Hotel moderno e decentrato; per noi - forniti di autovettura - è stato molto comodo. Stanze ampie e confortevoli.

"The Place to stay for Sesame Place"
This was a great choice for our trip to Sesame Place. A mere 15 minutes to the park, easy to access, convenient surrounding area, plenty of room for our little one, a full kitchen, clean room, friendly staff, and a GREAT value! We are already planning our next trip to SP and including Extended Stay America Philadelphia-Bensalem in our plans.

"bed bugs"
i booked for the fourth of July....they charged me for the 3rd.....i found bed bugs in my bed and they acted as if i was a bother....they gave me another room....they charged me for three nights....i already paid for two nights with hotels .com....still haven't heard from them to get the double charge off my credit card...rude staff...i work night shift […] and asked not to be disturbed, yet they called my room phone 4 times before noon and knocked on my door twice....i got no rest and no compensation, double charged for each night and bites up my leg and down my back that itch like crazy... "Close to sesame place"
Great hotel spacious, convenient, and felt safe. Was close to restaurants and Sesame place. Would stay here again.
"Cozy little place"
I didn't expect much, given the low price to crash there for a night, but boy was I wrong. Clean room, pleasant staff, and even if you're not in the mood for the dozens of quality restaurants in the area, having a full-sizes fridge and freezer, stove top range, microwave, and toaster in the room, complete with pots, pans, and utensils, makes having […] a home-cooked meal right there is another reason I hope to stay here again.....and oh yeah....I just found out Parx across the street has a Chickie's & Pete's on site. "Get there before the front desk close!!!"
When I made my reservation I wasn't told that the front desk closed after a therefore, when I arrive 11:00pm there wasn't any to give me a room, room key etc. Finally, a cleaning lady helped after she went back and forth about "how this ain't her job" I was so upset. I only stayed because I had pre-paid for the room.

I have to admit this was my first stay at this type of hotel.Upon arrival we were attempting to get into room when a yapping dog across the hall caught our attention.We requested to be relocated,our wishes were complied with.Front desk clerk was a very friendly gentleman.The decor of the "suite"was basic apt living,could use a bigger TV,20 inch! are […] you kidding me! a closet door would have been nice to block the ironing board and clothes storage alcove that is visiable.Honestly felt as though i was crashing in someones back room.Toilet rocking on base,waiting for something bad to happen.Should be a law that only some rooms in a motel can accept pets due to allergies,and that they really give you a pet free room when requested.Did not use pots and pans supplied ,could of been fideos water bowl! Room was clean. No shampoo nor hair dryer were provided. It was good for a brief stay.

very nice hotel on back street so its quiet and peaceful. close to casino and lots of restaurants and having your own kitchen is nice too!

This hotel was quite dirty both inside and outside. The security was lacking as guests propped doors open with empty beer cans. The furnishings were poor and old. Overall, very bad. So bad that I only stayed one night of a three night stay.
"Lacked in Comfort and Amenities"
The room seemed clean, although as soon as we got there we put a towel down on a very slippery spot in the kitchen. We probably could have gotten stuff if we asked, but it was disappointing that only a couple of small soaps were in the room. No other toiletries...not even shampoo. my stay was going fine until my wife used the bathroom,toilet not clean,previous guest,trash left in the can and when she used the tub,she found hair.
