Overall good hotel, however heater in a room is Super Loud and it is impossible not to be bothered specially at night time. Also WiFi is super slow. I was in hotel 3 days and Internet never went faster than 0,3mb/s..

Positives: large rooms with fireplace, hot tub and sauna outside, amazing (free) brunch with all the bells and whistles, good location near town and near the bus to the village. Only slighly negative was that their advertised shuttle service wasn't quite as convenient and they seemed a little disorganized about who needed a ride where and when. Individual cabins, great location, super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great and shuttle service meant I didn't need a car! Can't wait to stay there again.

The setting was different than we thought. You could see a storage unit rental area and a strip mall, we thought it was going to be in a more natural area. However, even though the rooms were in like a log trailer, they were luxurious inside. Also the lobby, and bar area were very well appointed. if we stay here for the summer time it would be perfect. But we are here to ski at jackson hole. The only problem with the hotel is that the wirlpool and swimming pool are all out-door. Other than this, everything is quite satisfied.

We stayed here about a year ago and loved it. This time, the pool water was too cold to swim in (which is a huge selling point for us). The hot tub was always crowded with people drinking. Even though we got to breakfast at 8:30am, most of the food was gone, especially the granola (another selling point for us). The place was a mess, nowhere to sit, […] people bumping into each other. We also requested a crib from the front desk at 7pm in the evening, called back twice over the next 3 hours, each time told they would send it when the "doorman" got back from an airport run. It didn't show up until the afternoon of the following day. We had a terrible night sleep because the baby had to sleep in our bed. Unfortunately, we won't be going back. At a loss to the hotel, we have recommended it to several friends who have stayed there. Continua a leggere

Only issue is the heater was coming on and off all night and was loud. Low water volume in shower. Other than that very nice hotel

The Rustic Inn was a perfect place for a romantic Christmas getaway. The cabins were very quaint and comfortable. It was very close to town (not exactly walking distance) and quiet. The breakfast was very satifying and the staff was very courteous and helpful when needed.

With a very long drive to Jackson Hole, and a very long drive awaiting us the next day, we had NO HOT WATER for showers. A hotel of this caliber should at least test certain items in the rooms (hot water being one of them), to ensure a pleasant stay worthy of the expense.

The room and hotel were very nice. Everything was clean and neat with a nice rustic ambiance. I would definitely recommend it. The breakfast was also very good.

Just a stone throw from downtown Jackson, this motel exceded all expectations. What a wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend this place.

We had a 3 night stay here. It was mostly great. About the only negatives we had were that the pillows were not very comfortable and the breakfast didn't have enough help to keep up with the guests. The food was great, though, and the closeness to everything was a big plus.

Nice place. Good breakfast and lodge is very nice with their own bar. Beds were actually real queen beds and not the hotel industry variety/also very comnfortable. The bathroom was a little rough. We felt that we were given an older, well worn, cabin because we booked through Hotels.com and paid a discount rate for the cabin. The cabin was shabby especially considering the normal room rate! There was a hole in the bathroom door, the toilet seat was so old and used that the paint was blistering, and the grout was crumbling away from the tile in […] one area of the bathroom. All things which would have been acceptable for a room one third the price but NOT for their normal rate per night at a high end "resort". We loved the customer service offered at check in, we even had a guide lead us to our "room" or cabin and try to explain to us how the complicated shower worked. He was nice, all the rest of the staff including the excellent massage therapist were really professional, looked happy to be there and ready to serve our every need. The breakfast buffet (included […] with our stay) was second-to-none and the room was comfortable. The only complaint I have is with the compacted shower and the slightly worn appearance of the room. Loved the cabin set up. Front porch was great. Grounds were very nice. Bed super comfortable. For the price point there should have been a bathtub, not just a shower with poor water pressure.

Hotel staff were very friendly & accommodating; Although the standard room was small, we enjoyed the amenities and the location was perfect you can walk to town and it's across the street from the visitor center. I Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed in the condo style room and it was a delight. The room was spacious and clean. We ate outside off the bar area and had a great meal. But the best was the breakfast (included in your cost of the room) the next morning! We ended our stay with a complementary ride to the airport!

I have been going to Jackson Hole for years but this ws my first stay at Rustic Inn. It use to be the old Wagon Wheel Hotel. I loved the feel of the hotel. We stayed in one of the original cabins and although it was smallish and a little dark, it had been updated and had a Jackson Hole/western feel. We had a drink one night in the bar area and there is an outdoor patio with a fire pit to enjoy on nice evenings. I did book on hotels.com months in advance and the rate was wonderful for Jackson. We loved our stay at the Rustic Inn in Jackson Hole. The inn is only about seven years old. It is first class in service and accomodations. Great breakfast included in the room price.

