Albergo molto carino e confortevole. Prima colazione buonissima. Un po` lontano dal centro storico, ma di fronte alla stazione dei treni e quella degli autobus.

perplesso all'arrivo per il quartiere cicostante,piacevole sorpresa entrando,buona accolienza e diponibilità del personale,buona colazione e prezzo soggiorno(in offerta) accettabile.

Personale molto gentile e attento. La manutenzione alquanto scadente e impianti obsoleti specialmente dell'ambiente del bagno ed in particolare della doccia. Ammirevole la cura dei giardini creati nelle terrate Nel complesso, accogliente e tranquillo.

We spent there three nights, in november et everything went pretty well. Our room was large, nice and comfortable, with direct access to small and lovely inner-terrasse. The bathroom weren't very new, but clean and efficient. The weakest point was definitely the breakfast, served on a big terrasse (good point) but with very ordinary/supermarket food, […] and a low quality service (you shouldn't expect a smile or a proper suggestion for café). The location is excellent for taking day trips by bus or train, and the staff was superb in helping us determine which bus we needed to take-- providing timetables, options, and pleasant greetings as we came and went. Lovely courtyard, and a very pleasant place to stay.

What a gem. This place was just wonderful. They do not have a restaurant as advertised, however, there is a very good place right around the corner. The gardens and rooms are just wonderful. Delighted with service and was impressed by willingness to speak in English. Hotel was well located to the bus station. Lovely to sit outside in the pretty courtyard.

we were satisfied with our stay. It is located right on the bus line. We were worried about driving too far once we landed. This was a good choice for the first nights sleep. The staff was very helpful and they provided a nice breakfast. It is located in an area off a main tourist track so use a little caution. Overall we were very satisfied.

While reviews of this hotel have been mixed, I'm very much on the positive side. Hotel is 3 minutes walk from Catania railway station, 5 from SIAS bus station (terminus for Palermo-Catania bus). This is perfect hotel and I can calmly say it is 4* hotel. Location-near to everything. Rooms-perfect. Service-perfect Breakfast-perfect and more:) All recommendations.

The outside of this hotel has nothing to recommend it, it's at the station end of an almost derelict street. Don't walk away !! once inside the corridors and rooms are great. All lights in corridors are automatic and our room opened on to an inner courtyard that was a suntrap and filled with flowers and plants. This was for all residents to use. Hotel Villa Romeo in Catania suited us perfectly. Location beside bus and railway station makes it an ideal base for touring other placs in Sicily. The staff were really nice. Special mention must be given to Fracesco at reception who must be the most courteous and friendly person working i a hotel anywhere.

i was only staying one night and glad it was just the one... the area is rather dodgy and i didn't feel safe walking about on my own in the evening but being close to bus and rail station that's to be expected. Staff in hotel are very nice and helpful, however its the rooms and rather the lack of any soundproofing that was the problem for me. the guests […] in next room were only talking at normal level yet i could make out every word...was not even muffled....snoring, brushing teeth etc...if you're not bothered about sleeping and want to be close to stations then its prob okay.. Hotel Villa Romeo had extremely friendly service - the staff was never pushy, always helpful, funny and went the extra way to help you feel at ease and equipped with the information you wish to know. They did not try to get any extra money out of you either. The breakfast was quite good and in a nice surrounding. The hotel itself was a gorgeous and the reception was warm and friendly. Unfortunately, the road it was on was sketchy. Luckily, the hotel is not located too far down. Very close to train station.

