l'hotel era perfetto: vicino a 2 fermate della metro e alla stazione degli autobus. In una zona tranquilla ma a due passi dalla zona dei ristiranti, supermercati e negozi. Per visitare il centro è assolutamente perfetto. La pulizia della camera era ok e anche lo staff cordiale. unica nota negativa: non hanno un deposito bagagli al momento del check out.

Appartamento da sogno, come stare a casa. Dopo una giornata in giro è proprio un piacere ritornare nell'appartamento per un sano ristoro. Eravamo in 4, due stanze e due bagni, cucina e salone...La fermata della metro Barbican è a 2 min a piedi. Zona tranquilla. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro.

buon Hotel, comodo x la metro vicina, piccolo maeket e farmacia. il bagno pulito ma privo del sapone liquido, cuffia-doccia , e ciabatte di spugna . i canali della tv in tutte le lingue eccetto l'italiano. i servio di internet a pagamento.

sono stati quattro giorni intensi ma ricchi culturalmente , l'hotel con la sua posizione in un bellissima zona residenziale ma molto comodo i vari collegamenti, metro , autobus per il giro della citta, era veramente pratico. La camera era nella zona laterale e non era possibile raggiungerla con l'ascensore e quindi si doveva sempre salire cinque gradini per salire al piano collegato, anche con le valige abbiamo dovuto portarle da quella parte a mano. ma a parte questo siamo stati abbastanza bene, L'unico neo per i ns gusti la colazione che poteva essere piu bilanciata. Aveva molto portate calde, salciccia, uova, funghi, becon eccc, ma poco dolci o yogurt magro, comunque nel complesso dire tutto bene, per un hotel che doveva essere prima di tutto funzionale.

"Hotel consigliatissimo!!!"
Hotel molto bello, moderno, pulitissimo, molto accogliente nonostante la modernità, personale gentilissimo (le valigie le portano LORO in camera), anche Italiano. Camere superior piccole ma dotate di TUTTI i confort (si possono scegliere diverse tipologie di cuscini e la colazione o cena in camera costano solo poche sterline in più del servizio al ristorante), […] moderne e decisamente di buon gusto. La vista dalle camere era stupenda (nonostante fossimo al 7° piano vista magnifica sul London Eye..immagino cosa si possa ammirare da qualche piano più in alto!) Immaginate il London Eye illuminato di sera con la neve..magnifico! Prenotando con Hotel.com avevo richiesto la vista panoramica e mi è stata data! Dobbiamo dire qualcosa anche della cucina, veramente ottima per essere a Londra!(gnocchetti al gorgonzola e noci, o maialino al miele, per citare due esempi) Idem per la colazione, varia, fresca..deliziosa! La posizione rispetto alla Metropolitana è comoda (Westmister e Waterloo le due stazioni più vicine), anche se non proprio sotto l'albergo, ma assolutamente accettabile! Segnaliamo anche un ristorantino Italiano (con la premessa che è la prima volta che mangiamo italiano in un viaggio all'estero!) nella piazzetta adiacente del County Hall, dove la pizza è veramente leggera e deliziosa! Ottimo hotel buona posizione, ottima la colazione però a pagamento solo per gli adulti per i bambini gratis. la camera spaziosa per 4 buona vista al 12 piano.
"Incredibilmente pratico per famiglia"
Posizione centralissima, volendo anche a piedi con carrozzina al seguito per appoggiare ombrelli e giacche, oltre ai bambini piccoli, si può tranquillamente visitare gran parte delle attrazioni centrali di Londra. Massima disponibilità e cortesia di tutto lo staff, ottima pulizia del hotel tutto. Proprio soddisfacente, da ritornare senza dubbio.

"Un vero 4 stelle adatto alle famiglie."
Questo hotel include i migliori comfort, offerti solitamente dagli hotel di livello, abbinandoli a quei servizi che di solito sono offerti solo dai Villaggi turistici per famiglie ( micro-onde, bollitore elettrico, asse e ferro da stiro in camera, c'è anche una lavanderia che tutti gli ospiti possono utilizzare liberamente, fornita di lavatrici e asciugatrici, […] l' hotel offre non solo del normale detersivo ma anche quello per i capi delicati......!) La collocazione è in una posizione logistica estremamente comoda, centralissima. In più, l'efficenza e l'addestramento del personale sono tali da fornire risposte sollecite a praticamente tutte le esigenze: dai supporti propriamente turistici a quelli di bassa manovalanza (adattatori per la corrente, mi hanno messo anche a disposizione una bilancia da portare in camera per pesare le valige...). In ottima posizione anche per muoversi a piedi, buona la colazione e anche la cena se si è stanchi e la sera si vuole restare in alberg. Vicino alla fermata della metropolitana di Waterloo.

"Great location for watching the Marathon"
I chose the Park Plaza County Hall because of its proximity to the finish line of the London Marathon as well as the great price we got. We were upgraded to a suite at check-in as we had membership to the Park Plaza loyalty scheme which was a nice bonus.