Beautiful place - nice pool, beautiful rooms. Loved having own little cabin. Great location to walk downtown and to the Tetons. Would highly recommend it!

For almost a four star hotel rating, I was surprised at the poor maintenance of bathroom in our room. The toilet lid was not attached and fell on our foot, the shower would only operate at a scolding temperature, and the sink was outside the bathroom next to the bed. Very expensive, but individual bungalo's are very elegant. Good location to walk into town shops & restaurants. Breakfast buffet was fabulous.

Our room was creekside, and it was just wonderful. The porch was heavenly, the room was quite comfortable. There is only a curtain separating the bathroom area from the bedroom which can be annoying . Great shower with choice of shower heads. The pool was lovely albeit right next to the busy roadway. My husband had a massage which he thought was great. […] The staff was very friendly and always eager to be helpful. A very short walk to the town square, and there is a shuttle available if you don't want to walk. Ice water and coffee/tea always available in the lobby. This hotel was great. We got the creekside cabin. We could just sit and watch the river run by from our deck, go get dinner at the restaurant and be lazy. Or we could easily walk into Jackson and see the galleries, find food or people watch at the town square. My only complaint is that the rooms were poorly insulated so we could hear our neighbors all night and all the doors slam so the guy next door will wake you up when he leaves the room. Room was great. Only areas for improvement: 1) Faster Internet Service, and 2) Twin sinks in the Bath. Shower was fantastic. Short walk to town. Great access to the Parks. Breakfasts were great. Only bad mark on Service was at the Bar where we waited 10 minutes to place a drink order.

Our family (parents ad two teenage boys) spent a night here before continuing on into the the national parks. The facility was perfect for us. The cabins are comfortable and fitting for the area. We stayed here for 2 nights in a King creekside cabin. It was GREAT. The room was large, the bed was perfect and the porch with the creek right there was outstanding.

This was our first stay at the Rustic Inn, and it was a very pleasant surprise. The rooms are spacious, clean and very nicely appointed (flat-screen TVs, up-scale soaps/lotions/etc, thick cotton robes, etc). The manager gave us a tour of the property and showed us each of three room types. The SUPERIOR category cabins have vaulted ceilings and were […] re-painted this spring. VERY NICE. Their Deluxe and Superior rooms each have fireplaces and the beds are very comfortable, with high-end linens. They are thoughtfully decorated with a classic "Jackson Hole Rustic Upscale" design. Exercise room, laundry room and other amenities make it very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was OUTSTANDING. A mountain of fresh blackberries and strawberries we a real treat. Eggs, potatoes, thick-crispy bacon, etc. Very nice. The pool area is outstandingly landscaped and maintained, with views of the valley and the Elk Refuge & Museum across the street. You are a 6-minute stroll to the town square. The service was excellent. The bar/lounge had a very unique decor with lots of character. I highly recommend this property. Me and my husband checked into this hotel after visiting Yellowstone Nat'l Park in mid-May.We upgraded to a king size bed from two queen size beds which went very smoothly.The room was very clean and great looking.The room had a very romantic feel to it.Everything went fine until the next morning.The toilet flush wasn't working properly and we didn't […] get hot water in the shower,We then called the room service who came and fixed the problem after 15 minutes.It caused us some inconvenience because we were running late for our next destination. Hotel was everything we wanted. The room was nice and clean. The dual head shower and heated tile floors were a plus. Breakfast was wonderful; not to big or small. The hotel location was also nice given the proximity to the parks and downtown Jackson. Would recommend to everyone.

Loved it. From unbelievably silky sheets atop duvets, to cozy gas fireplace, to swimming under falling snow in the very warm pool under clear mountain skies, truly we had no complaints. Didn't really know what to expect and overall was very pleasantly surprised. Only slight letdown was that the pictures don't really indicate that the hotel is on a main road (looks really rural), but not a big deal and a 5 minutes walk to town square is a big plus. The rustic (think log cabin) rooms are spacious and very clean & the beds very comfortable. […] Only minor gripe was that the room surprsingly dark -with only most of the light coming from the front door area. Guess that's part of the log cabin charm? Well done buffet breakfast was included and quite comprehensive.
