l'hotel è lontano dal centro, intorno non c'è proprio niente...questa è la seconda volta che mi fermo a dormire, e l'esperienza è stata meno positiva. Avevamo una stanza a piano terra, abbiamo trovato degli insetti e la stanza era molto buia, male iluminata. E per la stessa cifra questa volta non avevamo la colazione compresa, purtroppo.. comunque il linea generale lo consiglierei ugualmente, per il rapporto qualità prezzo può andare...l'importante è avere la macchina, altrimenti si è fuori dal mondo!

"2nd Stay in 2 Months - 1 Block from Halifax Feast"
Fabulous location for our 2 weekend getaways, walking distance of clubs, restaurants and bars all over downtown Halifax. We particularly enjoy Halifax Feast Dinner Theatre, which is a 2-minute walk up the street. Paid a little extra for a terrific harbour view, parked for free at meters all weekend. "Marriott Courtyard in Halifax"
I have stayed in many hotels in both Halifax and Dartmouth, but this one is far above average. The location is ideal for a weekend getaway: Halifax Feast Dinner Theatre is just up the street on the same block, Mati's in the Brewery complex is almost right outside the lobby doors and provides takeout and all-day breakfast; the Farmer's Market is held […] in the brewery on Saturday, along with the brewery tour - and Historic Properties, The Triangle Pub and so many other bars, restaurants and venues are located just a stones-throw away from the hotel! Valet parking is available, but there are metered parking spaces and paid parking lots surrounding the hotel which are free on weekends. "Wonderful hotel"
I stayed at the hotel for one night with my wife and 6 weeks old daughter. The room was spacious with magnificent view to the harbour, and we had got a crib for the baby. The staff were very helpful with all inquiries we had. There was a good service with parking our car and the reception was quite knowledgeable about local stuff. "Courtyard Halifax"
Nice hotel, just a few steps from the brewery market. 1820 was a brewery still is but has nice shops, pubs and restaurants. Recommend eating at the market vs the hotel. Airporter provides shuttle service to from airport for $19.50 each was (vs 56 for a cab)
"Perfect location! Expensive parking!"
This hotel is in the most perfect of locations. It is clean, comfortable with a helpful and courteous staff. The only drawback is the parking fee which makes this a rather expensive stay when added to the room rate!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Residence Inn in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The hotel was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do! The best part was the staff. This was my 5th stay at this hotel and I have not been disappointed, except for the lack of a breakfast buffet. I do recommed this hotel to anyone wishing to stay downtown Halifax. Great hotel with a great location...Staff are helpful and really go beyond expectations. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a harbourview which was great, the downside was a busy street below during morning rush hour. If ever in Halifax again will stay at the Courtyard...
