside of city that we would never have found. FACILITIES: Very interesting blend of historic and […] modern conveniences. this hotel is a great place to stay while in mostar. it easy walking distance to everything in mostar and has wonderful character. the hotel staff is absolutely wonderful. definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our time in Mostar, and it was in large part because of our accommodation. The man who runs this house is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and - probably most importantly - passionate about the history of the place. His advice ranged from where to find quality (genuine) Bosnian cuisine, to how to get the most out of the local museums […] and attractions. He then went well above and beyond by even helping us to organise our bus to Dubrovnik. Our room was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities that were advertised. We were also delighted to find that all decorations within the house were genuine artefacts from the Ottoman period - which made a welcome change from the usual mishmash of fake decorative touches! The Muslibegovic House was a great place to stay. It is one of 3 Turkish houses in Mostar and the only one you can stay in. The guest quarters are in a separate building than what is involved in the tour, so there is great privacy. The room was wonderfully decorated and very comfortable, and most importantly, the staff was very friendly and helpful. […] It is located just a short 5-10 minute walk from the Old Bridge. Like staying in someone's beautiful old home. All rooms furnished in the old Moslem way & just lovely. A nice courtyard and breakfast room. Steps away from old Mostar & the bridge. Run by the family who has owned the house for centuries. This was a find!

The hotel is up a hill and can be a little bit difficult to find, but it was well worth it for the one night we had in Mostar. We enjoyed the uniqueness of the hotel and the general care that the guy puts into the place. Each room is decorated very nicely with a traditional Bosnian decoration, and we really like the general feel of it. The house is […] old, so you may hear creaky noises from the floor above and our bathroom was not big, but it worked fine for one night. I know some rooms were a lot bigger than others and it is just luck of the draw on them. Breakfast was standard Balkans breakfast - cold selection of meats/cheese and some hard boiled eggs/yogurts. It takes about 5-10 min to walk to the start of the tourist area, and about a 15 min walk to the bus station (for those who arrive by that). Continua a leggere

Ainutlaatuinen kokemus, tämä pieni hotelli jää varmasti mieleen sisustuksensa ja vanhan bosnialais-turkkilaisen tyylinsä ansiosta. Olimme ainoat vieraat, ja saimme tullessamme teetarjoilun puutarhassa sekä kierroksen talon museossa. Sijaitsee pienellä kadulla tärkeimpien nähtävyyksien lähellä.

beautiful authentic hotel close to the center of Mostar

Ein super Hotel!! Sehr spezielle, schöne Zimmer wo alles bis ins Detail stimmt. Es lohnt sich, ein bisschen mehr zu bezahlen und eine Nacht in diesem speziellen Ambiente zu verbringen. 100% weiter zu empfehlen!

Bakom en skyddande mur med stor träport döljer sig hotellet med underbart inredda rum, badrummet var så vackert. Fantastisk personal som visade oss runt i boningshuset som förövrigt är ett museum. Nära gamla stan,tryggt och säkert! Ett måste om ni ska till Mostar!

Här bor man framför allt för miljön - ett vackert och rofyllt gammalt muslimskt rikemanshem med en underbar liten trädgård där man kan sitta och koppla av. Huset är också museum och ägaren själv, en vänlig gammal man, visar gärna runt. Läget är utmärkt, nära alla sevärdheter i Mostar. It has a great location, walking distance to the Mostar bridge! The hotel its amazing, and it has a small museum. The owner of the hotel is attending it all the time. To find a good/nice restaurant around Mostar, is going to be a little bit difficult!! Most of the people are not nice at the tourists!

Vi hadde et meget koselig 2 dagers opphold på dette hotellet i Mostar. Svært vennlig og ypperlig service på et fantastisk hotell med unikt arabisk interiør og en fantastisk hage. Nær gamlebyen og broen. Anbefales på det varmeste.
