Assolutamente fantastico, servizio e cordialità ottimi e grande professionalità da parte dello staff Hotel, comodissimo come posizione in quanto a piedi si possono raggiungere molti luoghi situati nelle vicinanze.

Poco ad ovest della città vecchia, l'area attorno alla stazione principale brulica di hotel e le aree pedonali sono piene di negozi. Più a nord si trova il quartiere dei musei della città, che ospita l'Alte e Neue Pinakothek, la Pinakothek der Moderne, l'appena restaurata Glypothek, il Museo dell'Età Antica, e la Lenbachhaus, che espone l'opera del pittore bavarese Franz von Lenbach.

Very impressed. Customer service was excellent and staff were all very friendly and spoke good English. Rooms were beautifully presented and kept very clean. The location was quiet which is always a plus and it was still only a few minutes walk from the city centre. I really can't find a fault with my stay. Top marks.

"Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Service"
Wow - the service was simply fantastic. We stayed for four days. The staff are the best aspect of the hotel. The concierge and the bar staff were fantastic - they knew us by name after just one day; the front desk and room service and housekeeping were excellent. The restaurant was excellent and so was the selection at the bar. This was clearly the […] best service I've experienced in North America or Europe. The rooms are well appointed with great attention to details - heated marble floors and hot towel racks,....I highly recommend this place. Great value!!!! Continua a leggere
"Pretty much perfect...just spendy"
If you have the cash, then stay here. It is fantastic. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the pool/spa/gym - a huge area complete with a relaxation room with brewed tea at the ready. Oh, and the heated floors in our room's bathroom wasn't bad either. Very nice.

Outstanding Hotel that exceeded my expectations!! I spent 3 nights at the Rocco Forte The Charles Hotel in Munich and loved! Everything about the Hotel was wonderful. The location was great, situated in a quiet street across from a beautiful park yet near the center of town a few blocks from the hoop on hoop off bus, stores and attractions. I was on […] a 40 day trip to Europe with my daughter staying at all 5 star hotels and considered this Hotel the best of all, better than the Four Seasons Gresham Palace Hotel in Budapest as far as the room confort and service . Our bedroom was a standart bedroom yet had a beautiful all marble heated floor and towel rack, with double sinks, a tub and a wonderful shower, the bed was very confortable and there was a menu of pillows available to choose from with 5 different types of pillow preference according to your sleeping habit. The concierge named Benjamin was the best concierge ever! He spent a lot of time with us and gave us wonderful tips and suggestions. The restaurant food was delicious and better yet was the breakfast in room service where they set up a beautiful table with flowers and delicious breakfast. The lobby of the Hotel was not as fancy as the Four Season but again, as far as, service and confort it was better. I strongly recommend anybody to stay at The Rocco Forte Charles Hotel in Munich. "My new address in Munich :)"
We found it to be an outstanding hotel in many respects. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed. All the staff members we came into contact with were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. All of them, w/o an exception, spoke fluent English. My wife and i only wish that we could stay there a little longer...

中央駅から徒歩5分程度の好立地にあり、なおかつホテルの正面は旧植物園の公園が広がる閑静な場所に位置しています。部屋の窓を開けると公園の緑が手に取るようなところで生い茂っており、その向こうに裁判所の古い建物や協会が見渡せる絶好のロケーションでした。部屋も快適で、広いバスルーム、リラックスチェアもあり、外出したくなくなるほどの快適さでした。ミュンヘンの滞在には是非お薦めしたいホテルです。

"Top Service"
Ruhige Lage und doch sehr zentral. Angenehme ,saubere und Großzügige Zimmer. Wellness Bereich der nach dem Shoppen zum relaxen einlädt. Auffallend, extrem zuvorkommender Service und Freundlichkeit in jedem Bereich des Hotels. Ein Haus das man, auch wenn es ein paar Euro's mehr kostet unbedingt empfehlen kann.

"Schubeck"
Passt ideal mit einem Nachtessen in Schubeck's Stuben zusammen, kurze Anfahrt mit Taxi (10 Euro), das Frühstücksbuffet ist entsprechend, die Damen erfreuts - alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr zentrale Lage, nur wenige hundert Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt und trotzdem ruhig. Nette Bar, tolles Restaurant. Perfekter Service. Wir wunderten uns lediglich darüber, dass die vom Kellner unaufgefordert bereitgestellten Nüsse zu den Drinks (und das waren einige) an der Bar in Rechnung gestellt wurden.So auch die Zeitung die morgens an der Zimmertür […] hing. "Super hotel i München"
Vi tilbragte 3 nætter på Charles hotel i München i september måned. Beliggenheden er central og i rolige omgivelser, lige overfor den Botaniske have. Hotellet lever fuldt op til de 5 stjerner det har. Fint service niveau, naturlig venlighed fra personalets side og med god restaurant og bar. Hertil kommer et flot træningscenter og poolområde i underetagen […] med tilhørende sauna, dampbad og afslapningsrum. Alt i alt et hotel vi meget gerne vender tilbage til.