We decided on the Park Plaza County Hall because of it's location and price. Upon arrival (after a very tiring overnight flight), we arrived at the hotel early in hopes of checking in early. Our room was not quite ready yet, so they allowed us to have breakfast (for FREE) in the executive lounge. It was an alright breakfast, but being free and VERY […] hungry, can't complain. Our room was ready barely an hour later, and with our FREE upgrade, we were VERY happy with our room. I love that all of the rooms are suites, because having the fridge and microwave really helped us save a bunch of money as far as eating out. The comfort of the room was top notch! We did take advantage of the free computers in the basement, as well as the FREE laundry! The computers were slow, but served the purpose. The laundry facilities are small, but again, served the purpose! We were there for two weeks, so having the ability to do laundry at 1AM after a full day of activities was very convenient. Outside of the hotel, the area was SO convenient! It was a gorgeous walk over the bridge to Westminster Abbey & Big Ben. Trafalgar Square was closer than it seemed, as is Buckingham Palace. London is a REALLY easy city to walk in, and we found ourselves walking more places than taking taxis. I loved this hotel! With the fabulous FREE upgrade (with a stunning view of the Abbey & London Eye!), the free laundry facilities, and the great location, I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again! Continua a leggere

Great hotel and in excellent condition. Booked a triple room which had a double bed in one section and double sofa bed in the other so there was plenty of room. Coffee machine and fridge was handy. My only complaint would be the walls which appear to be made of paper - we could hear every word of the family next door so if you are a light sleeper give […] it a miss. We stayed their April 2012. When we arrived, the staff at the front desk was not very friendly or helpful. We asked to be upgraded for a better view. We paid extra. The bathroom was horrible. It had a stand up shower with a plastic cover. When anyone took a shower the entire floor would get wet and disgusting. I complained to the front desk. They said […] they could look into moving us, but it seemed too much trouble so we stayed. But they should have offered some type of compensation. I think their staff needs better training. after paying a good amount to stay their, you would think they would have a friendlier staff and try to keep their customers happier. But location is great. "Great for Families"
Kids stayed on the sofa bed in the "separate room", parents stayed in the bedroom. Worked out great. Location allows you to walk across the Westminister bridge with ease to all of the sights. I found the breakfast to be very good (lots of variety for an European hotel). Highly recommended.

Had a great stay at Park Plaza County Hall. Despite the disappointment of being allocated a room without the requested view of the London Eye etc, we were very satisfied with the level of service received and facilities. Whilst the breakfast at £10/adult may seem on the steep side, children eat free. The standard of food at breakfast was very satisfactory, […] hence we ate plenty and skipped lunch most days. I was pleasantly surprised of the location, it was much more convenient than I expected. Easily accessed by the Tube from Heathrow, no need for a cab which is way too expensive. Request twin room, got a one bdrm studio which we used like a two bedrm apt. The main bed was as you walked in the room, small separation between rooms of the bathrm and kitchenette, […] then the sitting room had a pullout sofa bed w/floor to ceiling window. The room included two plasma screen TVs, heat control, microwave, dishes, eating utensils and small frig. I felt like this was my home. If you like walking, you can walk to the more well known points of interest. 20 minute walk to London Bridge, Tower of London and Sheakespeare's Globe. London Eye just across the street. 10 minutes across the westminster bridge to Big Ben, House of Parliment, Westminster Abbey. 30 minutes to Buckingham Palace. I you don't like walking there is the Tube/Rail station at Waterloo. There are several small eating establishments around the block Ask the friendly staff where the Starbucks, Yo Sushi and the fim museum. Enjoy. Continua a leggere
Booked this hotel based on reviews and location. Conveniently located for Waterloo Station and South Bank. Did not use many of the Hotel facilities. Had trainee on reception and she did a superb job on check in. Room was clean and tidy. Only issue was with the bath plug that didnt want to open to let the water out! Managed to prise open with a teaspoon! "Park Plaza County Hall London. Family stay"
Excellent hotel which exceeded expectations. Clean, modern and friendly with very good accommodation especially for those travelling with young children as due to the layout of our rooms it's easy to put your child to bed at one end and still watch tv or chat at the other end. I've stayed in many places in London and this was the best by far.

The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk from Waterloo Station. The hotel is comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly. Free WIFI available in the room was a plus. The restaurant was nice but I only ate there once. There are a lot of local restaurants nearby so there are numerous options for eating out. The room was comfortable […] and clean. The beds a bit small and very close together. One not so great feature was the lack of a vanity mirror in the room. Apart from the bathroom mirror the only other mirror was on the inside of the wardrobe door. If it had been on the other door it might have been more convenient as it opened so the mirror faced the window about 2 feet away. A bit of a squeeze trying to see yourself in it. The lack of a vanity mirror meant stretching the cord from the power outlet, across the open wardrobe door to use the mirror on the inside of the door. It was not easy or convenient! It was almost impossible to apply makeup as the same mirror had to be used and there was no lighting near it . Great hotel, great location, but they could do with more mirrors and more lighting!! I loved this hotel! It was spacious, clean and the view was amazing! The staff was so friendly! We came at around 10 and the check in was not util 2! The lady in the hotel aloud us to check in earlier free of charge! The only negative is the shower! "I like it"
I like this hotel...it is extremely close to the London Eye which was great and also walking distance to the tube making it easy to get around. The room is modern and spacious. It was very clean and beautiful. The shower was a bit tricky but we got help and then I didn't have to have a freezing shower the next day. A great hotel!

Spent just one night here. Big room with separate sitting area and good kitchenette faciities. Good locations - just minutes from the London Eye and Southbank. Only critisism would be that the breakfast area is in the centre of the hotel in an open atrium with the bedroom around it. We were on the 4th floor and you could hear the clatter of crockery […] etc in the morning - it didn't disturb us but I wouldn't have wanted to have been on a lower floor. After landing at LHR at 9 AM on a red eye flight from the States, and having to ride the tube into the city, the hotel was kind enough to let us check in early, bump us up to a bigger suite, and sort out breakfast to be sent up to our room. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it definitively served for us, and the bathroom was brilliant, with a […] nice bath and separate shower. Great hotel in any way - except the bed, which was like sleeping on concrete. My husband and two kids (5 and7) stayed for three nights - breakfast great, room, clean - all good, but my husband and I both need chiropractor this week after 3 nights (feb 3-6) in that awful bed. Oslo, Norway
