Siamo stati tre giorni in questo Hotel e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti specialmente l'ubicazione e' ottima in mezzo alla natura. Gentile il personale. Buona la colazione. Grazie

Ho preso una camera per me, mia moglie e i miei due figli ed ho pagato soltanto il prezzo di una doppia con colazione. In pratica i miei due figli hanno dormito ed avuto la colazione gratis. Invece di una stanza doppia, con mia grande sorpresa ho ricevuto un appartamento spaziosissimo: due locali più bagno. Tre letti da una piazza e mezzo ed uno da una piazza: ci saremmo stati anche in sette! La colazione a buffet continentale (accessibile fino alle 11:00) offre una vasta scelta di cibi e bevande: niente di raffinato, ma abbastanza da permettersi di saltare il pranzo. Non tutto il personale è il massimo della professionalità, ma comunque sono gentili e attenti. Se si desidera il parcheggio nel garage sotterraneo, va pagato a parte, ma non è caro. L'edificio ha gli esterni tutti a vetrate: non è bello, ed appartiene a una struttura in cui risiedono molti uffici. Anche la hall è spartana e un po' dimessa, ma la camera, pulita e spaziosa, compensa abbondantemente tali mancanze. Insomma, l'esatto opposto della logica alberghiera più comune, che spesso getta fumo negli occhi con gli esterni e la hall e poi relega l'ospite in alloggi minuscoli e trascurati. Il quartiere circostante è tranquillo, ma non c'è niente di interessante da vedere. Dista circa 1,5 Km dal centro (Frauenkirchen e dintorni), che possono essere anche percorsi a piedi attraversando uno dei due ponti sull'Elba più prossimi all'hotel.

L'ideale per un breve soggiorno a Dresda: centralissimo e spazioso (l'appartamento aveva anche un bel soggiorno e un angolo cottura molto comodo).

Giudizio ottimo. E' in centro vicino alla piazza principale di dresda. Appartamento pulito, spazioso. c'è la lavatrice. Si può fare ubna buona colazione in un ristorante convenzionato. ottima scelta E poi dresda è meravigliosa.

"Great location, staff, and amenities!"
I've never been able to stay at a hotel location in the very center of the tourist sights, so this was a first and SO convenient! The hotel is on a little street that is lined with restaurants, and you just go through the tunnel at the end of the street and are at the river, or turn the other way and at the other end of the street is the Frauenkirche! […] It is great being able to stop back at the hotel for a break or to let the toddler feel more comfortable for a while. The only negative I had about the hotel is that when you have the windows open, the cigarette smoke from the outdoor seating at the restaurants on the street stink up the room. In the cooler weather this isn't an issue, and it was only a real bad issue at night, but I imagine in the summer when people linger longer in the sun, and you have the windows open for cool air at night, then it may be fairly intolerable! I really enjoyed the staying in Aparthotel. The personnel is very friendly and professional. The location is very-very convenient for walking and side seeing the main part of the town. The room was clean and very nice. So, I will recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues.

The accommodation that we stayed in was a spacious and clean one bedroom apartment. It was conveniently located, a few steps from the main plaza. That said, our apt. faced the busiest street in old Dresden and was noisy in the evenings until around midnight. The mornings were quiet.

Right in the center of Dresden's old city, our one-bedroom apartment was well outfitted. Kitchen, washing machine, heated drying rack, WiFi. Requested rollaway for our daughter was setup in the living room. Cooked breakfast in and ate dinner on Munzgasse street. Kitchen supplies the basics - salt, pepper, dish washing soap. "Incredibly convenient"
One door of the hotel leads to a street with numerous good restaurants and cafes. The parking lot gate is right across the street from the Frauenkirche, the number one sight in Dresden. Your also very close to the Bruehl Terrace and the boats to Pillnitz and Meissen (which you should visit). The arrangement of the rooms is a bit strange, but is more […] than compensated for. "Great location, great noise"
I stayed in a comfortable apartment with a large bedroom, a separate kitchen and a nice sized bathroom. The location is ideal for visiting many museums, churches and other attractions of the old city. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and there was a large shopping center with good supermarkets nearby. The only problem I had with the apartment […] was that the bedroom faced the inner courtyard, and I was woken up before 6 am a couple of times as garbage trucks and other delivery vehicles made huge noise. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend you request an apartment that is away from the courtyard (and the main street) if possible. Despite an email indicating there was air conditioning, the air conditioning was the management giving us a fan. We also moved from the 5 star building to the 4 star building b/c it was quieter. No reduction in price, other than offering to pay for 1 breakfast, was given for these 3 remaining nights.

Das Aparthotel und die Appartments sind super. Top Lage in Dresden, Nur die Beschreibung bei der Buchung ist sehr ungenau. Anreise, Parkplatz finden um die Rezeption aufzusuchen ist sehr schwierig und sehr schlecht beschrieben!!!

Perfekt beliggenhed!!!! Ikke specielt hyggeligt indrettet, men en velfungerende lejlighed. Ingen trafikstøj.

