Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando-South Lake Buena Vista Kissimmee

We stayed just for a weekend with my family, it was good, clean, good breakfast. Clerk was nice and helpful. I'll go back again.

The Hotel is very clean and the breakfast was very good but the front desk named David is not very helpfull and not polite, this was the only thing make my family and friends upset.

The room and staff was great!!

i took a small group of high school students and we chose to stay at the Hampton Inn. My husband is Hilton Honors member and i use their hotels even when we aren't getting the free room etc. i love the decor (especially the pictures at the reception desk and the little pictures by each room number). The breakfast is always great (one more waffle iron […] might be a good idea at a hotel so close to Disney-but other than that...great!) The kids enjoyed their rooms and everything was clean and we had no problems whatsoever. I asked about getting our rooms closer together and the person at reception was unable to do so but gave me the number o fthe person who could make that happen had I given them proper notice. Did not get the King promised. Room had a sign on one of the double beds indicating which bed was clean. Food was poor. Cereal had solidified in plastic dispenser and could not be removed.

The Hampton Inn and Suites Orlando-South Lake Buena Vista was just okay. Though we booked well in advance and arrived early, they were "out of" non-smoking rooms and we had to live with the stench. The room was very comfortable. Even though there were many guests, it was not noisy. We had a great breakfast and took our coffee to go. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone vacationing in Orlando.

This was our first time staying at the Hampton Inn suites in Orlando, Florida, and i must say that the service that was offered to us was truly GREAT! unfriendly staff, unconveinent location , not fresh coffee and BK, dirty wash room and towel..I never been such a hamton inn before. Opp............. disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a really nice hotel and I would stay here again and recommend for anyone to stay here too.

Stayed for 2 nights prior to a 2 week villa holiday 150 miles south of Orlando. Very easy to get to via car from the airport (make sure you have some cash to pay the road tolls). We stayed for three nights. The hotel room was very comfortable and the beds glorious. Will sleep there again if I have the chance.

Room was a shocker. Lamp was damaged, furniture had stains on it, fingernail cuttings on the carpet, rust around the shower door. Hampton has their money-back guarantee cast in metal and glued to the front counter. But they will not offer to refund your money unless you ask for it. Otherwise, all you get is, "Sorry." The room was a little small with the two queen beds, but everything was clean. Linens fresh, I loved the extra fluffy bedspreads. Even had the small pillows for between your knees. (For ppl with back problems like me). The Interstate is1/2 block behind us, which made it very noisy poolside, but didn't bother us in the hotel. I loved everything about our room; the bed (especially the comforter, the fridge/microwave, the bathroom). I cannot comment on hotel services because we just used the hotel at night to sleep. No noise, no bothersome housekeeping, extremely clean, close to nearby stores (LBV Factory outlet!!!!) I have already recommended this hotel to several people. […] The only downfall is that the bathroom only has a shower and no tub or even a faucet to bathe. Rate is reasonable. The free breakfast was good. A little distant from the epcot center that we visited. Hard to control the water temperature in the shower stall. The shower handle is loose.

Nice size room on the 5th floor. Good enough breakfast. Quiet &safe. I was there on business for one night.

We have stayed at Hampton Inns on many trips because we know we will get the same amenities in each one, no matter where we stop. The Orland-South Lake Buena Vista was no exception. Even though the place was full of tourist families just before the Easter holiday, the breakfast was fabulous, the room clean and well set up, and the hotel was located […] in a convenient place, with a moderate price as compared with other hotels of this rating. Except for not having the room I arranged for at initial check in, for which I was compensated for with out question, the rooms were great. The breakfast buffet was great and the hotel was located between the Osceola Parkway and 192 which gives you direct access to the Disney property. I would give this hotel more than 2 1/2 stars, at least 3 1/2.

Needed a room for five. The foldout out couch in the suite along with the two beds worked out perfect. Calypso Cay is a great location. Easy drive to all attractions and eating establishments. Walking distance to Publix and Walmart for any of those extra items you may need. We have stayed at other hotels in Calypso Cay and they will charge a resort […] fee at check in, even during the winter months. Hampton Inn did NOT charge a resort fee. We received a king study for 2 nights at a GREAT RATE, including a full/hot breakfast. As a bonus, the room and bathroom had plenty of electrical outlets. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was convenuently located for Disney! Would definitely return! Only 2 complaints. There is terrible sound proofing in these rooms....could hear the music across the street and also talking next door....clearly. Also the free hot breakfast was subpar....left me hungry. Would not stay there again.

