buon hotel, unico neo il poco spazio e scelta nella colazione, nel contesto generale è da consigliare per il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lato NEGATIVO-Ho avuto un problema relativo al numero di letti prenotati ma ho risolto pagando un supplemento, peccato" Hotels" era stato fino ad ora impeccabile.

"Would stay here again"
We knew going-in that we wern't getting an all inclusive, big name, luxurious five star hotel, but we got more than we expected for the price. We were happy with the room, the clean bug-free beds, the easy access, and excellent service. I would stay here again.

The room was clean. The bldg is old with some rust on the bathroom door hinges and other minor things. The mattress is a little old as I could feel the individual springs. Nevertheless, I slept very well and was overall pleased with the room. It was a 2 star hotel, and the price quite high. Not clean at all. Cob webs in the bathroom.

An older hotel... but, nice enough for the price. Room was okay. The place could use a face lift, but so could a lot of places. The location served our needs... I'd stay there again.
"West Point convenience"
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. Room was a typical size, but clean. Would recommend for the price and area.

"Not interesting"
Needs rehab, breakfast was stale and with bugs, there was the end of a coffee pot and one baggle left. Staff not friendly! No bed bugs, but shower very noisy and mouldy. Some people seem to live there, strange guys park and stay in their car with loud music. Not worth it.

We found everything as expected. Not a 5 star place, but it was what we expected. Everything worked, no problems encountered and we had a comfortable evening there. That's it!

the place is good if you need a room for the night. Highland Falls is packed with things to do and it is a very close to West Point Military Academy
