"Great Hotel-A bit awkward to access from main Road"
My accommodation at this hotel was great...Very clean and comfortable, friendly, courteous and helpful staff. My only problem was how to access this hotel from Center Street. The was the first time we stayed at the Hampton Inn, but it will not be the last. We were in town for the Holidays, and picked the Hampton Inn for the location and the price. Stayed here Thursday through Sunday for Easter. My husband is a paraplegic, traveling with a service dog, so we were in a king, accessible room, and my elderly parents were conveniently placed in another room just a couple of doors away and across the hall. The Hampton Inn staff could not have been more accommodating. They were truly courteous and thoughtful […] and thorough, really making every effort to see that we were comfortable and took full advantage of every amenity they had to offer. Breakfast ran until 10 in the morning, and featured not just cereal and fruit, but omelets, bagel toppers, biscuits and gravy, French toast sticks, hot oatmeal with granola, slivered almonds, and other toppings, two different brands of yogurt, and sliced fresh fruit. There were multiple blends of fresh, hot coffee (with caffeine and without) and teas, other instant beverages and juices and milk. Coffee/tea/etc. and fresh fruit were available 24-7. Copies of USA Today were complimentary. A small shop was available to purchase food and other items, also 24-7. Our room was extremely comfortable: flat-screen TV with plenty of channels, microwave, small refrigerator, lap desk, great bed with lots of pillows and fluffy, snow-white bedding. Wi-Fi was free (the code was printed on the room key envelope, and pointed out by the desk clerk so we didn't have to call to get it). There were lots of outlets and plenty of storage in the room. Just be aware that they asked for a credit/debit card for incidentals when I checked in. Other motels that I have stayed at did not charge you if you didn't use incidentals, such as watching movies or making long distance calls. Hampton in charged me $15.00 and $35.00 for incidentals and when I called them about this - I was told that if I didn't use […] any incidentals that they would credit my account back the $60.00, but it would take 3 days. "Great Hotel"

"Hampton Inn West Lakeside in Omaha, NE"
This was a great hotel for a night get-away. They offered free cookies for a bed time snack. The pool area was great for the kids and parents to relax. It is located along a busy strip in Omaha, so convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurants, yet quiet at night. The best part was the wonderful breakfast!
