This hotel was a goof choice for proximity to the tulip fields in LaConner - pool was appreciated and breakfast options were excellent. A bathing suit... was left in the room - and we contacted the note within 24 hours and we were advised they would open a file re this concern! We asked they just check with housekeeping - waited on hold and then were told nothing had been located. We drove back to the hotel and insisted they do another check and the bathing suit was located. Bottom line -a staff members lack of concern for client's request was not handled well - and could have resulted in a costly loss1 da JS da BC il 26/04/2013
