We come to this hotel every time we visit RI. The staff go above and beyond to assist with any matter, they are friendly and talk to you anywhere you see them in the hotel. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and clean. Breakfast service is amazing. Convenient location to all newport attractions. Indoor Pool is a little small, but it was perfect […] for evening swims with the kids after being outdoors all day. Hot tub is nice too, and towels are located right in the pool area. "Two bedroom suite"
The two bedroom suite was perfect for a family of 6. Loved the fact that it had two bathrooms too! The kitchen was great and everything was very clean and comfortable. Excellent ... I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions to Foxboro and various hotspots. The lobby, grounds, and rooms were extremely clean and room service was friendly. Wifi and parking were FREE. Breakfast buffet each morning was great. The management staff were very helpful, my husband and I came in on a Red-Eye flight and I had a marathon the very next morning so they were very gracious in letting us check in early so we could sleep. "Good hotel"
This hotel was a little hard to find off the main road-it's tucked away behind other hotels and a shopping center. But the location itself wasn't bad. It was just a short drive into the downtown area of Newport. Overall the hotel was well kept and comfortable. "My favorite chain hotel"
This was my third time staying there and I have loved it every time. It is comfortable, clean, good sound proofing, friendly staff. Breakfast is so-so but adequate, convenient and included. "Pleasantly surprised"
We had to change our hotel plans last minute and this was the only one available so I was worried. Although I wish it was closer to the beach it was much better than I expected. We got the 2 bedroom suite and there was plenty of room for 4 of us. The breakfast was good and everything in the hotel appeared clean. The only negative thing I can say is […] that the check in is at 4:00 and I called to see if we could check in early and the women said yes and to come at 2:45 but when we got there they looked at me like I had two heads but other than that I was pleased. "Good Amenities but Noisey"
Doors to interior hallway would slam closed on all rooms up and down the hallway. This would be a problem when other guests would go into and out of their rooms at all hours. Also, we were on the 3rd floor and could hear people in the rooms above and next to us as well as anyone in the halls talking.
