Personale dell'hotel altezzoso e poco sorridente. Più adatto ad una clientela business che family. Eccellente la colazione ma cara se non inclusa nella tariffa. Posizione eccellente e tranquilla di fronte alla Stazione di Montparnasse

Si tratta di un'albergo ben collegato vicinissimo alla RER C, che permette di raggiungere rapidamente il centro di Parigi e l'aeroporto di Orly. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, ideale se non si hanno particolari pretese.

Novotel Paris La Defense - questo hotel per famiglie si trova a Courbevoie, in zona La Défense. Questa scintillante città finanziaria con i suoi altissimi edifici è situata a ovest di Parigi, oltre la Grand Axe. Il fulcro è costituito da La Grande Arche, un enorme cubo svuotato al centro, che ospita uffici e uno spazio espositivo, un centro informazioni e una terrazza panoramica. I turisti sono inoltre attratti da un cinema IMAX e da un immenso centro commerciale, che ha al suo interno caffè e brasserie. Statue, mosaici e fontane abbelliscono questa zona di grattacieli.

"solo apparentemente fuori mano"
Eccellente hotel senza sorprese. Camera per 4 un po' piccola una volta aperti i due divani letti singoli per i ragazzi, ma nel complesso tutto ok. Colazione a buffet copiosa per cominciare bene la giornata ed eccellente soluzione per visitare Parigi, essendo sulla linea 1 della Metro. Splendida la vista dalla camera lato Senna, con Sacre Coeur, Tour […] Eiffel e Tour Montparnasse. Un po' caro (24€ al giorno) il parcheggio, ma assolutamente necessario arrivando in macchina e semplice di accesso. Molto rapidi in reception persino alla sera a sostituire la televisione difettosa. "A pleasurable stay"
You are welcomed by a polite and helpful staff, who know their way around the city, and speak both english and french. We slept in the executive room, which was above average size with a comfortable bed, good lighting possibilities, a desk, nice bathroom, big windows with a view and a good tv. There was also a radio with docking and alarm for ipod/iphone, […] which came in handy. Everything was clean and in good shape. The breakfast buffet is OK, but not spectacular. Fruit, fresh orange juice, selection of tea and coffee, bacon, meat, bread, toaster, butter and some cheeses, to mention some. The quality was not all that, neither in the hotels restaurant. The restaurant had average sizes, but the food is OK. Not perticularly good. The metro station is three minutes away, and it's easy to get around. The area around the hotel other than that, looks a bit old and worn down. Not the best surroundings. Over all a good experience. Can definetely recommend a stay here. Continua a leggere

"Great Stay"
We enjoyed our stay at the Novotel La Defense. The location is great for Metro use (which is very easily navigated we came anticipating using the hop-on-hop-off bus tours but decided not to once we realized how easy the metro was). The Arc De Triomphe was the closest attraction and was only 4 train stops down. Only disappointment with this hotel was […] when we asked if restaurants in the area were open (on New Years Eve) we were told "yes they should be" and they were not and the hotel does not have any pool or hot tub services to offer. Overall our stay was great. Breakfast was amazing and the bathroom was good, hot showers, staff spoke great English. Continua a leggere

"Bad service"
The service in this hotel is bad. They should be service oriented but in fact they are snooty and not facilitating. They have a tendency to doubt their customers. Even the manager was not helpful ( not sure which manager was this). Room was too warm and suffocating and initially, they said it's really like that until the maintenance guy said it was […] really too warm. "My Stay at the La Defense Novotel (Paris)"
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. Their customer service is good. The hotel restaurant food was prepared well; however, there aren't too many selections in their menu. If they could only expand their menu they will find their customers opting to eat in rather than elsewhere. The only complaint that I had was with regards to the […] bed. I had a queen size bed, but it wasn't that comfortable for me. I found myself waking up 2 to 3 times every night because of back pains. I think a sturdier mattress wold do the trick as the current mattress was a little too soft. By the way, I travel quite extensively with my job to the USA, Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. This was the first hotel that I had ever been in that didn't include free breakfast. The staff were nice and room was clean but the carpets were filthy in the hotel in general. It was going through remodeling but no noise at night or evenings. Not many places to eat nearby but a wonderfully close drive to the Arc d' Truimph and Eiffel Tower.

Beautiful and relaxing. Short train or cab ride to Eiffel tower and champs d'elysees is walking distance.

