Very nice hotel with convenient shopping nearby.
"Clean, new hotel."
The room was very clean. Love it! The only drawback was that the price was still pretty high, especially when the hotel had hardly any guests. I may have to stay farther away from my family to get a better price.

"Pleasant evening in Oconomowoc"
This is a fine hotel in a good location. Impressive in its lobby decor and layout. Room was nice, but seemed to have a odd odor, but we eventually got used to it. All in all, a nice stay in a nice place. We are not sure the price point of the breakfast was worth it. A limited , but free breakfast would have been more to our liking.
Hotel is overpriced. A sur-charge for a second guest when breakfast is not included is nonsense. They are able to get away with it because there is no signicant nearby competition.

"Hotel - Oconomowoc, Wisconsin"
We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. I could not get the bed firm enough but overall it was a good stay. Very clean, neat and very nice.
"Comfortable and very attractive"
My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the facility immensely! My only negative comment would be with regards to the pool that could have been cleaner. However, I had gone to it early in the morning which may have been before the staff had an opportunity to clean it. The breakfast food was delicious. The facility itself is very attractive. Only issue was the sleep member bed didn't work and it was a little too soft. Otherwise, very nice stay.

"Maintenance Issues"
There were a couple of maintenance issues during my stay. One of the elevators was down the whole time I was there and there was a gas smell which management told me was from the broken elevator. Then one of the lights was floating in the water of the swimming pool and there was no sign stating there were problems. We didn't notice it until after we […] got in the pool since there were others in there. The other people told them at the front desk and after that the maintenance man came and asked us to stay out of the pool which by this time we were already out of there. When we came back to swim later that night the light was put back in and on but then by the time we were getting ready to leave the light went out again. We were never offered any compensation for all the problems. I have stayed there on several occasions before and was very please but I was not pleased at all this time. I was thinking about staying there during the Fourth of July weekend but now I think I will stay somewhere else since they did not even offer to compensate me for at least one of the two nights that I stayed there. Television remote control not working and they could not fix immediately.....consequently had to get up and down to turn TV on and off, volume or change channel. Curtain pulley to open and close in corner not attached. Door into room opened onto the bathroom door? If you forget anything from toothbrush to comb you will pay. This is an outstanding facility whose location is perfect for visiting family members in the area. We would definitely stay here again during future visits.

Great and quiet place for staying in Western Waukesha County. Has a nice little bar area,indoor pool and is a very clean and new facility.

The hotel itself was fairly new so everything was very nice. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was a nice big room. When I checked in I asked if there was a closer way to get to the elevator, but was told I had to walk through the lobby - which I did not like hauling all my luggage. After I found the elevator I noticed a back door right […] there, so was upset they made me go through the lobby with my stuff the first time. Parking lot in back was well lit and I felt safe. The entire place smelled very nice and clean. It took me a little while to adjust to the TV, but I finally managed to figure it out. It was sort of cumbersome getting to the channels I wanted just because they had so much other stuff on the TV in addition to TV program.s Continua a leggere

Everything was as expected, very modern and clean hotel
"Comfortable"
Executive suite was nice -- allowed me to work late while my wife was sleeping. Room was clean and comfortable; internet worked well. There was a high school or college party down the hall, but the hotel broke it up by 10:30 or 11:00 -- not ideal, but it worked out fine. Had breakfast downstairs every day (four days) and enjoyed dinner in Milwaukee […] and Delafield -- both very good. Two exits from any major "chain" shopping you need. Continua a leggere
"Great amenities"
The room was lovely and very clean. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but I'm used to really soft pillows. The workout facility was small but very functional. Also, having Neutrogena bath products was a wonderful bonus.

"Nice and clean"
Cleanliness is important to me and it exceeded my expectations. The pool was small, was somewhat disappointed in that. Price for the room was decent... price for incidentals and meals were not. Service was great.
