"I got a smoking room and requested a non-smoking"
Disappointed. I requested a non-smoking room and was booked a smoking room. Cigarette smoke is disgusting.

I wasn't expecting much based on the reviews. It's definitely older and the bed wasn't that comfortable. But overall it was okay for the $.

"nice worth the price"

"You get what you pay for."
The staff was friendly and helpful which was a plus. The location, although close to eating establishments and shopping was out of the way compared to other hotels in this area. We had a television w/ a remote that was not working. Saddest of all was the unclean condition of the toilet and this led me to refrain from using the shower.

location was good for going to camelback, room was clean, however the hotel needs work, old carpet, tv, bathroom, pool, ect, hotel staff tried to get in my room at 6 am, another guest had the wrong room so good thing i had door lock on, but still got all of us in the room, scared the hell of os all.

This hotel is affordably priced and well-located for the purposes that attracted me to the area. For my needs, I wanted a comfortable, clean bed, hot shower, and quick breakfast, and those needs were met. I found the staff ready and willing to serve and help me have a pleasant stay for two nights. My request for an extra blanket for my bed was met promptly […] and with a warm smile. The breakfast was the usual fare for free American "continental" fare, but was adequate and enabled me to get off to my assignment earlier than I anticipated. Overall, a good experience. Really cheap price and an older motel, which is fine, older does not have to mean dirty which unfortunately this was.

"Convenient to Camelback, but needs updating"
The staff was very polite and helpful, but overall the hotel was in poor condition. The bathrooms in the guest rooms and common areas were dirty and in need of repair. The price and location make this hotel attractive, and with a renovation and some better attention to cleanliness, I would readily recommend it.

"Nice hotel-HOT TUB NOT WORKING"
I stayed here after skiing at Camelback and it was a well-kept hotel, but the hot tub had been shoddily covered over with a green tarp and little fake plants had been put onto it. I asked the front desk about it and they said the hot tub had now permanently become "the permanent grassy patch." So.....there is a heated indoor pool, but no hot tub-which […] I would have liked to know about before. Other than that, nice place, big rooms, good heating, clean hotel in general. "Quality Inn & Suites"
The room was nice and large, bed was comfortable. Heat was great. I was thoroughly satisfied. I didn't get to take advantage of the free breakfast though.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and quiet. Helpful staff. Would stay there again. Breakfast was great. Only negative comment would be that the one of the woman that worked the front desk drove into the property like she was driving in The Ind. 500. "enjoy your stay"
Clean and Quiet, nice pool. Close to everything.
"Great Breakfast... some clean issues."
The breakfast was really good. They provided 2 waffle makers for fresh waffles. Overall the room was fairly clean however there were some areas we made sure to run over with the lysol wipes. (trays, refrigerator) The house keeping staff was very pleasant and left fresh towels outside the room. Unfortunately there was one day when someone entered the […] room and went through our stuff (nothing was taken). I am not convinced that it was the hotel staff. (there was a group of hooligans staying on the same floor the night of the incident). The manager seemed concerned but wouldn't do anything since there was nothing missing. the inside is a lot better looking then what the outside looks like. The room we had was very clean. Did not try the pool but looked like a big pool that would have been fun. The breakfats was very good.

Good location for an event at Pocono Raceway. Upon arrival, the initial impression of a dirty entrance and hallways made me wonder if this hotel was not the best choice, but once inside the room we we're well satisfied with the cleanliness. For the price though, a detatched toilet seat and non-functional deadbolt on the door we're not what we would […] expect. We'll stay there again, but will also explore other options in the area. "Overnight Stay"
When I first arrived at this hotel, I was a little disturbed because the public areas showed signs of more than average wear & tear. However, the front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly and since it was late, I decided to just "go with the flow" and get a good night's sleep. I was presently surprised to find that my room was very clean, spacious […] and comfortable with new linen's on the bed. There was also a nice restaurant right next door which the desk clerk highly recommended. The price for the hotel was reasonably priced for the location and the Continental breakfast was very comphrensive in food selections. All in all, this Quality Inn is fine for a short stay. "The hotel is very pleasant and friendly"
The team was very friendly and the hotel is clean and nice. The pool and the hot tub was excellent and we enjoyed it very much. I'd recommend this hotel to all of my friends.
"Understaffed and lack of concern"
Worst hotel stay ever. One front desk attendant, no house keeping. Checking into a dirty and occupied hotel room. Booked for two beds, had to settle for a single bed and a cot and was told no charge for a cot as if there were an option. Once in new room toilet was clogged and was brought a plunger to unclog the toilet myself and then told to bring back […] to the front desk when done. "Not worth paying"
I was given smoking room by mistake and even though they had smoking room available she did not transfer me to non-smoking one for first entire day. Breakfast is free but everything sucks at it except juices. I had to go out for breakfast. Rooms were not clean and neither was hotel. It is definitely not worth spending these much money for such hotel. […] worst experience so far. "different quality standard of guest room"
we stayed there for 3 nights, but we managed to live in 4 different rooms, but all different standard. Some door lock damaged, some no Microwave & refrigerator, some bath tub stuck, why, different standard? is it just try on our luck to get a better room?

"Niced for the price!"
This hotel was a great deal for the price. We found it to be clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and it was nearby venues we visited. The on;ly flaw was having to drive passed the entrance and turn around to get in the driveway (due to a barrier dividing the road lanes. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Maintenance and cleanliness were very below expectations. POOR. Bathtub wouldn't drain, toilet clogged. Only 1 of 3 ice machines worked. Outdoor area very poor. Old mattresses were piled in rear.

Room appeared clean, but wasn't. Urine left on toilet base. Mirror/counters dirty. Pillows appeared very aged. Shower wouldn't drain, toilet got clogged. Moved us to another room, where the shower also wouldn't drain. The grounds were very poorly maintained also.

"Good Choice"
The price is great for the location. The room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool looked nice but, we did not get a chance to use it. The check in / check out desk was under staffed and needed perhaps a little customer service training. But, over-all I was happy with my stay.
"Do not disturb was not honered."
The hotel was good for the money but,I was pissed off when i was woken by the staff knocking on the door with the do not disturb sign hung on the door knob.

Nice, clean, good breakfast, friendly service. Slight malfunction of shower, spa and sauna closed but also not advertised.
