The quality and service of the hotel and staff were excellent. The neighbourhood, situated amongst a lot of roads, but as we were staying before going to the airport the next day this was irrelevant. Food great, beautiful hotel, not good for sightseeing. I would stay again.

Exceptional hotel....not what an American expects from a Hilton...more like the Four Seasons. Everything was perfect.

Hilton Madrid Airport is trying hard yet the amenities and the perks provided don't match the 5 star standards. They charge for everything and the price is steep. Breakfast is 25euros pp! Pleasant stay, but not worth the money.

The staff was perfect, very professional for an airport hotel. Room service and breakfast buffet food was adequate...pricey but worth the convenience. Airport shuttle drivers were very good too.

For an airport hotel, this one was very nice. The rooms were clean and modern. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good. Will stay here again. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Acvcording to information, the hotel was completed in 2008. It is modern architecture, very aesthetic and exiting design, with a lot of Scandinavian design furnitures. All staff was giving excellent service in a natural kind way, and very helpful. The modern, unique, and somewhat outlandish modern environment was pleasant for our overnight stay. The personnel was very charming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

While the hotel has shuttles every 20 minutes to the airport, and transport to downtown Madrid, they have no return from downtown. The hotel is nice, but very little storage space in the room for bags and luggage. We had 3 in a room, and had to repack for our international flight, and we were all over each other.

Great hotel, lovely modern high end rooms

I appreciated the friendly and efficient staff. The bed was good and the room immaculately clean. There is a free shuttle to the airport. There's a good-sized pool and a sauna. All good! The weird part is the decor, It is all chrome and hard surfaces; imagine the galley of a plane, magnified a million times. This hotel is very modern. The room was comfortable but the light switches and faucets were hard to figure out. Wifi was not included in the room, which I expected for this type of hotel. The surrounding neighborhood is not good and there aren't any restaurants nearby. I ate in the hotel and although the food was good, it was overpriced and the service […] was very slow and inconsistent. The wine list didn't have any local wines and were also overpriced. By 10:30am, I felt rushed to check out and get out of the lobby where I was checking my email on their Wifi (if you buy something in the bar, it is gratis for a limited time). Would have helped to know that there was a complimentary shuttle to the hotel. The taxi driver was very upset at having to take this fare and was yelling at us. And the cost was 20 Euros for a taxi just a short distance. The breakfast was great. Service was great. Free internet in the bar for 2 hours with a drink was also very helpful. This is among the finest Hilton Hotels I've stayed at worldwide. A very friendly staff, great airport access, and a quality room. The hotel also provides a free airport shuttle...something very rare in Europe!

The hotel was clean and close to the airport which was good for us because we had an early morning flight. the hotel provided a beautiful free shuttle to the airport which left at 5am to get us to our flight in time. Also the pool and spa area was really nice and relaxing before we left for our long flight.

I've stayed in a number of Hilton hotels and this one was by far the most impressive. It's located somewhat of a distance from Madrid Airport and there are shuttle buses that leave every 20 minutes from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa. I didn't know this so I took a taxi which cost 25€! The service of the staff was impeccable and the quality/size […] of the room was superb. However, I stayed on the 6th floor so I don't know if the lower floors were different. I had no intention of leaving the hotel so I can't really comment on the surrounding area. Typical Hilton hotel, comfortable and convenient for in and out of airport. Restaurant is mediocre, menu lacks imagination. Service overall is good

This hotel is brilliant. It looks a feels likes a hotel in Asia and far-east. Everything is +, the only cons are Its expensive If you are a vegetarian like me, the food (room service) is bad. I ordered a veg stew and all i got was a nicely decorated place with 1 boiled brocoli, one cauliflower, few carrots and peas

Hello There are no shops or bank in the surronding neighbourhood. It`s10 min walk to the metro, but I got lost. Taxi to city center 22€. Metro 1€. Shuttle bus to airport, very good service.

Everything was perfect, nice room, very convenient location, closer to airport, food was good except for one thing. For the money I paid to stay there, I think wireless should be free but they charged 23 euros which I felt was a bit unnecessary.

Nice, comfortable and clean. Great for an early flight out. Staff was very helpful and all fairly fluent in English. Restaurant wasn't very good and quite pricey for the quality and comparison to Madrid. Taxi ride into city about 25Euro, but hotel does offer shuttle to City Center and Airport if your time allows.

The hotel was very nice. This was the first time we broke our return trip home into two days. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was right where it was supposed to be and took us directly to the hotel. The breakfast the next morning was very good. The shuttle to the airport from the hotel really worked well. They gave us a shuttle departure […] schedule, but when we arrived at the front desk early, they loaded our bags and off we went. Very convenient. Not much for stores or restaurants in the immediate area. A 15 minute walk or a taxi to the closest shopping center. Will definitely stay again when passing through Madrid. Shuttle picked us up at the terminal, and dropped us off the following day. Started at 5 am and goes every 20 mins. The hotel is ultra modern, good size room with all the conveniences- safe, fridge, flat screen TV, separate shower and bath(never seen a bathroom like that before....everything glass). The bed was a bit hard, but all the beds in Spain […] were hard! Our breakfast was included, and it was great. No free wifi which I find quite extraordinary as every other hotel at least had free wifi in the lobby. We had to pay10 E for 1 hr. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The shuttle driver pointed out a huge mall very nearby, and it appears like a 2 min cab ride, but since the cab had to get on the freeway, it turned out to be 8 E there and back. This hotel is fantastic if you have a flight out of Madrid airport the next day. It gives you enough of the luxuries (good local food, bar, comfortable and well appointed room) to make you still feel like you are on vacation. And then its convenience to the airport is perfect - with free shuttles to all terminals running frequently. After a long day […] of travel from Biarritz, we arrived at around 10:30pm. We checked in, took a comfortable shower and were at the hotel bar by 11pm. They brought us a fantastic dinner of jamon iberico, potato and egg omlette (tortilla) with pimentos and local chorizo with our Rioja and Albarino. Friendly conversation with the bartenders was a plus - both in English and in Spanish. Next day the shuttle took us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. If you are at all interested in comfort or convenience don't stay here. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. I remember thinking in the middle of the night, I was looking forward to my plane seat to sleep in! The service for breakfast was woeful. There were perhaps 10 guests eating and maybe 5 staff and I had to wait and wait and wait! The rates for mini-bar and wi-fi access are exorbitant. Excellent loication, room was large and confortable, the bath had all the amenities epected. The staff was friendly and multi-lingual, they sought to make even my overnight stay as comfortable as possible