Hotel is situated in business district so if you stay over a weekend it will be really quiet around the hotel. It is a few minutes walk to Metro which is great for getting in and around Paris - just like London underground. Hotel parking is a nightmare to find as there were no signs indicating that it was for the Novotel hotel.
"very good overall"
The hotel is overall very good, for the money you pay. As other reviewers have said, it's a bit far from central London and caters mainly for business people. There isn't much to do (no restaurants/bars or shopping) in the area. Since it's 2-3 minutes walk to the DLR Prince Reagent station, you can go to the city quitely easily (~30-40 minute). "Excellent hotel"
We stayed for 1 night en route to Calais and would so again. The hotel is in excellent condition, very clean and comfortable rooms and wonderfully friendly staff. Whilst in the commercial district, the hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the metro station and within 10 - 15 minutes of the centre of Paris. We asked for a room with a view of the […] Eifel Tower, which they duly obliged, wow what a view. The only down side of the hotel is the rather expensive but excellent breakfast (16 euros) and the even more expensive (24 euros) and virtually impossible to find car park. Be warned if you miss the turn off you could end up spending ages driving around the one way systems. Despite these down sides, we would and will absolutely stay there again. Continua a leggere

"Bra komfort og beliggenhet"
Kort vei til metro'en. Kort vei til severdighetene. Bra betjening. Bra middag. Frokosten stod vi over, mest pga prisen. 16,50 euro pr person er i overkant, når 5 personer skal spise. Men frokost kan man ta andre steder.

Die Zimmer und die Räume sind sehr sauber. Internetzugang an der Rezeption ohne zusätzlichen Kosten. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Chambre magnifique, hotel correct à conseiller. Cependant le restaurant de l'hotel n'est vraiment pas top : attente très longue plus de 2 heures pour un plat.malade le lendemain avec le poisson. Allez manger ailleurs!!

"Novotel Paris La Defense"
Nært metro som gjorde det lett å komme seg rundt i Paris. Greie rom og god frokost - også for barna. Bra opplevelse av hotellet i forhold til prisen vi betalte.

Een zeer goed verzorgd hotel. Aardig personeel. Goed ontbijt, kamer netjes verzorgd. Parkeergelegenheid achter het hotel. Op 5 min loopafstand van de metro. Kortom een perfect hotel voor een verblijf in Parijs!
"Godt hotel, men langt fra alt"
Et godt hotel, med god service. Værelserne er ikke så store, men på vores var der en god udsigt. Der er meget få restauranter og ingen supermarkeder i nærheden, med undtagelse af et shopping enter som lukker kl. 19.00. Vil gerne anbefale hotellet, men man skal være indstillet på, at bruge metroen til alt.
Très bien, le parking un peu cher et difficile à trouver
Kort vei til metro stasjon. Meget familievennlig. Litt vanskelig å finne frem til parkerings muligheter, denne var også meget kostbar. Fikk utsikt til Eiffel tårnet fra rommet som vi hadde skrevet som ønske. God frokost. Kan absolutt anbefales til barnefamilier som er byen for en kort periode og skal besøke hoved attraksjonene.
Excelente localizacao, talvez um poco complicado o retorno para a cidade mas comodo para chegar inclusive da rodovia que vem do aeroporto, um otimo custo beneficio com um fantastico cafe da manha com direito a quejos franceses.
hotelet liggar nära till La defense.detta är nya område som byggt av president Meteran,där kan man se nya byggnader bland annat den som liknar Triompheoch .METRO hållplats ligger mittemot håtelet som tar dig direkt till Elysèes street.också är det lätt att åka till disneyland.

Hotel convenable, belle vue depuis les chambres côté Seine. En revanche pour ceux qui viennent en voiture l'accès au parking n'est pas évident et en plus il est cher. Petit déjeuner varié.

"Jeder Zeit wieder."
Da Hotel hat bei uns einen positiven und nachhaltigen Eindruck hinterlassen.Sehr freundliche, mehrsprachige Rezeption.Toller Blick auf Paris. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Metrostation in unmittelbarer Nähe. Beim nächsten Paris Besuch wieder erste Wahl.

Hotellet var greit. Personalet var litt dårlig på engelsk. Manglet å kunne ha et luftevindu på rommet. Ble litt forkjølet av bare aircondition. Ellers var det bra hotel.

Das Hotel ist bestens geeignet für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit der Familie. Es liegt direkt an der Metro Linie 1, mit welcher man schnell im Zentrum ist. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer im zwölften Stock war toll: Eiffelturm, Montmartre etc. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und gut assortiert in guter Qualität. "unauffindbarer, teurer, Klotz"
Auf gar keinen Fall sollte man mit dem Auto anreisen. Selbst auf dem EXTRA! Hotelparkplatz!!! Kostet das Tickett für 2 Tage ca. 48 €. Die Putzkolonne ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, im Gegensatz zu dem sonstigen Hotelpersonal. Die Zimmer sind mehr Zweckmässig als schön oder komfortabel, die Fenster kann man noch nicht mal öffnen.