This hotel was so much more than we expected! The decor, the setting and our room felt like we were getting a lot more than we had paid for. The price was right. Catania felt safe so even though it was near a bus station, I didn't feel like that it was in a seedy area. Proably a 15 minute walk from the main square. The place looked good, maybe needs better ventilation in the rooms - the plumbing smelled a bit and they still allow smoking in hotels in Sicily. The staff was friendly. Nous avons reserve une chambre pour 3 avec un lit double et un lit simple pour ma fille de 5 ans , ma femme et moi. De plus, dans la reservation, il etait note que notre chambre donnait sur le patio. A l'arrivee, l'hotel nous proposa qu'une chambre avec un lit double donnant sur la rue bruyante. Apres une heure de palabres, on nous dit que l'hotel etait […] complet, qu'il etait impossible de rajouter un lit d'appoint, et que nous avions paye notre chambre trop peu chere pour faire un geste commercial... Ich würde mich nicht unbedingt den enthusiastischen Kommentaren anschliessen wollen, die mich zur Auswahl bewogen hatten, aber das Hotel ist im Großen und Ganzen für den Preis in Ordnung. Ich hatte eigentlich ein Einzelzimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof reserviert, bekam aber ein Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf die Straße. Da das Nachbargebäude sehr nahe […] ist, ist das Zimmer auch tagsüber recht dunkel. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr geräumig und in sehr akzeptablen Zustand, verlor jedoch leider durch einen sehr fleckigen und schäbigen Sessel, dem man nicht mal einer ungeliebten Schwiegermutter anbieten würde, an Wert. Zudem bot das Zimmer an, über eine Doppeltür zum Nachbarrraum als Vierbett-Zimmer erweitert zu werden. Für Familien sicher prima, aber für mich eher katastrophal, weil durch die schlechte Schallisolierung jedes Gespräches im Nebenraum deutlich vernehmbar waren. Wäre ich länger als 2 Tage dort geblieben, hätte ich um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten. Das Frühstück war eher mau, am ersten Tag waren noch 3 Brötchen billigster Qualität da (ich kam um 8:30 (Sonntag)), und es kamen noch einige Gäste nach mir. Nachgelegt wurde nichts. Die Zeitungen, die laut hotels.com im Preis drin waren (ich spreche italienisch), waren laut Aussage der Rezeption immer vergriffen, und sie wussten auch nie, wann sie einträfen. Guter Service sieht anders aus. In der Summe würde ich eher ein so-la-la Urteil abgeben. Die Lage in der Nähe zum HBF ist gut, zum Dom braucht man ca 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß. Continua a leggere

Un hotel sympa et très correcte avec un très bon accueil. J'y suis resté une semaine dans le cadre du boulot. J'y retournerai volontier.

Veldig lett atkomst fra tog,buss, flyplass, selv om strøket rundt stasjonen ikke var spesielt hyggelig. Sevice var bra, hyggelig betjening og koselig atmosfære. Anbefales

Nettes Hotel mit wunderschönem Innenhof in einem alten Gebäude. Mit Fahrzeug leicht anfahrbar und auch leicht zu finden. Ca. 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu Altstadtzentrum. Bahnhof in Sichtweite. Gerne wieder

This is a quite a good 3 star hotel. Nice veranda up stairs in the middle. A little loud in the morning from the traffic outside. Large rooms.

Ok hotel tæt på stationen i Catania, perfekt for rejsende med tog. Restaurant tæt på hotellet med udvalgte sicilikanske retter.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen (gleich beim Hauptbahnhof) und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Es hatte einen schönen Innenhof und das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas klein, aber abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Nur die Dusche war etwas klein. カターニャの街はメインの道路をはずれると薄暗くてゴミが多く少々不安な気持ちになりますが、ホテルの中は清潔でお部屋も十分な広さがありほっとできる場所でした。 このクラスのホテルは通常ポットがなくて暖かい飲み物が飲めないのが難点ですが、こちらにはホットコーヒーなど暖かい飲み物の自動販売機があってうれしいです。 水周りに少し問題がありましたが（シャワーブースが狭く、シャワーヘッドが壁に固定されているので不便。トイレや流しなど水を使う度にごぼごぼと大きい音がしました。）部屋は清潔で、バスターミナルにも近いし便利です。

Hotellet ligger 5 minutters gang fra bus- og togstation, så hvis man ikke har bil og gerne vil ud og se sicilien ligger hotellet perfekt. Nabolaget er ikke så spændende, men der er ikke langt til centrum på gåben.