If you are flying out of Madrid in the early morning, and don't want to deal with getting from the city to the airport, this is a fantastic hotel. It's also quite close to the city by metro (10 minute walk) and taxi (20 euro). Rooms are large and pristine. A buffet breakfast before a long flight is very convenient.

Price of Food was too high.

This is a wonderful hotel. Very stylish rooms. We stayed one night before taking an early morning flight back to Canada. Great service. Terrific food in the restaurant. My only complaint are the bar costs . 8 euros for a beer is way too much.

Excellent hotel, great breakfast, friendly staff but had to wait over 30 minutes for the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. The telephone numbers given did not connect. People with children would have found this distressing.

Hotel initially seemed great but food service available for mkeals other than breakfast left much to be desired. Also ice machine on our floor was out of order. Be sure to ask for a map for directions from the metro station to the hotel BEFORE you head into Madrid. The hotel will take you to the Ventas metro station at the bull ring. I've stayed in many Hilton hotels around the world and this has been my favorite. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the overall appearance of the hotel and the rooms are modern, the gym and pool were more than I was expecting and the shuttle service from the airport was convenient,. Well done Madrid Airport Hilton!

We landed in Madrid, Spain at 11:30 PM and had an overnight layover. We were able to find to hotel shuttle pick up area pretty easily. Just follow the signs. Hopped in and the shuttle stopped at two other terminals before dropping us off at the hotel. The staff spoke very good english and were very friendly. Checking in was easy and quick because the […] room was already paid for through Hotels.com. Our room was wonderful. My favorite part was the bathroom. Very clean and modern. It had a musty kind of smell but nothing too bad. We had to order room service because all of the resturants were already closed. The food was pretty decient and a little pricy but it was room service after all. The man who brought us the food was very nice and polite. Watch out for the little mini bar/fridge thing. Its packed with sodas and snacks but if you pick something up, it will automaticly charge it to your room. We did not know this and called the front desk which immediatly removed the charges. We got a goodnights sleep. The next morning we ate breakfast at the hotel which was great with plenty of options to choose from. The cafe was wonderful. When we arrived the revolving door was broken and had to be pushed manually and the doors next to it were shut. We were tired and wanted a quick snack and aside from the bar area there was no place to buy anything to eat. When I went into the Sauna I almost slipped because the floor was wet and overflowing onto the outer floor. I put a towel down so […] as not to slip and it too got soaked. I left and returned a half hour later (around 6:30 PM) and the floor was still wet and the sauna still leaking. There was no attendent after 5:30. On the third floor there is a rim of beautiful green foliage which looks fine but was very dusty and as it is a very large space it was hard to avoid looking at it. The Concierge sent us to a restaurant that was so hard to find that we were unable to find it and ate locally in a mediocre restaurant. I have been a Hilton customer for at least 30 years and have never complained before. This was unexceptable for a Hotel we chose at an airport. There were several less expensive Hotels at the airport, but we wanted the amenities that the Hilton had to offer and I was very disappointed. Continua a leggere

Easy shuttle to the airport every 20 minutes ...

Very relaxing stay. Bring your swimsuit for the hydro-therapy pool. It's incredible. Food was average, but the rooms and the pool are worth the stay.

just an overnight for an early morning flight. the ride on the shuttle from the airport was long, from a domestic arrival. hotel rooms are very nice and modern. The restaurant was excellent for an airport hotel.

we only stayed one night . The staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent as was our room . everything was of the highest standard including the pool area. I would have no hesitation in staying there again .

Typical Hilton hotel. Very nice but food and beverage prices were outrageously high. (Nineteen euros for a burger!) Selection was also limited. The included breakfast buffet was nice though.

This is an excellent hotel situated a few minutes from Terminals 1, 2 & 3. The rooms extremely comfortable, modern and clean. The hotel offers excellent facilities including indoor pool, spa, restaurant, bar etc. I would highly recommend this hotel. 5 star.

Loved the room!!! Superb service! The FREE shuttle makes frequent rounds to and from the airport. (every 20-30 minutes). The shuttle stop picks up right outside the airport. If you're looking for fun beyond this luxury hotel, plan on taking a 30-40 euro cab ride to cocktail hour and an after hour night scene BUT it's worth it!!! Madrid is amazing at […] night. This hotel is near the airport but that is it!. Nothing else to do and the staff realizes it. The prices for the food are outrageous and the shuttle stops at 5. Even if they ran it later they don't take guests to any good spots.

Great value, and fantastic service. You should stay here.

Free shuttle runs every 30 minutes although we ended waiting 45 minutes because of shift change. Otherwise the hotel was perfect for our needs. Overnight stay for early flight next morning.
