Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 27 feb 2013ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo.Situato proprio vicino a Ocean Drive e'in posizione strategica e nel cuore della vita notturna di MIAMI BEACH .La camera penso sia stata da poco ristrutturata in quanto si presentava nuovissima in ogni componente e questo me lo fa pensare in quanto all'esterno c'era del materiale tipico per le ristrutturazioni interne ed esterne comunque un ottima soluzione considerato che con internet il prezzo era di 66,00 euro mentre una settimana dopo passato di persona in hotel e chiesto il prezzo,questi era di ben 199,00 dollari USA.Ottima soluzione.

"Fantastic hotel"
I've stayed at this hotel twice now - it's in an exclusive neighbourhood in Miami (called Bal Harbour) - Service is first class, rooms are luxurious and spotless. "hotel one bal harbour-epitome of good service"
We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and had two separate rooms for the family.One couldn't fault anything,the breakfast was wonderful and was included in the deal we had. The staff at reception were very polite,helpful. All the staff in this hotel give a new meaning to good service and made us feel really welcome. Stayed here early May - The hotel is a little out of the way but well worth it - It was very quiet in an upmarket neighbourhood. The views from the room balcony of the ocean are beautiful. Hotel was very peaceful (therefore much better than staying central). Great hotel, extremely nice rooms! Very good neighborhood. Hotel excels in almost every aspect as a true 5 star facility, but the restaurant and bar service are at a 3 star level. Staff otherwise is excellent! Suites are gorgeous and views breathtaking! "Don't overstay your vacation or you'll get charged BIG TIME!! I wont be coming back."
Don't checkout late and don't smoke on the balcony even though they say that you can. Besides the $2500.00 extra I paid in fees and penalties for two extra days the hotel was nice. Great until I checkout.Recensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia

"Beautiful resort with beautiful water views!"
Very beautiful hotel and we especially enjoyed that once you exit the elevator, that here are only two rooms and no hallway which meant that there was no noise at all. The bathrooms are gorgeous and I enjoyed the water views from the bathroom as well as the bedroom. The baclonies are small but furnished and is relaxing. This hotel is far from South […] Beach, so if you are looking to party, be prepared to drive or pay lots of cab fare. We did love eating at The Palm and enjoyed shopping at the Bal Harbour Shops. The hotel restaurant was expensive and we were not impressed with the food for breakfast. This is definetly a nice place for a laid back vacation. With the private beach and large pool, you could spend hours soaking up the sun! Cant wait to go back for a longer stay. The regular rooms are nice but the suites are much roomier.