Der Teppich in den Zimmern müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden. Nicht sehr angenehm war auch, dass das Hotel keine Klimaanlage hat. Bei geöffnetem Fenster hat man dann immer die Küchengerüche aus den anliegenden Gaststätten mitbekommen, außerdem fand im Hinterhof ein ständiger Anlieferservice statt, die Müllabfuhr machte bereits um 5 Uhr morgens Radau. […] Schlecht war auch, dass die Seifenspender beim Handtuchwechsel nicht nachgefüllt wurden. Es wäre darüber hinaus gut, wenn man vom Hotelpersonal darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden würde, dass man einen Tiefgaragenplatz zu einem günstigeren Tarif im Vorfeld anmieten kann. Denn ansonsten muss man die wesentlich teureren Tagesmieten der angrenzenden Tiefgarage zahlen. Top sind natürlich die Lage (direkt neben der Dresdner Frauenkirche) und die ordentliche Ausstattung der Zimmer). Continua a leggere
"Excelente ubicación pero mucho calor y ruido"
La primera noche nuestro apartamento daba al patio. No pudimos dormir por culpa del estruendo del extractor de aire del restaurante que comparte el mismo edificio. A las 6 de la madrugada, el camión de la basura empezó a trabajar, lo que da la impresión de que uno está durmiendo en la calle. El día siguiente nos cambiamos a un apartamento más pequeño […] en frente de la Frauenkirche. La vista era maravillosa, pero el ruido de las terrazas insoportable. En fín, si tuviera que volver a la extraordinaria ciudad de Dresde, me buscaría un lugar más alejado del centro y que tuviera aire acondicionado. Continua a leggere
"Aparthotel Dresden - Elbufer und Frauenkirche"
Ein super Apartement in direkter Umgebung der frauenkirche. Zentraler geht's nicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nachts und früh morgens kann es ein bißchen lauter werden, bei geschlossenen Fensternn kein Problem. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir waren mit unser Entscheidung das Aparthotel Münzgasse zu buchen mehr als zufrieden. Es passte alles. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Küche entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Die Hauptmahlzeiten haben wir (man hat ja Urlaub) in den nahen Restaurants eingenommen Die Auskünfte der Mitarbeiter(m/w) in der Rezeption waren präzise und freundlich. grei standard og hjelpsomt personale. Vi leide sykler billig via hotellet, flott tilbud. Frokost var dyr, tilrår heller å spise frokost for ca 5 euro på lokale bakerier/kafeer! Generelt: anbefales!
Wer es am Tage und am Abend laut mag, ist in der Münzgasse gut aufgehoben, weil das reichhaltige Angebot an Restaurants und die jeweiligen Lautsprecher der Restaurants ununterbrochen Musik spielen. Nervig! Ruheliebhaber sollten die Münzgasse meiden.

"Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt"
Eine bessere Lage innerhalb der Altstadt Dresdens für den Preis ist kaum vorstellbar, direkt zwischen Frauenkirche und Brühlscher Terrasse. Weihnachtsmarkt vor der Tür, trotzdem das Appartement leise genug zum Schlafen. Großes Appartement, super eingerichtet, nette und unkomplizierte Rezeption, alle bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt in unmittelbarer […] Umgebung. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in Dresden. Beim nächsten Mal in der warmen Jahreszeit (um dann auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung kennen zu lernen) buchen wir wieder hier. Excellente localisation et tres bon rapport qualité /prix . En plein centre de Dresde. Appartement tres agreable, service d'un appart hotel: la chambre n'est pas faite tous les jours, c'est un appartement. Par contre appartement tres bien conçu et agreable a vivre avec une cuisine bien équipée, machine a laver etc.

Die Räumliche Trennung zwischen Lobby und Appartments ist eigenartig aber kein wirkliches Problem. Appartment war OK aber Sauberkeit z.B. Küche sehr verbesserungswürdig. Die Größe des Appartments war völlig ausreichend und gut eingerichtet. Wir würden es wieder buchen da die Lage fast unschlagbar ist! Viele Grüße aus Zwickau

Veldig bra appartmentleilighet til en billig penge, mitt i sentrum av Dresden. Store rom, hall-kjøkken-stue-sov-bad, godt utstyrt. Noe pratestøy fra fortauresturantene om man har vinduene åpne på høysommer, ellers stille. Parkering i parkeringshus på motsatt side av Freuenkirche, like ved.

A localização do hotel é perfeita. Os quartos são grandes, com cozinha, WC e sala. Pontos negativos: O colchão da cama é desconfortável (desgastado, mole e desnivelado) e é difícil dormir por causa do barulho vindo dos restaurantes localizados na mesma rua do hotel. Fica a minha sugestão para a colocação de janelas anti ruído.

Sehr schlechte nicht ausgeschilderte anfahrtmöglichkeit, überteuertes parkhaus, keine hotelzimmer, sondern appartments, keine dusche, nur badewanne, zimmer sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, doppelbett sehr schmal, frühstück außer haus, aber in einem restaurant nicht weit und historisch eingerichtet, hatten blick auf die frauenenkirche, überteuert

Leiligheten var grei med soverom, bad/WC og oppholdsrom. Oppholdsrommet hadde minikjøkken, spisbord, salong med TV og CD-spiller. Minikjøkkenet hadde ikke mikrobølgeovn og leiligheten hadde ikke klimaanlegg. Det er et sykke å gå for å kunne handle innn mat. Det gamle sentrum av Dresden inneholder hovedsaklig resturanter, hoteller og eksremt dyre smykkeforretninger. Enester […] matvarebutikk i nærheten av leiligheten er bakeri. Continua a leggere
"God bekvemlighet som er vanskelig å finne"
Sentral beliggenhet men firmaet har to nærtliggende lokalisasjoner, og det er besværlig å finne dem ved første forsøk. Vår bestilling refererte til en gågaten Neumarkt 7, som henviste oss til Landhausstrasse. Leiligheten var romslig, ren og velutstyrt med heis og dyp garasje. Perfekt både for ferierende par, men også familie med unger. Forbruksvarer […] bør planlegges på forhånd, for nærmeste butikk fantes først ved Altmark, ca 15 min gange. Continua a leggere