We recently stayed for 3 nights whilst enjoying a break in Orlando. The hotel was placed just right to be able to reach all of the attractions and the staff were very helpful. The free breakfast is continental, muffins, coffee, juices and toast but was a bit overcrowded on one of the days, although the other 2 were fine. We go to Disney every year, sometimes twice a year. Most of the time we stay at off-property hotels, since they are usually cheaper than Disney ones. This Hampton Inn was the best place we've ever stayed at. Their staff was very polite and friendly, the room and hotel itself were very clean, the bed - very comfortable. The hotel's location is also great - very close to Disney's entrance, and within 3 minute drive to the outlet mall, Wal-mart, and Publix. First the pros: This Hampton Inn is a good price, clean, staff are friendly and helpful, our room (a king suite) had lovely decor, was spacious with microwave and frig, sofa, desk, extra chair, towels were plentiful and good weight and size, bath supplies ok, thermostat was digital providing good control of temp and unit was not overly noisy, bed had […] 4 pillows and breakfast was the usual fare with hot egg dish, meat dish, assorted pastries, breads, and cereal, two fresh fruits and one canned fruit, wafflemaker, and drinks. Also the hot tub was clean--didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. No towels poolside, but extras in the room. In room Wifi was great! Computer and printer in the lobby area for guest use. The use of a duvet cover makes the bedding seem very clean. Sounds perfect--except when you can't sleep well because of the con. Cons: The bed in Rm 113 is a very firm tufted pillowtop (which sounds great), but the mattress pad was so thin you could feel every tuft. The pad was not changed during our 5-day stay and made sleeping a very restless experience. It seriously needs to have a decent mattress pad (some other Hamptons have even memory foam ones). Also some of the pillows were too much feather rather than mostly down, which makes for a very hard pillow, especially when combined with a starchy feeling pillowcase. One pillow was softer, but the others were too firm, so a better mix of pillows would help. The comforter inside the duvet cover was extremely lumpy polyfil, making it feel so cheap. Sheets varied from higher thread count feel to stiff. So please, Hampton Inn Mgmt, please upgrade all your bedding to match the rest of the hotel. Continua a leggere

This hotel has all one could possibly need in Orlando. It is close to everything, parks, stores and highways. The rooms are adequate for a family but I would not stay with more than two adults in one room. Our AC was a bit noisy at times and we let them know at check-out. The breakfast was the best feature at this place. It was plenty, hot and cold, […] and every day something new. It saved us a lot of money, being able to eat there in the morning. Great location! I enjoyed my stay. The only negative thing that I can say is one of the members on the breakfast staff wasn't very friendly. He kind of made my family and I feel like we were in the way or not welcomed.

We had a great time in Florida and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I traveled with my husband and our 2 daughters, ages 6 and 7. The hotel was very close to Disney (about 10 min by car). Additionally, there were lots of restaurants near by as well as other conveniences, such as a 7-11 across the street, gas stations, outlet mall, etc. It […] was great waking up to a hot breakfast every morning and I like the fact that they changed it up each day. Having the complimentary breakfast definitely saved us a lot of money since eating in the parks can be quite expensive. We also took advantage of their free shuttle service to and from Disney. Our hotel was the first pick-up on their route, and the shuttle stopped at 2 other hotels before getting to Epcot. The whole trip took about 45 min, which isn't that bad. Same thing coming home at night. They also had a nice little workout room and pool, and the people at the front desk were always very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a lot of bells and whistles, this probably isn't the hotel for you, as it's very basic. However, if you're looking for convenience, a clean and comfortable room, complimentary hot/cold breakfast bar, and free shuttle service to Disney, then you can't go wrong with the Hampton Inn. I was dissapointed with this Hampton Inn. It was not clean, the breakfast buffet was over crowded and they were always out of something, and customers had to ask for simple basics like coffee. The alarm went off at 6AM and no apologies. The pool never had towels, the front desk didn't answer the phone, it seemed like no one was really in charge. The rooms are great, high ceilings and clean and beautiful. The staff are great, the complimentary breakfast was amazing. The pool was extremely nice. Stayed with my wife and two-year-old son. I can't tell you how great this room was and how close to everything we needed: food, a walmart, Disney World. When we come back, we WILL be staying here.

Our first impression was that the elevator door needs some maintenance attention(the screaching sound) and its floor was dirty. The ottoman in the room was very stained and the rugs, as with most hotels, was filthy. On the plus side, the pull out sofa bed was made up prior to our arrival. The hotel and room are very comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious and save us some money. The only I didn't like is the sofa bed. It's very uncomfortable, so do count it as an extra bed.

Breakfast buffet was stocked every morning and varied daily. The hotel is located close to everything and is off of main traffic thoroughfares making commutes to disney easy!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was very clean and the hotel staff was courteous. We only had two problems during our stay. The first was that we received a room with 2 double beds instead of a king bed. (We didn't really mind though. At least the beds were comfortable, as well as the sofa and ottoman). Also, they booked someone else […] for our room about 2 hours after we arrived. (They ended up placing that family in another room.) The second problem was that the power went out one afternoon. We thought it was due to the thunderstorm, but decided to call the front desk. It was only our room. It turned out that one of the lamps had a short in it and cause the power outage. Location was perfect for me. Was in the area for Business at the Gaylord Palms and didn't want to spend the money for a night there. This hotel was convenient, room was clean and great location for my visit. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and served its purpose. I will stay again if the trip happens again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious - had the king bed. Room came with a couch, coffee table, desk, nice sized flat screen TV. The sink was outside the toilet/shower area which was nice so one of us could be in the shower while the other person got ready. Location was great too - very central to all Disney sites and to Sea […] World. The complimentary breakfast was good too - not skimpy like some places. We used the Hampton Inn for a trip to Disney, stayed 2 nights. The hotel was very clean and the room very comfortable. The breakfast was was standard stuff, with plenty of it and fresh. Overall we were very satisfied.
