Non lontano da corso Como, via Solferino e corso Garibaldi, a due passi dalla stazione della metro Repubblica, l'hotel Cervo è in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. Attenzione alle camere, perché ce ne sono alcune anguste e buie che avrebbero anche bisogno di una rinfrescata. Quando sono arrivato, mi è stata assegnata un'incredibile singola al primo piano con affaccio su una tromba delle scale interna, così sono andato alla reception per chiederne un'altra. Mi è stata data una camera più confortevole con affaccio su un cortile interno. Decisamente migliore, ma sempre troppo buia per i miei gusti (e nel bagno non c'era il bidé). Ci ho dormito la prima notte e la mattina dopo ho chiesto se ce ne fosse un'altra ancor più luminosa. Finalmente me ne hanno data una soddisfacente al terzo piano con affaccio sulla strada. Personale professionale, cortese e comprensivo. Colazione continentale ottima e abbondante.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel in quanto vicino allo stadio San Siro dove ero diretta. Il personale è stato sin dal primo momento tanto gentile e disponibile. La camera era grande e pulita con tv e mediaset premium, la colazione è inclusa a buffet, con cornetti confezionati ma di ottima marca, come tutto il resto delle cose per la colazione! ottimo il caffè ed il cappuccino preparati da loro al momento... Per quanto riguarda i mezzi di trasporto per arrivare in centro, l'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione: difronte all'hotel c'è la fermata dell'autobus 69 che porta direttamente alla stazione metro, oppure alle spalle dell'hotel vi è la fermata del tram 14 che di ferma fuori al duomo! In generale quindi posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatta di questa esperienza, lo consiglierei ad amici e parenti e non mancherò di ritornarci io personalmente in future occasioni!

La stazione Centrale di Milano è monumentale, ricca di hall e sale in marmo, terrazze e pavimenti in mosaico. Stazione principale e più frequentata dell'Italia settentrionale, può essere considerata la più bella d'Europa. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo ed estrema comodità per chi ha necessità di trovare un Hotel a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale. Unica segnalazione negativa: una parete della stanza assegnata era in maniera evidente sporcata di nero. Non costerebbe nulla una rinfrescata.

Great location to train station. Wifi in hotel was not included in room so that was a bummer it was offered for an additional fee which we didn't want to pay. Other hotels we stayed at on this trip it was included.

"A good located hotel for a short vacation"
The location is perfect close to the central station and subways. Quiet area. The breakfast is Okay. The only minus I can see with the hotel is the hard pillows.

Nice Place, Nice staff, Good breakfast.
The room key system is rediculou. I have to go back to the front deak several times for the master key help. The shower head is broken, yet hotel manager asked me to be 'understandable because they will fix it afterwards which means after I check out. The table lamps are broken, too.

If you travel by train this is an excellent choice. Could not be closer to the Central train Station and located in a decent area. Very reasonable price and very friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again.

We only found one good thing about Hotel New York in Milan Italy and that was it was located in a very convenient location if you are traveling by train. Upon enterance to our room we found the carpet less than acceptable, cob webs in the corners along with spiders and other creepy crawling things. The shower was less than par with mold all around. Good location being near to the Central Station although did mean could hear trains at night. Not too much of a problem though and my friend didn't hear a thing through not being such a light sleeper. Staff very helpful with all enquiries and spoke very good English. Good breakfast. We needed a hotel for the night and were taking the 7:05am train. This hotel is walking distance from the train station and served the purpose. I would stay here again. The room and bathroom were decent size. Didn't stay for breakfast.

"Mondern and Clean"
We stayed one night on our way to Paris. Walking distance to train and metro. The room was clean and big for european hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Room is old, needs renovation. Beds are uncomfortable. Reception staff are very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Air-conditioning in the room is not working, I called the reception and the staff said he CANNOT DO ANYTHING and asked me to wait for the central system to "start up" in my room (what??? if it is central system, why need to wait). Anyway, […] I waited for 2 hrs and it is still not working. When I called the 3rd time, he said there he will asked the technical staff to check the next morning. We have to open the wondow and endure the noise from the streets (I could not sleep the whole night due to the noise and heat). I reminded the recption the next morning to check the air-conditioning but when I returned that evening, the air-conditioning is still not working. Another sleepless night!!! The hotel is very convenient and one feels very safe in the neighborhood. If you are also looking to make Milan your launch point for day trips in Milan or out to Venice, Lake Como or Florence, it's a great spot as it is very close to the centrail train station and subway.

As soon as we walked in the door i felt that it was clean which is very important to me. The rooms and dining room were also clean. The staff were very friendly and helpfull and kept our luggage while we toured Milan for the day before we collected it to travel from central Stn. to Malpensa Airport.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There were mosquitos all over the wall along with the smeared blood that came from them. The sheets had hair on them and the owner specifically told me they don't wash the bed spreads because it cost money. "Conveniently Located"
The hotel was really close to the central train station, from which I could get anywhere on the metro with my two-day metro pass. It also is where the bus to and from the airports stops, which is great. The staff were great, though there were some internet problems while I was there. The breakfast was surprisingly good.

This hotel was close to the train station and very easy to find. The gentelman who checked me in was friendly, polite, and helpful with suggestions on sightseeing and dinner recommondations without even having to ask! The sevice was great! The NY Hotel is really good located for all people arriving by train. It's just 3 minutes from the main station and close to the metro.
