ottimo hotel, servizio, cortesia e disponibilità dello staff. Stanze spaziose curate e pulite. Non lontano dalle principali attrazioni - circa 15 min. a piedi -

Le camere sono eleganti e confortevoli, grande e bella la piscina la spiaggia e tra le migliori di benoa, come posizione e' un po fuori dai servizi che offre la zona . anche se di fianco ci sono degli negozi affiliati di suvenir e un market ma per avere piu' scelta bisogna spostarsi verso nord hai margini della strada visto che li' non sempre il marciapiede c'e. La colazione offre una vasta scelta per tutti i gusti! Internet e' free. Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo.

Le camere sono eleganti, pulite e spaziose, il letto (gradito per chi soffre di mal di schiena e non) ha un materasso eccezionalmente comodo. La piscina (nel pomeriggio c'e l'ombra come del resto in molti alberghi della stessa localita') e' bella e ha due particolarita' , da un lato inizia con la sabbia degradante e al centro ci sono due piccole cascate , una volta attraversata la prima si puo godere del massaggio della seconda! Per quanto riguarda la spiaggia e' un po' stretta come la maggior parte del resto! Per collegamento wireless e' possibile acquistare le schede a prezzi modici , e' difficile che la conessione prenda in camera dovrete posizionarvi nella hall. Per quanto mi riguarda la parte migliore di questo albergo e' la posizione, infatti davanti all'albergo e proseguendo a nord (a piedi) ci sono tutti i tipi di ristoranti, supermarket, centri massaggi taxi per fare le varie visite affidatevi hai vari driver che a prezzi convenienti vi porteranno nei centri di maggiore interesse.Nella stessa settimana ho soggiornato anche al Melia Benoa posizionato piu' a sud esattamente tra benoa e nusa dua. (per altre info guarda recensione) Per quanto mi riguarda albergo altamente consigliato per chi vuole un ottimo albergo vicino a tutti i servizi.

Buon hotel con standar occidentali. Buona colazione con amplia scelta. Camera confortevole e abbastanza pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca il rumore del traffico pur essendo in una via secondaria di Kuta.

This is a nice hotel. The staff were polite. The rooms were pucker. Facilities were decent too. The location of the hotel is pretty decent to the beech shops and the bars

There was a strong smell of mold in the room.
It was a disspointment since the picture of the room did not match with the reality. I believe we were given rooms that were not the same as in the picture or then the picture was at least 10 years old. The floors were a bit dirty (due to the cleaning mop) though the room was cleaned daily. But the staff was very helpful and friendly and the pool areas […] were nice. Also, the rest of the hotel seemed to be ok . The only problem was that we were not sold what was in the pics and what we believed we bought (i.e. the rooms were not as nice/clean/new as was in the pictures). I can recommend the hotel if you get situated around the main pool area where the rooms are nicer (we were situated at the back of the hotel area). Continua a leggere

great place, close to shopping and nightclub district of kuta. rooms are modern looking but just a little bit low quality in some aspects. great value.

hotel has lot of potential. Needs to fix a few things so, main problem is all rooms have balcony's and the doors are not very good fitting, so there are gabs in between, enough space to let mosquitoes in. close to many shops and restaurants. Walking distance to beach and clubs. Hotel has 2 sections new and old. Because I booked cheap rate with hotels.com I was placed in the older section nice private room badly in need of refurbishment. Also much construction noise as they are extending the newer section.

The staff here go to every length to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Do not forget this is a budget hotel but it represents extrordinary value for money, if you want quiet luxaury go elsewjere. The hotel is compared to the quality of the rooms reasonable priced, as long as you book it via internet. The walk in price is twice as much as the internet price.
"Noisy"
Work in progress in the sorroundings, it was noisy from 08.00 till late. the swimpool in the center of the hotel is also causing noise form children playing early in the morning. Price could be better.

"Fair trade"
The hotel is OK and you can expect to get what you pay for. It's a cheap hotel but it is clean and the rooms are clean. The shower water pressure is very low. Although the alley where it is located is a bit creepy you will get used to it, because it is the way Kuta is.

Was not worth what they charge! Turned up and looked at 4 different rooms as the first one they showed us had mouldy curtains and a damp smell throughout the room, the sheets were not clean and had stains from tattoos on them. Hotel staff were friendly and showed us another 3 rooms, which werent actually that much better than the first. Would be okay […] for a single traveller but unless your missus wears "rid" as a perfume i would stear clear of this place with the family or wife. Mosquito ridden rooms and common areas, in the 20 minutes we were there got eaten alive! The bar had a nice vibe to it as there were some Bogan Australians who had had a few too many beers. Nice and close to the action but for a similar (or less) price a much nicer (and cleaner) Indonesian hotel would be your best bet! Continua a leggere
"Det enda riktigt bra var läget"
Grinig personal i receptionen. Skabbigt rum, mögel i den enda garderoben. Personalen i baren började spela musik jättehögt klockan 12 på natten och höll på fram till klockan 2. Dessutom ett omfattande bygge precis bredvid där de började jobba klockan 7 och slutade klockan 22..., Inte ok! Inget wifi på rummet. Nej hit kommer vi inte att återvända.

Centralt hotell men inte alls värt pengarna. Rummen är ofräscha och servicen dålig. Frukosten är katastrof men restaurangen har okej mat. Störs mycket av byggarbetsplats precis jämte poolen.

Hotelli oli hyvällä sijainnilla jos haluaa olla päärannan läheisyydessä. Uima-allas ajoi asiansa. Huoneet olivat ihan ok kuntoisia, ainoastaan erittäin kosteita, ilmastoinnista huolimatta. Aamupala ei ollut kummoinen. Keskiverto hotelli.

Iso hotelli, aika pimeät huoneet. Minä, yksin matkustavana sain tietysti sen perimmäisen yläkerran huoneen. Remppaa tehtiin vastapäisissä huoneistoissa, pölyä ja melua. Illalla moskiitot tulivat parvekkeen ovenraosta sisään. Vesi meni remontin takia poikki. Valituksen jälkeen sain osittain rempatun alakerran huoneen altaan läheltä. Bra hotel för den prisklassen. Trevlig personal. Hotellet bygger ut, så det är en hel del ojud. Frukost buffen, lite torftig

Derzeit ist der neue Hoteltrakt gerade fertiggestellt worden - die Baufeuchtigkeit steckt noch in den Mauern und alles riecht sehr muffig und modrig - die Feuchtigkeit kriecht schnell in alle Sachen und die Kleidung wird entschprechend "klamm". Nach wenigen Monaten duefte das Problem behoben sein.. Das Hotel wird selbst erweitert und unmittelbar vor […] dem Hotel wird an weiteres Hotel errichtet. Baulaerm ist unvermeidbar - auch morgens frueh und abends spaet. Die Lage der Hotelbar und die Lage aller Zimmer um den Hotelpool sorgt fuer intensive Beschallung ausnahmslos aller Zimmer. 部屋は値段の割には清潔だったが蚊が多かった。レストランも蚊が飛び回り、サテもライスもまずかった。朝食の焼きそばは前日のものらしく最悪だった。

"Champlung mas"
De prøvede at snyde os til et mindre værelse end vi havde bestilt på et andet hotel, da de sagde de havde fuldt booket, selvom vi havde booket værelset længe før. Værelset havde mug på væggene og beskidte lagner. Efter lang tid hvor vi var utilfredse, fik vi dog et bedre værelse.
