buon hotel, unico neo il poco spazio e scelta nella colazione, nel contesto generale è da consigliare per il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lato NEGATIVO-Ho avuto un problema relativo al numero di letti prenotati ma ho risolto pagando un supplemento, peccato" Hotels" era stato fino ad ora impeccabile.

L'hotel che recensisco è l'Overlook Lodge, struttura che sostituiva il BearMountain che era in ristrutturazione. L'hotel è in montagna, vera montagna, ed è una specie di megabaita, con bellissima vista su un lago. Io ho trovato ancora la neve, l'hotel da me prenotato come accennato era chiuso per ristrutturazione e quindi veniva offerto l'Overlook Lodge a due passi. Personale gentilissimo, camere immense, finemente arredate, dotate di tutto, da microwave a frigorifero a macchina per caffè. tavola da stiro, ecc. ecc. Colazione in una sala con divani, camino, e vetrata con splendido panorama. Sarei rimasto un altra notte solo per godermelo. L'hotel è in mezzo ai boschi, boschi veri in piena montagna. Però è a 20 minuti dal famoso outlet Woodbury, e la differenza rispetto agli hotel adiacenti all'outlet è che questo hotel costa 4 volte meno. Colazione abbondante, personale squisito. Assolutamente da prendere in considerazione se passate da woodbury e volete pernottare nelle vicinanze

"Peach Grove Inn - Nascar Fans Delight"
We had the Col. Wheeler room, which was on the front of the house--right on 17A. While traffic did trail off between 12:30am and 5:30am, it was otherwise very noisy. The room was nice, fairly clean, well-furshished with period pieces. So, if you want a trip back in time, you're good (except for the "motor speedway" just outside your window). We were, […] however, expecting a few more modern conveniences like a hair dryer or a TV. Breakfast was served strictly at 9, not from 8 to 10 as with other B+B's we've stayed at. With a 4-hour drive in front of us, we were disappointed, but skipped it. This policy seemed to be more for the convenience of the proprietor than the comfort of his guests. While it's been less clean than I'd care for the past few times we've stayed there, I would still recommend the Warwick Inn instead. Much less expensive, quieter, modern conveniences amongst the antiques, flexible breakfast schedule. (We would have stayed there, but it was full. Only 1 other couple besides us at this place. "Lovely stay at the Peach Grove Inn"
My boyfriend and I stayed here in October and had a wonderful time. John, the owner, was very accommodating and friendly. The house is beautifully restored. Gorgeous view and not too far from town. Great breakfast. We would highly recommend. Look forward to returning in Spring.
I think this was the most beautiful bed and breakfast in which I've ever stayed. The house looks like a historical house/museum; it is filled w/ lovely antiques, and it is in immaculate condition. I spent several minutes taking pictures of it before I left in the morning. The food for breakfast was delicious, although slightly marred by the eggshell […] I found in my omelette. My room/bed was quite comfortable. The shower was enjoyable, although I had difficulty shaving my legs because there was no ledge or anything like that on which to put my foot. It would be better if there were a little plastic stool in the shower. The host/owner was very friendly and hospitable. The grounds were also gorgeous, with beautiful views from several rooms of the surrounding countryside. Continua a leggere
"Perfect weekend getaway"
The inn-keeper was very friendly and hospitable. There was a comfortable "at-home" coziness. We were familiar with the area, however the inn-keeper knows the area very well, and provides great recommendations to local entertainment & restaurants. The historical home is in excellent condition with central air conditioning. The grounds were beautiful […] and offered a peaceful ambiance. Breakfast spread was fantastic and accomodating.
