Great place to stay. Will definitely be back and recommend if you are looking for place to stay away from the Las Vegas strip.

This place was a value for the money. The breakfasts were very good, the employees friendly and the facility was clean. Free wi-fi, microwave and small frige in the rooms. I would use this hotel again.

Enjoyed the suite. Was very quite which was surprising because the hotel was full of teenagers.

Everything was fine except that the first morning I found that the shower was out of order. I reported it to the desk the next morning, but was not told that the maintenance man did not work on Sunday. Nothing was done on Monday. I called again on Tuesday and learned that no work order had been written. The maintenance man was apologetic, professional, […] and fixed the problem promptly once he had a work order. Cozy room (as expected for Microtel). Furnishings and hotel overall felt new and clean. Breakfast bar was terrible - reheated biscuits - runny gravy - all served in the middle of a hallway. Overall it exceeded expectations for the low price we paid.

I would ignore the negative comments, my experience was very positive, rooms were clean and indeed was the hotel overall, Buffet breakfast is plentiful,maybe the plastic knives and forks could be reviewed. Shuttle service from the Airport is also very good, as is the location right beside the Las Vegas Outlet Center. Staff very helpful and courteous […] .. I have stayed at other Microtel's but found this one to be tired in furnishings and staff attitude. When I arrived a day ahead of my friend for a six night stay, I was given a second floor petite suite and tried the mattress on the hideabed, I found the upholstery soiled and the mattress swaybacked and uncomfortable and I could hear other guests talking […] in other rooms (guests were not being loud, the walls could not have been soundproofed.) I asked for another room. The desk clerk told me that the only other room available was a two queenbed smaller room. I moved my belongings to the new room. When I checked with the front desk in the morning to make sure the rate had been adjusted down, I found the clerk had left the record of my stay as being in the first room and leaving the more expensive room rate and room number on the books instead of adjusting the rate to reflect the smaller room rate and the move to another room., The manager told the front desk clerk to offer to move me again - to another petite suite as one would become available when a guest checked out in a few hours - while acknowledging that a move would not solve the uncomfortable sofabed mattress problem since all the hideabeds were the same. When I said that my friend and I would not move again and would stay in the smaller room, the front desk clerk told me that the manager told him that I had to move to another suite or leave the hotel. I insisted that I speak directly to the manager who then said she had been misinformed by her clerk as to my wishes (she had not - I heard what the clerk told her.) I had to call hotel.com to help with the matter. I finally got a refund for the difference for staying in the smaller room. Besides the sofabed int first room being uncomfortable, the room was dirty, and smelled. When I mentioned this to the manager, she told me that there had been 244 children in the hotel the day previous and that is why they were behind in cleaning the rooms. Comfortable, clean and convenient. We were quite impressed with what we got for the money. The only donwnside is the fact that they don't start the breakfast early enough and the shuttle only runs on business hours, 8-8, I think. Save a bundle with MicroTel in Las Vegas! We stayed at this location which has a free airport shuttle and free shuttle to Mandalay Bay (the Strip). There was no need for a rental car saving over $120/wk. When you need a car Fox Rent A Car was just a few blocks away with the lowest prices in Vegas!

ThIS hotel just worked very well. A great price, close to the airport, with nice rooms, a quite good free breakfast, good staff- an excellent experience. If you're traveling on a budget I don't know if you could do better. I was suprised at how nice the hotel was.

Nice little hotel particularly if you like to shop the outlets were 3 minute walk. The staff were friendly an courteous, breakfast was good too. I'd stay there again!

Tom is very friendly and helpful! We brought our dog and the environment is pet-friendly. Very nice free breakfast. Walking distance to the outlet.

Although the hotel did not have roll-away beds as advertised the friendly staff accommodated us by giving us an extra adjoining room at no cost which more than made up for the lack of the roll-away bed! The hotel was clean and convenient. My only possible gripe is that they did not offer orange juice or soy milk with breakfast.

The room doesn't have a good isolation from noise from other rooms or from the hallway, specially, lots of the neighbors come back to their room very late, and have shower late, those noises from the bathroom's water pipes are very annoying during the midnight. Hotel located across the street from Outlet mall. Afew restaurants close bt within walking distance. Nice pool and patio. Adequate complimentary breakfast. Free airport shuttle which was great and had good service as well as complimentary shuttle to the south end of the strip. Quiet hotel. Good price and quite adeqaute. I would stay here again. There is no spa tub at this hotel--just a cold swimming pool. The lobby furniture is rather shabby, and the breakfast area is way too cramped for more than just a few people. Rooms are average, fine if you just need a place to lay your head for the night. Nice and quiet, but a cab ride to the strip is costly. Clean Hotel, Great Breakfast. Very Reasonable Rates. Located very close to shopping, restaurants and other local businesses. If you're traveling to Las Vegas and want all of the above, this is the place.

