We wanted a room with a kitchen (primarily refrigerator and microwave). Rooms in casinos on the strip were either too expensive or didn't have refrigerator and microwave, so we chose this hotel. Overall it was ok. Not very clean but not too bad either. The kitchen is practically unusabe because of its extremely small size. We were also not aware that […] there is no room service unless you stay more than 7 days. You get 1 room service with every 7 days of stay! We were there for 6 days, and it would've been good to have basic room service ... atleast on alternate days, if not everyday. Something to keep in mind. Location was good ... very close to the strip ... not walking distance though! The other thing I liked about the room was that parking was right infront of the room door. I know that you have to walk a long long way to get to your room after parking your car in casinos. Overall I would say that our stay was fine. Continua a leggere

Upon checkin there was a mix up on my reservation that the front desk did not want to handleand I ended up having to go thru Hotels.com to get it fixed. Staff at Hotel should have taken care of it without 3rd party phonecalls. Hotle is in a great location just west of the strip and is close to I15 so access to all of the Las Vegas area attractions is […] no problem. The room was vacuumed and the surfaces were wiped down, but the carpets were quite dirty, and under the beds the floor was not clean. Even with the lamps on, the rooms were dark. Although the couch had a hide-a-bed, there was no bedding on it--just the bare mattress. When we were able to connect to the wi-fi, it was extremely slow, to the point that […] video streaming was impossible. The toilet, when flushed, was very loud, and had to be flushed up to four times to stop the noisy running. The beds were lumpy and the pillows hard. The key card stopped working after the first day. We stayed here for business and saved a lot of money. Front desk people were nice. Bring shampoo and conditioner. Oh and the fridge was super loud too in room 1502 .

When we arrived this hotel at 5:00 am, the office was closed, so we couldn't the prepaid service.

.. on the floors. Because it was a smoking room that I got for a non smoking price, I shouldn't complain. But this room just felt like the floors where dirty. The carpet needed shampooing and there were burn marks on the floor in the bathroom. The shower head had good pressure on cold and almost no pressure on warm. That was the worst, since Vegas is […] such a hot city. They knew I would have four of us staying there, two adults and two kids, but they still only stocked the room with ONE fork and ONE spoon and ONE plate. So I had to share until someone in housekeeping walked by and reluctantly gave us two more forks and a plate. Again, there were FOUR of us. They knew we would be using the pull out bed and yet they never offered bedding. So I had to call at like 10pm to ask about how to get some for my kids, which we had to go walk to get at that hour. The pull out bed was horrible because the pressure from the bars supporting the mattress penetrated through it and we felt like we were sleeping on a matress up in a tree somewhere. The television had one channel for kids and it was playing Adult Swim after a certain hour. Because the bed sucked, my kids couldn't sleep. They are 3 and 5. Adult Swim will never do. I will stay there if I don't have my kids, because the bed in the room was comfortable. But I will seek out other hotels before resorting to this one again. Continua a leggere

Professional staff,courteous,easy check in and out. Each hotel room has a fridge and microwave which some case even better than even the 4 or 5-star hotel next door.

Stayed in this particular hotel infrequently since it's inception. Well kept grounds and surprisingly quiet. Hotel personnel ALWAYS nice! Noticed lamp worked slowly when cutting on power when walking into room. Bathtub stopper did not work. The conditions (little things) are starting to decay over the years. Suggest also the personnel on extended stay […] be located in one area and people with animals. (Too many contractors and locals colocated with visitors!) Otherwise, I still love the hotel and the atmosphere and will still bring my family to stay whenever I am in Vegas! Continua a leggere

I stayed there for one night and it was "ONE" night too long. It looked and smelled like one of those rooms that you rent by the hour. The couch was terribly stained, the carpet had many stains and it smelled so bad (like roach spray)... I was afraid to even walk on it. I ended up going to Wal-Mart to buy my own blanket and pillow, which I slept on, […] in one spot, as I was scared to touch anything in the room...I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy. I don't want to sound too upset about it but they do not provide shampoo and conditioner here. It just seemed odd to me. On the other hand, we got an amazing price and was perfect for meeting with our friends staying at the Palms right around the corner. We would be more than willing to stay here again.