The first room was pretty clean! The down isde was the AC was hit and miss. The bummer was that night the front desk help was not helpful. The good side was the day person came on and Brittany not onlt gave us oour next night for free, but it was the jaquzzi suite! Overall not a bad stay. Lights are much too bright for reading,when someone is trying to sleep They are great for dressing however..I put that on the card in room Also breakfast , could use some fresh fruit.great waffles.Sunday sausage was good.Lovely pool. Very clean, modern, and easy to get to. If u just want a a cheap place to "rest your head" in Vegas this is it. The hotel is small and its not close to the strip, about 10min drive away. But that in itself was a good thing- its quiet and doesn't take you 20min to get to your rm just from the lobby, like it does in giant hotels/casinos on strip. Microtel was a great alternative to staying on the strip. We needed something that was pet-friendly. This was a good option for my dad, who brought his 60lbs chocolate lab. Perks are they have a 24-hour pool (indoor) and fitness room. However, fitness room consisted of only cardio equipment. breakfast was actually pretty decent. not a continental breakfast […] but actual hot breakfast. staff was friendly; some more than others though. The hotel and amenities were as advertised for a fair price. However, I was disappointed to find that when I turned the sheets (the first night), they had dry cheese crusted on them. Either the sheets were not changed from the previous stay or the laundry service didn't do a good job washing the sheetsl. I would not stay at this hotel again.

When I came into the lobby I noticed how dirty the upholstery and legs were on the furniture. I was scared to find out what the room looked like. Surprisingly the room was clean and comfortable. This was the most reasonable priced priced Hotel in Vegas I could find for pets.

The hotel was pretty clean and it looked brand new inside. It has a restaurant right in front and some shopping places. It's not near the strip (not walking distance) and a cab was like $25 from the airport (shuttle only runs 8 to 8) Breakfast was... good... if you like junk food. They had no fresh fruit whatsoever. Good selection of items but nothing […] healthy. So I can't say their breakfast was bad, just that not for people that like to eat healty Free internet was a plus. I did end up paying too much for this room though, with the cab ride was almost $90 but it was a last minute thing (i reserved it while boarding on the plane) So if you have time get something on the strip for half the price. We had a great time at the Microtel Inn and Suites in Las Vegas. It was close to the things we wanted to see and do. The indoor pool is great except that the sound gets really noisey. If they could find a way to tone down the acustics in the pool area, this place would be a 5+ all the way around.

We checked in this hotel because it was across the outlet stores and the price was affordable. Hotel smells good, have good breakfast but you have to be there early because we ran out of sausage and they didnt refill it even bfast time was not over yet. The room looked clean but there are dead bugs that i found under the airconditioner. We already informed […] them about this when we left and i hope they do something about this. Very nice hotel conviniently lcated next to south premium outlets. This hotel is well maintained and clean. Its not far from Strip and a good place to stay.

We loved the place, No ding, ding, dings. The front desk staff couldn't have been more helpful. They provided early check in for us @11am if rooms avail. Great breakfast, newspaper, clean room, Secured patio area to kick back in at night, indoor pool, gym. Supermarket close by to stock room with treats as they had frig and microwave in the room. This room was way too expensive for its size. You can get a room on Vegas strip about third the price of what I paid at a resort with a much higher star rating. This hotel has Suites in its name but we had a really small room for three people. There was no space to move around the room comfortably for the three of us. And I paid extra money to have […] three people in the room. When I asked if they had a bigger room, I was told that they were all the same size. So why do they have Suites in the hotel name? Does not make sense. Also the room was not very clean. The carpet had numerous stains and was in need of a good cleaning. This hotel was almost three times as expensive as 3.5 start hotels on the vegas strip. Not only that, when I showed-up to checkin around 5pm, my room wasn't ready. The reservation was made several days in advance so they knew I was coming. I was asked to come back in a couple of hours, and the room was ready then. i liked it. clean -- close to the strip - there is an outlet mall across the street. there is a great italian restaurant acoss the street too that is 24 hours. clean rooms -- breakfast ends promtly at 9:30 am -- the staff puts everything up--- so if you sleep late -- get up and eat. they have oatmeal / cold cereals, you can make your own waffels / there […] is eggs and it hink sausage or bacon / and muffins and bagels. i liked it cause it is access control --meaning after 10 pm you need a key. mainly business people there or long term people so there are no parties or drunk people thank goodness. inside pool- no jacuzzi-- only bad thing. i was very happy -- rooms were cleaned -- only thing i noticed was my refrigerator was dirty on the outside. i definatley recommend it -- for the price i think it is better than the casinos -- and its down the road from mandalay bay and luxor -- just a 5 minute cab ride at the most. you can walk across the street to go shopping-- highly recommend bootlegger which is the italan restaurant across the steet in font of the hotel. loved it.. definately i would stay there. infact because i liked it so much-- my parents were traveling to pittsburg i booked them at the microtel there. if you want no haswsle quite place on the stip without party goers -- i recommend it if you want to go out but come back to get sleep!! -- access to the internet is included and easy to log in -- no codes or anything! very pleased Continua a leggere

We got there late but the pool was still open. its open all night so the kids were able to have some fun after a long car ride. and since swimming makes you tired, they went right to sleep. the full breakfast was great. The rooms were new, clean, and had a fridge and microwave. It was nice not to have to herd the kids through a casino like other places […] we've stayed in Vegas. We had a pretty nice stay at this hotel. Check-in was friendly and helpful. The room was a bit on the small side, but the refrigerator and microwave were a plus. I loved having a coffee pot in the room, though I'd advise bringing more coffee if you want more than one cup.
